My toddler broke both pairs of my glasses. Lincy was able to find me two pairs of frames and fit my lenses into them within 20 mins. Absolute lifesaver!

I previously had a very horrible visit at the Visionworks in Rosenberg and was scared to go anywhere to get glasses.I had a fantastic experience today at Walmart Vision and Glasses. Dorthy quickly made me feel at home and was very kind. She helped me find glasses, and even pointed out ones that she thought would look good on me! She was very knowledgeable and genuine and took great care of me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for glasses and would say to REQUEST DORTHY. I cant thank her enough for the kindness that she showed me today!

This place has really really good customer service. The people that work there are really nice and they help you find the best pair of glasses for you. If you need glasses for a reasonable and affordable price, come to the Walmart vision center in sugar Land. You definitely wont regret it. ❤

So I went to Walmart they were very helpful. I explained my situation and Chloe the girl that works at Walmart was quick to find a solution. She saw that I was wearing my rx sunglass as an alternative! Chloe said I can put your lens which were good in another frame. Wow 👏 I am soooo grateful there are still people willing to help others! All for no membership fee and $9.00 for a frame. Good job Walmart and Shame on you Sams Club Optical. Sams club optical is NO help at all at least not this location☹. They give no solution to a common problem. Wow as much as I pay for membership Im so disappointed. I want there because my only pair of glasses broke. I asked the girl Beatrice if she can assist me on finding a temporary repair as they are not doing warranty at the moment due to COVID-19. The girl Beatrice did not ask my name no info what so ever she just said no to every thing I asked! I even asked to speak to manager Shantel and she brushed me off and told the girl to tell me the only word they know apparently NO🤦‍♀️!

Veronica is one of the most amazing opticians on this side of the quipper belt seriously. Incredibly cares about the customers great personality very cute almost as cute as my wife somebody is going to be a very lucky person someday

I’m from San Antonio and my glasses broke while I was visiting sugar land. Major SOS. Right? I thought so to, until I met Dorthy and Veronica. They were so genuine and persistent on getting me a replacement pair of glasses for a dirt cheap price! They didn’t want to take my money they just wanted to make sure I got what I needed! They spent their time calling people to see if they could help! I felt cared for and taken care of. I wish they lived in San Antonio so I could make more visits to see them. My bad day was quickly made after my visit to sugar land vision & glasses at Walmart.

I NEVER post reviews on anything but my experience today forced me to. I had my daughters eyes examined at my regular eye dr. Because my daughter tends to loose her glasses I decided to get her prescription filled at this location due to the affordable and easily replaceable cost for another pair....huge mistake. My daughter could not see out of her glasses. I then visited my regular eye dr and had the glass lens tested to see if it was the right prescription. Bam confirmed what I thought it was off. I went back to Walmart vision source to tell them the prescription was wrong and to ask them to test it again. Now mind you my eye dr prescription was -.75 -150 180 in the right eye and -.50 -.75 015 in the left. When the lens was read it was reading -75 -150 170 in the right eye and -.50 .75 15 in the left eye. The sales associate would not test them...said there is an exceptable error rate and all that need to be done is bend the frame?!? Then he said my eye dr was wrong and I needed a second opinion. And because I visited them in aug/sept I was just outside the window for a remake. This makes absolutely no sense to me. It’s perfectly clear that the prescription is wrong. No accommodation, no assistance. I guess you get what you pay for. I have learned a lesson and will never return to Walmart optimal.

I am very happy with the staff at Walmart vision at sugar land. The staff is very helpful and friendly to all my kids. Although they have very busy schedule on Saturday, the staff, named Lince?, was very efficient and she patiently worked with us. Walmsrt vision is my top choice for their professional, kind, and efficient employees.

If I could give it negative I would. 1 month to tell me they couldnt put lenses in the frames I picked out. Then asked if I could just put a regular lens in the frames I picked out they said they couldnt do it. I never wanted Progressive lenses anyways. Everybody that has them hates them. You cant see to your sides. Go some place else and spare the BS!

I bought my glasses there, and today, I went in to ask them adjust my glasses cause it is loose. The sales person (I think nams Rosinne, pardon my spelling, she got a streak of white hair) greets me with a friendly smile stated Sorry, we only repair glasses that is purchased with Walmart, I know very well these glasses were not purchased here . Wow, talking about professional, so I urge her to look up my purchase record, and sure she did find it, but she did not even offer my an apology for her quick professional judgement!

Linsey saved the day! I had broken both handles off of my glasses and could not afford a new pair of glasses. It took a while but Linsey found a $21 fix. So grateful to have her to service me!

Showed up before scheduled time, have me sit for 20 min until I got up and then the lady try to give me a form to fill out so I can wait another hour, I got up and walked out. Good luck to there customers who have to wait for no reason cause nobody knows what’s going on there.. Will never even recommend it to even my enemy...

This eye care center is horrible! Do not go here!!!! I am being completely honest even in my anger. They have 2 Hispanic male workers that serviced my brother and stole his credit card information. From my knowledge they have not been fired and have pretty much gotten away with stealing a hefty amount of money buying gift cards and things to be used as cash. I am going to make sure they are called out and fired!

Excelente service would not go any where else. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Always in stock and clean staff always make me leave with a smile.

Guys never ever order anything from this place I order my contact lens they said it will take 8 days it been more than 20 days now and when I called they said we will check and call you back but they never do I call again and they said they received it but we lost it worst service ever
