Not a bad store..

THERE IS A NEW GUY I HAVENT SEEN BEFORE BY THE NAME OF WAYNE. HE ENGAGES CUSTOMERS IN TOO MUCH PERSONAL CONVERSATION WHICH REALLY SLOWS DOWN THE LINE. IF MANAGEMENT DOESNT SAY SOMETHING TO HIM WE WILL STOP GOING THERE!

On 05/07/16 at around 10:50 a.m., I went in to this Shell Gas Station to buy a power ball ticket. I waited for the 5 feet pony tailed young lady cashier to get up from what it seems like she was playing with the computer. I waited for about 20 seconds before she attended to me. I asked to buy a power ball ticket. Before I could even say how much I would like and wanted the power play which is $3, she already rang up 1 ticket for $2 which is not a power play and issued the ticket to me. I told her I did not want that as I wanted a power play ticket. So now, she refused to take my money and sell me the tickets that I wanted to buy for $18 for all power play that I was buying for someone else. I asked for her name, but she refused to give me her name.This lady should not even be working there at all. ALL SHE CARES IS TO GET PAID AND DOES NOT CARE TO WATCH THE STORE!! This kind of attendant are invitation for THIEVES to target the store! I have been going to this store for over 25 years and love this store! But I hope they do something about employees like her. Totally humiliated!!

Its ok. I mean, it is really just OK.Prices higher than most, but not all, Sugar Land quick-eee-marts.It proximity to Fluor Daniel, and the fact that it has been here for 25 years, probably makes the owners feel like theyre still the only game in town.
