I had wonderful customer service today. I need to get medicine for my MOM. I printer Good RX coupon but it was for 30 tablets. But Pankaj able to find the better price for 60 tablet. He saved about 100 USD for me. Wonderful job and thank you for job well done.

Except for the two asian ladies & Ms. Bangash, the rest are very rude and not helpful. I changed mine to a pharmacy and love it. They apply the coupons and get me the best pricing. Dont have to argue with anyone anymore. This is the worst pharmacy.

Worst customer service and very unfriendly, went today to pick up prescription asked to explain the prescription and the lady named Anita rudely replied saying its already written on it and did not explain. Other pharmacies always explain it once while handing over the medicines, now I have to change my pharmacy

Worst customer service ever, period. Unfriendly, slow, long lines, long hold times, hang up on you after holding. I could fill this page with examples. Final straw.....my debit card was compromised TWICE in a row. Walmart pharmacy at Bella Terra is great by contrast. Polar opposites of this Sugar Land store.

Pharmacy people are so friendly but it does take a little while for the prescriptions to get filled. It’s better to call ahead of time and then wait an hour or two.

Very rude stuff.

Its cheaper than most pharmacies especially for long term meds, but the wait times are terrible. Plan for a possible half an hour of waiting if youre doing a simple medicine pick up. Always good to call them first and check if its even ready.

I should have given negative if there is option . My doctor sent prescription to this Pharmacy, when I went to pickup I seen it was not generic so I asked lady at counter for same. She mentioned she will check with doctor and will call you. That never happened. when next time I called pharmacy another lady said I am not aware what you talked with other lady and there are notes and you need to call your doctor. This they could told in first place itself. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I am not bothered about generic is available for me or not, but there should be clear communication to get medicine on time.

If giving a negative star is possible, I would do that! I called in on July 11, 2017, to speak to a pharmacist to make sure that they have my refill ready in 2 hours, and I went there after 4 hours just to allow them double the time they asked for, and guess what?! They just told me they didnt have it! The old woman didnt even apologize! She simply said, If you need it today, you can get those over the counter too. Over the counter, its about $9, and the prescribed drug would only cost me $4. I cant do anything but to go there again on July 12, 2017, and that same old woman had a very hostile attitude. This is their customer service...

Took over 2 hours to pick up a prescription that was dropped off half a day ago.

Customer service here is trash should’ve kept my medication at my sugar land location just the drive don’t mind now..
