The whole staff at Wishnow-Sugar Vision is friendly, courteous, and takes the time to be with each patient. My entire family goes to their office. They have detected eye issues immediately and helped us get the right medical treatment.

Dr Dan is so friendly and will put you to ease and Nate does a wonderful job working on the frames and such and his staff is very welcoming and helpful and listen to what is concerning you

Friendly staff

I have gone to Wishnow-Sugar vision group for over ten years now. I have always been treated with respect and like a friend by the wonderful people there. Ill give you an example: Im a college student and while away at school I ran out of contacts. I was about 4 pairs of daily contacts away from walking around blind. When my mom dropped in to order new contacts, somehow they were able to source some and get them to me ASAP. Its this kind of outstanding personal service that will make me visit Wishnow-Sugar for all my vision needs for years to come. Five stars!

Customer care was awful. They told me I could get a rebate for the contacts I bought but gave me a form I couldnt read to fill out. I called them and asked if they could email me the form and then they emailed me a rebate that had expired before I had even bought my contacts. When I called about it, they told me to go to the contacts website and fill the form out there, but I cant because they gave me a rewards code I couldnt read.
