Absolutely one of the best quilt shops in this corner of the world! The combination of friendly, kind, helpful staff, good prices, and a wide beautiful selection is not to be missed! My only disappointment is that I didn’t come here sooner!

This happy place, I come for all my quilting needs! I have been a customer of Lana’s since she opened at the other location. She has grown as she is so very kind to all her customers. She makes one feel as if they are the only ones in the store. Great selection of fabrics! I do not have the need to go and shop anywhere else!

My experience today was exceptional.The customer service is outstanding and the owner is kind as well as knowledgeable. She explained to me about the various sewing machines. The staff greeted and attended to me as soon as I entered. I have worked in customer service and this was exceptional.I would love to start taking classes.

I went to the store today and was greeted so sweetly by Ms. Lana. She is such a treat! She immediately engaged in a conversation about what I was looking for and when I showed her what I was working on, she started searching for the perfect fabric for me! When I told her I was a new long armer, she gave me some free tips and advice about a problem I was having with my pantographs. The store is well organized, clean and feels just like a quilt store should. If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would! Go there and see for yourself. What a gem!

A decent store. Maybe it was an off day.it was a Thursday afternoon and there were maybe 3 other people in the store. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. A lady behind the register was the one helping me.I explained that I was looking for my first embroidery machine and told her the model I was considering. She turned her nose up and flatly stated, we dont carry that version here, you can go online or try Walmart. And we dont service machines that werent purchased here There were no offers to show me similar machines or give me more information until I continued to ask questions. She eventually showed me a model in the store and gave me information for a model that was double the price, which is fine, it was just like pulling teeth to get to that point. At the beginning I initially felt unwelcome, dismissed, and not taken seriously. probably because I am younger, and a male. (probably not the typical clientele). she eventually turned it around but it still left a bad first impression. The purpose of buying from a dealer is to develop a relationship with a store you can loyally patronize for all of your needs. After being told they wont service a machine unless its purchased from them I felt like its all about money and I wouldnt receive much help afterwards. They are an authorized brother dealer and service center, so why would I not be able to pay to have a machine serviced here even if it was purchased elsewhere. I am big on customer service as I work in the service industry. If she were concerned about sales, I feel there was a missed opportunity. I clearly stated I was looking for my FIRST machine which should have been a good cue to show me around the store and all the products they offer. even if I didnt buy a machine that day, show me the fabrics, show me the materials that make things easier, show me the classes offered and how to sign up, explain the differences in machines and why its worth it to maybe spend a little more. There was another lady working that seemed friendly and helpful, but she was busy assisting the other customers so I didnt interrupt and just opted to leave with the information I received from the lady I was dealing with.I was hoping to love this store, since it is the closest to where I live. I am willing to give them another try, but I will also be looking for other dealers a little further away. it may be worth the drive. It wasnt a horrible experience, but I was a little disappointed.3 stars because 2 would seem spiteful, it wasnt THAT bad. But, 4 stars would be too generous.Reading other reviews, I hope to meet the owner if I visit again.

As an MDA patient and quilter, Lana made my shop visit the most rewarding experience. She has a great shop, but she also has great love to share. Before I left, she gifted me a handwork kit to ensure that my hands would be busy while visiting doctors and flying. Unbelievable costumer service! I called with a Longarm problem and Bill found the issue and repaired it while I waited! We were in the middle of quilting for a customer. I was so lucky to find them today! Lana is so friendly and I have already made a date to return. I highly recommend this shop.
