I order my order online and set it for pick up at this location.. upon arriving there.. the system goes down witch is understandable you cant control technology. but you can control how you deal with the situation. Ms. Tamara Rhodes was very unwelcoming I stood there for a while before anyone even asked if I need help she didnt even make customers aware of the situation and help accommodate them for the wait.. nothing but rudeness even when associate did try to at least start my process she stopped them. its sad that the manager of the store whos is supposed to be a leader has the most nasty attitude. at this point I wont order from this location anymore

Pandora only allowed a couple people in the store at a time which made me feel safe. Arielle helped me pick out a bracelet for my mom. She was very kind and helpful. When my sister and I would ask questions about the products, Arielle had a helpful response. Arielle was very easy to talk to and friendly. We ended up picking out a bracelet in less than 20 minutes. If you are going to First Colony Mall and plan on stopping by Pandora- You won’t regret it !

I had the most amazing experience today at Pandora! The sales associate Bethany M. was so sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel extremely confident that I was making a great purchase and that I would love my Pandora bracelet which is very important because its my first one. I enjoyed selecting charms with her. I had her re-arrange my charms more than once and she did it with the kindest spirit. Tamara R. is also phenomenal and always a joy to see her smiling kind face.....I will definitely be back agian and again!

The store/salesperson(s) were fine. I thought I had purchased a service plan/warranty for my mothers bracelet. However, after purchasing my daughter one, I am saddened that my mothers tarnished bracelet and charms arent much of a value. My daughter was told that theres only a 30 day guarantee.

Nope never again customer service were all so rude ! First and last time at this store.Never asked me if I needed help looking at anything I waited 45 min to be waited on, and still got ignored so I walked out without purchasing anything! Store is very small and still wanted everyone 6ft apart they should limit like 3 people at a time for the store being so small but extremely rude .Need better employees or employees that love their job and helping people !Not recommended!

I placed an order online to pick up in store. I called the store multiple times and no one ever answered. My order was cancelled on the same day that I was going to pick up my order. I reached out to the customer service to find out the store was temporarily closed. I did not receive and email nor notification of that. The customer service rep said that I should have received an email. He also said that they couldnt give me my item at the discounted price that I ordered it for. That is very unorganized and unprofessional.

I had an exchange because my bracelet was too small and the head manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. She gave me an exchange total and after searching for a new product, proceeding to check out she told me the checkout amount was incorrect and I had to pay the remaining amount of 200$ if I wanted the new product and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or confusion caused on her end.

Helen the sales rep who assisted us this afternoon is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the product and the store. She has a good customer attitude. She’s an asset to the company. When ever we go back there we’ll definitely look for her.

So pretty much theyre not cleaning jewelry, but other Pandora stores are. The lady was very rude about it.

Was there for almost 2 hours just looking and with an indecisive person who finally decided to make a purchase. Workers werent rushing her which was nice. This is my neighborhood store and have been a regular customer for a couple of years now. I was very sadden when I was treated very poorly. Staff member Almeta was treating customers very sarcastically and rude just yesterday, this past Valentines Day. We were surprised she was representing such a prestigious brand as Pandora. I often refer this location to friends and family but longer will not if nothing is done to correct what is going on in there. I do not recommend this location or this customer service representative. Please Pandora do something to correct this behavior before you lose more customers.

Environment isnt overwhelming..allot of options regarless of taste you will atleast find 3 items you like..prices vary so if on a budget dont worry allot of pretty options under $200.

The store is very small, that’s not a problem they did have everything I was looking for sometimes the one inside Galleria is missing a lot of inventory . My problem with this location was customer service the girls there were a bit rude the store was packed and they just kept whispering with one another it was awkward i was not even greeted they just called my name and asked “ what are u looking for “. Maybe they need better training .
