John the Pharmacist was very professional. I picked up my medication and opened it about 6 days after getting and noticed a miscount. I called up opening and he didnt even question, he went straight to inventory and let me know it was their mistake and he was very sorry. He said I will have it available for you immediately. Great customer service!
Very very very bad customer service, they dont know how to talk to customer. She tells herself store manager her name is Margherita she thinks she is CEO of CVS she makes her own rules and teaches same to her new employes. She is very rude. Wont visit this cvs again.
I’ve always had a decent experience at this CVS as compared to other ones. And the employees are always nice to me.
Had to write a review warning patients and doctors to not use this pharmacy.Had a patient have surgery this morning and needed a post op prescription today. Spent 23 MINUTES ON HOLD with the pharmacy and a live person never picked up the phone.Ended up calling back on another phone line and leaving a voicemail for the pharmacy at the 22 minute mark.Called the patients wife back and she said had been inside that CVS pharmacy about 10 minutes prior, that the pharmacy staff told her no one had called in a prescription, and she told me that they didnt seem busy at all.Patient will have to wait until at least tomorrow because god knows chain pharmacies only check their VM every 24 hours max.Get your act together and stop interfering with patient care.
My cashier went out of his way to help me today because other CVS locations were not able to. Shout out to Mr. Harris!!
The pharmacy department is rude and not responsible. You wait in the window at least 7-10 minutes without getting any word from them. You don’t event know what you need to do..The asian lady serviced at the window today(7/26/2021) at 11:40am is worse pharmacist ever seen..
Customer service at pharmacy its terrible, I went for a covid vaccine, the lady who attended me and put the vaccine, forget to give me my ID card back, when I realized it I called back and nonbdy knew anything about it
Next time a Krazy Karen approaches my vehicle in the drive thru whining & using profanity because the line is not moving fast enough for her privileged self, CVS staff should tell her to get her tail back in her car before she has the brakes beaten off her entitled behind instead of sitting there watching like ducks waiting for things to escalate...I should not have to be harassed while waiting on a prescription when I dont even work here...
Location is in a convenient place. Cashiers are helpful. Only complaint is they have no travel size bottles, at least I couldnt find any.
Customer service was horrible. Cashier was not knowledgeable, call out supervisor...believe his name was Alex...he never said, was just as clueless. Tried to return something and they told me I had to go to the store I bought the item which is ridiculous. Is CVS not all the same company?
Came here today to have my prescriptions placed. The customer service was great and I out within 20 mins! The pharmacist was having a hard time reading the doctor’s handwriting for one medicine but he was able to get everything figured out. When in the area I will definitely come back to this location.
Exemplary customer service from both the pharmacy technician and the Pharmacist Roma. They educated me and helped me with special needs. I highly recommend. Roma the Pharmacist is wonderful.
Ive been coming to this location for years; for four years it was right next to work, and now its right next to my doctor. Ive almost always had a good experience here, which is why its 3 stars, not 2.On Sunday, I stopped by this CVS after going to said doctor to pick up my prescriptions. Ive been sick for 9 days at this point and getting out to go to the doctor is already exhausting me. Ive been getting exhausted easily with this sickness. The doctor had described what my prescriptions did and when I should take them so I didnt feel the need to ask the pharmacist again. The pharmacist told me to be sure to take a probiotic with my antibiotic, but didnt mention what form anything was in, or anything else. That was that. Having fever-brain, I also didnt think to ask the pharmacist how I should take the medications, if they were in pill form, etc. The pharmacy has always been good about describing them to me before. Since she didnt, I assumed it was pretty straight forward.Maybe Ive been prescribed the decongestant before, which was why the pharmacist didnt tell me that Im going to need to measure out exactly 10mL of fluid, but imagine my frustration when I get home to discover that 1. This is exactly what Im going to need to do, 2. It wasnt told to me, and 3. There was no measuring cup or anything to accompany the liquid so I could do this. And I dont have anything to measure it out with at home. If I had known this information prior to leaving CVS, I would have picked up a syringe or something. But by the time I got home I was too exhausted to go out again and needed to stay home and rest. Having someone run out on a quick errand for me isnt an option, either. So, I wasnt able to begin taking my prescribed medication until nearly a full 24 hours later when I had enough energy to make that quick trip out which completely exhausted me again. (Of course, having fever-brain, it also didnt occur to me that 10mL probably translates to teaspoons somehow, until after picking up the syringe.)All of this to say, next time please let me know if Im going to have to measure out an exact amount of liquid before I leave the store. I dont want to get anyone in trouble, and I know we cant be perfect all the time, but this is important, too.
I literally walked in at 5:02 just two minutes after they closed and they said no, they were not helping me. John with the foriegn accent hung up on me at 440 and said there was no way I would make it in time. I called back and spoke to Lisa, the store manager (while o was driving there) and she transferred me back to pharmacy to just be hung up on instantly. I will never go back to a CVS again. Neither will my family. Thank goodness to HEB for being helpful and professional.
The good: (1) I found Fishermans Friend lozenges here that Target & Walmart didnt have. (2) They have the CVS ExtraCare Card you use to earn points & cash for each purchase. (3) The location is very convenient (corner of Hwy. 6 & First Colony Blvd.) with ample parking. The not-so-good: (1) The cough medicine area wasnt clearly labeled. (2) There was just one cashier who was too serious, no smile, poor customer service. (3) It can be hard to get out of the parking lot during rush hour traffic.
Pharmacy dont pick the phone quickly. At least 10 mins
I stopped by early Friday afternoon for a fl shot. The pharmacist, John, was great and has a great sense of humor.
I bought a pack of batteries. When I got home found out they were wrong size. Very close but still not the right size. The batteries (sold as package of 2) were not cheap ($23) and I couldn’t return although I have the receipt because I had opened it. How else would I know if the batteries fit?Any other store, including Walmart, would have accepted the return. Very BAD customer care. The manager ( tall African American) lady was RUDE!I usually go Walgreens for everything. But CVS is just a tad closer to my house and I was feeling lazy. But I will NEVER EVER shop at CVS again. They cannot compete with Walgreens. I have never had Walgreens not take back a return. If I could give a zero rating I would.
The pharmacy sucks. The Chinese little cashier doesnt know how to acknowledge the customers. The main pharmacist took the cashiers back after I repeatedly said she gave me the wrong medication that I was asking for & insisted that I didnt know what I was talking about. I wouldnt recommend going to the pharmacy here. Disrespectful. Rude.
The people in the pharmacy are more worried about covering there own behinds and whatever they are doing to make themselves so paranoid. My Grandmothers doctor sent in a prescription, and I called and they said it wasnt covered by her insurance. I did NOT tell them that we did not want it. They had ordered the prescription, and it was to be there the next day, but whoever I spoke with, took it upon themselves to call the doctor and have a different RX called in. Then, they refused to fill that one because it was too many pills of a narcotic.Really?Tramadol ER 300mgs quantity 90 = Tramadol 50 mg quantity 540Same total mgs.Screw this place.
Love this pharmacy. Pharmacist really cares about you.
I bought home depot and babys r us gift card and employee could not ring it up. Employee said system is down. Last week i bought Amex pre paid card and system error. Month ago I went to refill money in American Express Serve card, same thing happened system down or showing error.Happened to me 3 times.I left everything else i was going to buy because i ended up going to walgreens. Employee does not have answer nor they dont have a number to call for help. Two employees there and no one cares, She said i dont know whatz wrong. Never going back to this location.
I got here by 8:25 but it was still closed
The Pharmacy never answered the phone calls
They need more than 2 people for sure
