Im little disappointed by this Costco, so few Asian products consider of the location and its shoppers. I found much more Asian selections in Orange County and other Asian population area.To be fair, this location is clean and full of well stocked and organized goods.

Very good place for buying bulk goods🛒🛍️, but prices are bit higher than we could think. Service by employees are good, especially some of them. About Costco Food Court, I bought Cheese 🍕 Pizza, but they gave me Pepperoni 🍕 Pizza which was a mistake they did. They have to put ✔️ marks on pizza covers. At the same time, there is no frozen cooked french fries 🍟 available anymore that I want to be bought.

Cheapest gas around and great prices for bulk items. Has heavy traffic on Saturday and Sunday mornings and dont open until 9 or 10 am, so might not be best for early risers wanting to get grocery shopping out of the way. Consistently have your staple items in stock and some good deals for other items.

Its the best place and smart shoppers shop here. You are saving a lot of money and returning things are easy. So many different foods from all around the world. The place is great! The only thing i dislike about Costco is that it is so crowded. Costco needs to spread out and build more places, everyone is squeezed in here. It causes traffic and a hastle getting in and out of the parking lot.

Maria S. (OP# 630) is the most rude and unprofessional employee Ive ever seen at Costco. Yesterday around 1pm, my husband and I stopped by this Costco to return an electric toothbrush that stopped working within a year. After taking our membership card, this employee gave us a suspicious look and asked who is this? (pointing at my husbands picture on the card). My husband claimed it was him, however he was still requested to take his mask off and show his ID for proof. My husband and I were both shocked at that point, since weve never questioned for our membership by ANY Costco employee in the past 5 years.After validating our membership, this employee opened our toothbrush box and started examining EVERY SINGLE ITEM in there. Two minutes later, we were informed that she is unable to process the return for us because the replacement brush heads are missing. Seriously? ?Everything else was nicely placed in the box but the replacement heads, but who still have those three freaking heads after one year??Ive been an Executive member for many years and this is the most uncomfortable and frustrating treatment weve received from a Costco employee. The experience today has pushed me to seriously consider dropping my membership, because I feel like I was treated like a criminal, instead of a valued customer.We ended up returning the product at a different Costco location, no question asked.

Weekly shopper here and pretty amazed at how frequently they change inventory.This was the first time I’ve see picanha (probably because it was labeled only as top sirloin) so props for the butcher department for the good label. Price was great.You can buy all kinds of stuff here but the food court has been scaling back in goodies. I really miss the churro ;(

This Costco was packed around noon time this morning. There is no disinfectant for cleaning the shopping cart, nor hand sanitizer around store. The checking out lines are next to each other. The distance between customers on adjacent lines is about 2 to 3 ft. I don’t feel safe to shop there. Everything else is good such as, the. Checkout personals were polite and very effective, the store is clean and well stocked.

Not a fan. Overly priced by a lot! We went to see which one would be more suitable for our family of 7, Cosco or sams club. Website states u can look around but not buy anything b4 signing up for a membership. NOT TRUE!They wont allow u to even walk in the door, without showing ur card. U are automatically escorted to membership sign up. We did do it so we can look and to get dinner at least for the night. Now we will cancel our membership for sure Tonight. Had we had an opportunity to look around first. We would have seen its not what we want.

Do they give money away? This has to be one of the busiest Costcos around. Not to worry the check out line moves pretty fast.

This is my one stop shop, They have everything I need. Prices are great, store is always clean, even during covid it gets busy but they manage the lines and it goes real quick. BTW These yellow totes are great for storage or moving ...

I am long time Costco member. I bought a battery a month ago. There was a problem with new battery. They changed it but I lost several days and suffered from the bad cell battery.

Some driver speeding when through to thr front main door and even not slow down when see people walking throughout to parking lot. Be careful and prepare those driver. This is not one, twice, it happen a lot of time. Costco management should put the bumper in front of main way, so shopper can have happy shopping.

Order online laptop, didnt received checked my security camera ups never come home. And costco although asked police report refused to send replacement or refund. Meaning if u order online and lost mean your responsibility not even ups

Costco keeps upping their game and I love it,great selections and increasing new items are been introduced and it so cool.The weekends can be scary because there are a lot of people but they have enough people to handle the crowd.Great location, great layout

My niece dropped me off at the entrance so I could get a handicap cart and proceeded to find a parking space. I entered the entrance to wait for her to come join me. I had to move a bit forward because lots of people were trying to enter and I was in the way. Meanwhile my niece was was with me tried to enter and the person at the door told her he needed to see her card. She told him she was there with her handicap aunt who had already entered. He was very loud and rude to her telling her she had to have a card to enter. He said he didnt care if she was with someone else he needed to see her card. I understand what his job entailed bit he could have been a more professional about how he handled the situation. While he was chasing her down, I am sure others entered without him seeing her card. I am a new Costco customer and this was my second visit to this location. I will not be back to this location again because of this persons actions.

My favorite Costco ever always have what I need very convenient Avenue in Sugarland for me and still was always clean and well.

It was okay, good customer service. I just tend to find more of what I need at Sams Club and a bit cheaper. Overall facility and staff was good.

I enjoy shopping at Costco although it’s always super busy. Employees are generally pretty helpful and courteous, but there is always that one that throws customer service training out the window. Went to order eye contacts at the Vision department, took a number as required, but an employee by the name of Mellisa, after finishing with a customer, took another customer ahead of me.She did not have a number. I asked her if they were not honoring numbers in which she rudely snapped at me and told me she had been there before me. When she took me, I had to tell her that her rudeness was uncalled for. She refused to acknowledge my concern, said it was neither here nor there and that I was missing the point when she said the customer was there before me. I reminded her that the point was Costco has a number system that needs to be honored or what is the point in taking a number. Plain rude and no apology given, just a dismissive young adult!

Please do not buy blinds from Costco because they don’t stand behind their warranty!!! We bought blinds from Costco in 2017 and spent over $10k on the entire house. We were told that Costco offers lifetime warranty and will take care of any issues. We are having issues with motorized blinds and called Costco. I was told that we needed to pay $125 to a third party to come diagnose the problem. When asked about the warranty, Costco’s reply was that the warranty is with the manufacturer and Costco has nothing to do with it. WTH? Really? Now I am stuck with malfunctioning blinds that can only be fixed if I use Costco’s vendor by paying a $125 trip charge, these guys are deceptive in my book. Will never buy from Costco again!

I love Costco and feel very confident while shopping in store or online. Customer service is great. Ivan is my favorite customer service employee. He’s very experienced and helpful. I always look for him if I have any problems, but I won’t be able to say the same thing with Kim. She’s rude and makes me feel stressed whenever I need to make a refund. So 5 stars for Ivan!

The executive membership is definitely worth it. Best costco around, the others are usually very dirty. This one has always maintained cleanliness.

I LOVE THIS COSTCO! Easy returns and great reps help you out here. We were shopping for security cameras today and they had sets from 279. We also picked up a rotisserie chicken for $5, which is their everyday price. Pink himalayan salt in 5 lb container 6.69. We picked up some ceramic frypans in a 2 pack on sale for 35.00. The coconut oil 1 gallon is $14.99 which is $5 less than HEB and better than online!

This Costco is always busy and crowded. The parking design is dumb and horrible. Selections are limited too compared to the I10 one. Overall, I would not recommend to go to this Costco.

The gas is usually lower than nearby stations. As you can see by the attached photos, there are lots of things for lots of areas of your life. Weve bought glasses, tires, etc. here. Today we bought their Mandarin Orange Chicken to compare with the Mandarin Chicken we usually buy from Trader Joes.Sometimes you dont realize you need something until you see it here. A lady was stocking up on Charmin multi packs and said she hadnt planned on getting it but the $4 off sale was a good deal.I did go a little crazy with the food samples (and that wasnt even all the samples), but thats how Saturdays at Costco are.

Typical Costco with all the typical products you find. This Costco feels more crammed than others and there’s SO many people. Most people wear masks inside but I have seen some who take them off inside. Not the Costco’s fault but it is really hard to keep a safe distance from other when it is so crammed and crowded.

Store was clean and organized with a great selection of items. The cashier was rude and made a disparaging comment about my family size, which was disappointing. Otherwise great experience.

ABOVE AND BEYOND, the team in the tire service department are the SWEETEST!!On my way to get my tires rotated I ran straight into the curb to avoid hitting a dog, instantly blew out my tire. In my disheveled state after allowing my immediate members know Im okay, I called to inform them I would be missing my appointment. Eric showed such compassion making sure that I knew how to change my tire, willing to talk me through everything step-by-step despite being at work. Once I arrived at the shop Eric and the whole entire crew work to fit me in despite me being late for my appointment. They also examined my car, all took turns tended to my rim and let me know that I would be needing to get an alignment. Honest, caring crew at Sugarland Costco Tire Services.

Good place, crowded at times. But good varieties. One thing which doesnt make sense is their gas pump. The entrance is messed up. They need to find a new way to enter for gas.

Going to Costco is always an experience. Costco recently added self check out. I was evaluating the use of self check out. The thought is good, but the user experience is slower than many other retailers like Sams, HomeDepot, even Walmart. It may take a while for the Costco members to become acclimated to doing self checkout.As part of Costcos checkout plan, every item is weighed and put onto the weighing table after scanning. This is part of their loss prevention plan to make.sure you are getting exactly what is scanned. They check out your basket again on the way out. This is slowing down self checkout. I will keep using it, understanding the process.

I used to think Costco has the most efficient cashiers ever, I even enjoy watching them work together (usually 2 people work as a team on each lane). The newly added self-checkout stations slow things down quite a bit and sometimes inaccurate. In my last visit, it missed one of my items (even though I did scan it) and was stopped at the exit. Such an embracing experience.

Great Costco location with a wide variety of selections. It wasn’t crowded like other Costco’s I’ve been to in other states, and everything was well priced and easy to find. There’s lots of parking, so that’s not an issue here. There were out of quite a few food options at the food court on a Friday night, but everything was perfect besides that.

Went for the first time as we were looking to sign up . Michelle has helped us with all the options available and explained very well what are the benefits in which membership. We have ended up taking gold membership.

Esteefana has such an attitude, always talks to the co worker and never pay attention to customer at check out line. Throwing merchandises in cart and just turn back on the customers. Rude!!

YO THE FREAKING CHURROS ARE BACK!

The staff is very friendly and customer service oriented to assist however there did not seem to be enough staff working during the time I was there which was 5 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. It is one of the most disheveled stores I have visited and this is my second visit. In other stores there were staff organizing merchandise, folding clothing, putting products where it belongs. I am new to the area, the visits have been disappointing, I may drive a little further to go to one of the other stores.

Its Costco selling almost everything from A-Z! Membership required to shop, non members must shop with a member! Enough said!💯

This store occasionally stock lots of great asian items and snacks :)

Lots Of Good Stuff.

Lines for check out are long, Unorganized, at Sugar Land TX location, even under two or three employee supervision. They allow people cut in line at self checkout station and if you try to correct them, they roll their eyes telling you thats not an issue! They dont care how you feeling, what they want are fast people flow in a not comfortable way. Costco CEO knows what happened, they let it happen!

Customer service is always a problem. The store as far as selection and merchandise is top notch but their customer service is one thing they need to improve. Often times when I need help finding an item their employees are never available or they are so stressed because of heavy workload they avoid helping people. Their employees are some of the unfriendly employees ever. They get paid well but the labor is too much!

Forget Sunday afternoon!Love the latte dog food prices!

This location is always busy in the weekend. It doesnt seem to marry what time I go. Its never crowded inside though, and the checkout team always works hard to keep the lines moving quickly. I shop at Sams Club too, but there are certain items I can only find at Costco.

Costco is our warehouse of choice because of the healthier and, more specifically, lower carb options. Cost saving are comparable to other warehouse memberships, but I can always expect to find a new product that meets our dietary needs. Lines might get long, but the staff handles it so well youd think it was a Chick-fil-A.

This was my first time at this location and it was crowded. Despite this, I found that everything was still organized. The staff was doing a decent job of getting everyone processed through the checkout lines. I only came in for one item. I was thankful that they were out of the item so I didnt have to wait in that long line. I wasnt disappointed because I wasnt expecting the item to be in stock anyway. For those who are interested, I was looking for the Kirklands brand paper towels that are out of stock at my primary location and the website. I ended up getting another brand of paper towels elsewhere because I noticed that Kirklands is out of stock everywhere that I came across online (Amazon, Ebay, etc.).

Excellent as expected of Costco. All the items were well stocked and they had a reasonable amount of cashiers on duty.

Good as always. However, though they dropped mask mandate, 95% still had them on...i was not one. Also, no russets or Pecorino Romano slabs of cheese, ugggh!
