Love this location! Its a good size, didnt feel too crowded. For a Saturday morning, I was surprised there were only 2 employees, but they were very helpful and attentive. Shout out to Jude and Deirdre (spelling?) - they were both great and made excellent recommendations. I would be happy to go back to this location and recommend it to others.

They forced hand sanitizer on me but Im allergic to aloe so they directed me to wash my hands with used dusty soap. Since I didnt want to use either, they were condescending about not touching the samples which I didnt plan on touching anyway. I simply wanted to get a face mask but decided to leave as I no longer felt comfortable.

I’m a frequent shopper at lush and I’ve never had issues until I went to Lush at the first colony mall. The Service was horrible I felt like I was being watched the whole time. Seemed to be irritated when ask questions about the product. I had asked for some samples of some moisturizer and they gave me a dime size sample which was very annoying. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location to anyone

Found out I have to wash my hand in a bowl that was already used . But when asked if they had virus filter in the Air condition unit they replied no. Most companies have these available except lush. We hope you strive to add common sense to health practices such as offering a clean sink over a used up bowl.

Nice store, and I respect pandemic protocol but I’m really not cool with waiting in line when there’s only four people in the place and they won’t allow more than that at any one time. The point of masks and vaccines is to be able to carry life out semi-normal, I feel like creating a line in front is insulting and adds additional hype when there really isn’t that many customers to begin with.

Excellent service, smaller store than ive been too in the past. I was able to find a couple good scents. Friendly employees, very helpful towards my husbands wishes. Would recommend.

I love this store for its organic and non animal cruelty products. I get the shower jelly for my son and they also have cool bath bombs. If you have never been in the store, Id suggest you stop by.

It was stressful for me to shop because the employees were just staring at my every move, very uncomfortable. Anytime I stopped to see something, they would ask if there was anything particularly I was looking for? I would tell each one No Im just trying to remember what I bought in a different lush store. And they kept asking questions, I was trying to enjoy my shopping to see if I could find something new but the employees would not leave me alone, it became stressing. I decided to leave without getting anything because I could not handle the stares, my very first and last visit to this location.

I like the fact that they are trying to keep it nice and clean.

Great products, but bad customer service. My wife went to this store located in First Colony mall on Saturday and not once was she asked if she needed help. Keep in mind this was her first time, but when two other ladies walked in, they were greeted and asked if they needed help. Maybe because we’re humble and don’t dress all flashy, they assume we don’t have money to spend. Won’t be spending my money at this store anymore. We hope the customer service at Memorial is better.

So basically most of my products I use are by Lush or The Body Shop because theyre both organic, vegan, in support of animal cruelty and support community trade. The employees are awesome! They are so helpful! When new items comes out they would tell you all about it! They are very informative in each of the products within the store. My favorite is the Charity pot, not only does charity pot smells good, it helps donate the proceeds to some organization in need. Plus they have the most amazing bath bombs ever! No one else can beat them!Im in love with their lip scrubs! I got a seasonal one from this location called The Kiss and Ive been using this product three times a week. Or whenever my lips are chapped. I wish I bought more of the The Kiss lip scrubs. Theyre so cute! They have these little hearts that are edible and of course the lip scrub in general is edible.To be honest, I have 2 dozens of bath bombs in my bathroom closet and I use them only when Im stressed out or in the mood. Which is always!

The employees here are always willing to help you look for and choose products. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the uses. A wonderful store to visit and learn about their products, and I love that they support charity and other causes to promote a better world.

I went in looking for a product to clear the pimples I had and reduce my facial oil. Felicia was the associate to assist me and her customer services was absolutely horrific. I left the store devastated with how Lush treats their customers. After using the product she recommended my face was in a worse condition than before I used it. I would recommend staying as far away from this store as possible.

I have super sensitive skin this place is great! You can ask any questions! Samples before a commitment of a big supply of anything. Love it.

For reference, the nearest Lush from where I live is 4+ hours away. At this location specifically, my significant other and I were able to sample four or five different products, we talked the ears off one of the lovely male staff members, ended up spending over $100.I made the mistake of sampling the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster mouthwash tablet without knowing I should spit it out, and ended up holding it in before the same staff member noticed and showed me the sink where I could rinse my shame away.This company has a way of making loyal customers and making their ethics easy to understand for new shoppers. I think everyone should consider Lush when shopping for new cosmetics. I personally use their shampoo / conditioner called the Avocado Co-Wash, their bar soap called Outback Mate, their body lotion, Once Upon a Time and their solid cologne, Dirty.Ask for some samples, try everything the right way, and invest in your hygiene!

Read the reviews and went it a little nervous about the customer service. But to my surprise I had never had better service before! Super friendly and willing to help me find what I needed. Was also given over a handful of different samples to try when checking out. Highly recommend this store!

Love love love the store products. All Natural and available for all skin types . If Lush Corporate were to visit this location, theyd be ashamed. Filthy dirty and the products look old and nasty. Every single employee stayed behind the counter talking or on their phones.

LUSH does an amazing job helping me with my allergies and health issues. I am allergic to soy and the store members walked me through what was safe for me to use and what wasn’t. LUSH is my favorite store. They have such great products, morals, and customer service!My favorite products:Therapy massage bar- great for moisturizing and any skin rashes, hives, itchiness... this is due to the soothing lavender and neroliHottie massage bar- smells great and is awesome for sore muscles... due to the black pepper in itTender is the night massage bar- heavenly smelling and silky smooth onHoney I washed the kids shampoo bar- great for traveling! Lasts a long time and smells divine!Boom! Toothy tabs- great for traveling! Im disappointed and upset about this store and there worker felicia. Not only did she have horrible customer service. After being check out. By rushing and being upset by the service. My credit card was left. I remember setting it on the counter. But to find that later that day more charges at lush was made. Along with other purchases in the very same mall. Ive learned that my card had been stolen by this worker. Im holy upset. To have to deal with this matter. So if this criminal is still working there....be aware!

This is the worst store they could possible have in First Colony Mall PERIOD!!!! Felicia is totally unreasonable an does not care about the well being of her customers. I recommended people to go here for personal products and they ended up with a MAJOR!!! Outbreak of some sort so PLEASE!!!!! Be careful with the knowledge of the employees on their products.

I went into Lush seeking just some bath bombs for the wife I dealt with the worst customer service i ever witnessed in my life. Them not knowing my Islamic heritage they seemingly made gestures about women that wear hijab s Jokingly calling them ghost... I am appalled with the ignorant comments made by the associates. IF YOU EVER GO INTO FIRST COLONY DO NOT GO INTO LUSH, AND IF YOU DO, DO NOT DEAL WITH FELICIA.

Beautiful cosmetics, and bath products, as well as skin care items, but just a little pricey. Dont shop here if you are on a budget, youll be saddened by how little you can but even with a sizeable amount of money.

Im never going back. I went to go return two items and I guess he didnt like it or his racist. So, he decided to charge me $40 for nothing. I went back and he said no i dont know where that came from call your bank. Everytime I go to this lush im being watched from head to toe.

Rude customer service here the people at the cash register were super rude it was a man with a beard and there was also a blonde bigger lady i wanted to buy a hair shampoo and made a shear mistake thinking it cost $5 because the tin was $5 only and they didnt have a sign for the shampoo so i said I thought it $5 they said no thats the tin so i was then like okay im not interested so I proceeded to buy my bath oil and once i turned around they were laughing at me and saying things under their breath i felt very vulnerable and uncomfortable in the store wouldnt recommend it to anyone all though i did get help choosing my other products out their was an asian young girl very sweet and kind thanks for the help but will never be going again those people by the cashier made me feel very uncomfortable
