Absolutely love this place! The owners, Ryan and Tricia, are great people and the staff are all super friendly. The food is spectacular and healthy. The meal prep is incredibly convenient, especially for taking to work and it has the calorie count right on the lid. It comes in its own little tupperware style container. The wraps and bowls are my favorite to take to work, they fit perfectly in my lunchbox. My daughter(7yo) also loves the food there too.

Im in the area for work for the rest of the month and saw this place. Everything looked so good. I got the mmg signature wrap and it had a lot of flavor. Ill definitely be stopping in again to try out the rest of the menu. Staff was super friendly too.

Id been wanting to check this place out for a while. I wish I would have tried it sooner! I walked in and the staff were super welcoming and nice. They have a ton of food options to choose from and I decided on a salad. There is a variety of ways you can customize your order to fit your food needs. Everything is super healthy. My salad is delicious, and the service was super quick! Would highly reccomend, I wish there were more places like this!

Muscle Maker Grill is a great addition to the South Hill restaurants especially since the menu is focused on healthy eating. When you walk in they are very welcoming and the atmosphere is up beat with music playing.Service was friendly and fast. I ordered the Tex-Mex Fajita Wrap which came with a side of pasta salad. The food was amazing. The wrap provided just enough heat but wasn’t overwhelming. Definitely worth trying out!

I come in here once a week for flatbread pizza. Always an amazing product. I came in today at 3:15 on a Sunday and they said were closed. Because of the pandemic. Doesn’t sound like a good way for recovery, maybe they’re having trouble finding employees. But to be clear if you’re not open you can’t make money. I made a trip all the way from another city. As I do once a week on Tuesdays. Kind of crazy to be closed on a Sunday, I’m sure the owner is Aware how busy this area is on a Saturday and Sunday. Very disappointing. But the food product is exceptional.

I Love Muscle Maker Grill, it is my favorite place for lunch when I’m in Puyallup. The fresh grass fed beef, the fit bowls are amazing, I have never had anything that wasn’t full of flavor. The owners, Ryan & Tricia, are friendly and out going to make sure everything is to your liking. I would recommend this place for people that want to eat healthy and not have it taste like cardboard ..

This restaurant is not only one of the best tasting but also the friendliest staff. My family and I have eaten in here, ordered pick up, and had it delivered many times. My wife and I love Muscle Maker Grill! We live in Poulsbo and go there when we are in Tacoma. Their salads and burgers are awesome!! Love their sweet potato fries, air fried by the way. Tricia and Ryan run a great place and are always accommodating and friendly!! Worth the trip!

ATHLETES BE WARNED:Highly Inaccurate macros.Meals on website not available in the app.I bought 10 meals. 5 of them had completely different macros then what the menu online and in the app displayed. A couple wraps and one of the bowls.Ill post pics if I can.Online menu would read somewhere around 50g of protein on a meal.But once its made and in the container with the macros displayed on top. It reads around 35g of protein. As well as all the other macros are highly inaccurate. Not all the meals are like this but several were. This happened my 2nd week. Enough to stop paying $100 a week for my bogus meals. Ill have to find a different ACCURATE service.

This place is amazing! The staff are super friendly as are the owners! We love the meal plans they have. My husband and I used to spend every Sunday meal prepping for the upcoming week; it took up half our weekend! The meal plans are comparable to what we were spending but without the time and dishes. Plus they have tons of options so Im not bored. I also get lunch here once a week; burger salad and works flatbread are my favorite! I cant say enough good things about the staff and the food here!

I was in the parking lot outside of The Rock one day when this 3’11” bald, extremely buff cut of beef steak pointed at me and laughed. Being super insecure, I knew he was really calling me fat. So I entered his restaurant and asked how many meals do I need to order to make muscles? He said “all of them.” I signed a year meal plan right then and there.1 year later and I am so fn jacked and tan! I can’t even shave without my reflection flirting with me.I can no longer tie my shoelaces because my arms barely articulate with all the added muscle. Thankfully, my year long meal plan came with a complimentary pair of Crocs.Would recommend!

I absolutely love this place! Great food, great portions and the owners are the most wonderful people I’ve met in Puyallup. They actually come from the back kitchen and talk to you. Now that’s what I’m talking about. We recently went back to being health focused after Covid had me a little fluffy :) I have driven by this place countless times and always wondered, but figured they were very expensive. Today we had some time to kill and we were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices and the very high quality of food. On top of this, the staff was great, and very health-conscious during this concerning time. Even more so, the meal planning is SUPER AFFORDABLE! Ordered The Godfather - added cauliflower rice for an extra $2.99. Instead of adding it they took out the broccoli all together. I’m sorry to be harsh but this was the most bland meal I have ever ordered from doordash, the chicken was flavorless, the rest was super watery. It was a very small portion for costing ~$15. Had about half a chicken breast, maybe two cut up mushrooms, and a tiny bit of cheese. Save your money honestly.

I had the teriyaki stir fry with added broccoli, my husband had the MMG wrap with oven roasted potatoes. We were both very pleased. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The teriyaki stir fry is on my fav list along with the delicious turkey chili fit bowl. Excited to try more of the menu and try out the meal prepping.

I went to Muscle Maker Grill today for the first time. I had been following them on their website for two months and was extremely impressed with the quality of their food and lack of additives & lack of high fructose corn syrup. When I entered the restaurant, the worker at the counter asked if Id been there before. I told her no so she handed me a paper menu and guided me through the choices. I was not that hungry so I had a 4 berry smoothie (16 ox $3.99) and the taste was great. I also had 2 sides ($1.99 each) Red beans and brown rice (yummy!) and cucumber salad (which was also yummy and not bitter like most Ive had). The ingredients were fresh and not heavily seasoned. Thankfully there were two cashiers as it got quite busy for 1:15pm on a weekday. Other people came in and dined in like me, some did takeout and one had called in her order. They have meals in their cooler you and buy and take home to heat up. Five healthy meals are only $39.99. They offer a variety of bowls, wraps, salads, sandwiches, sides (even baked potatoes) and drinks/smoothies.

Very impressed with my first salad. I ordered 5 meals to start with. I like how I put my order in and got to pick up same day. I don’t have to wait a week for an order. It’s fresh! The nutrition label and pack date is clearly marked on lid. Not only that, if your using my fitness pal to keep track of you food log ...the meals are loaded on there for easy convenience !

It doesn’t look like your average neighborhood food joint, Muscle Maker Grill is anything but!We went in on a Saturday afternoon, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and an incredible aroma of food cooking. The place was very clean and the setup inside was nicely organized. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on what to order. :DI ordered the Arizona Bowl and my son had the pasta with meatballs and a strawberry smoothie. Which was refreshing and super healthy for him.When our food arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded. The toppings worked together beautifully. The turkey bacon, grilled chicken, and rice were packed with flavor, and the signature sauce “OH MY” don’t get me started, that stuff is AMAZING!! I requested extra on the side. Hehe. By the end of the meal we were so stuffed and already planning our next visit. We can’t wait to go back and try more things on the menu. I’ve highly recommended this place to all my friends and family!! Way to go guys! 😬

I was just in there with my family. We are thrilled to have tried it out and will definitely be back. I am going to give the meal plan a test run. Prices are very affordable and food is obviously clean. Looking over reviews which gave this place a bad review. I can easily see that those customers went there with the expectation of a regular restaurant. Muscle Maker is NOT a regular restaurant. The food is intended to feed those who are very aware of their meal needs or requirements. An example of this is an athlete or someone looking to lose/gain weight. OR someone simply looking for truly healthy and clean. And NOT looking for an option that will give the typical “American sized serving”. Rant over. Not Sorry.

The service was on point, so friendly. I applaud the chef because not only did I notice how clean he keeps his kitchen the 2 burgers we ordered were amazing! I feel the prices are fair and Im excited to go back and try another item on the menu. Also, we got our food to go and they packed everything up very nicely, I was impressed. Feels good to eat out and your body not feel like junk afterwards!

Me and my boyfriend have recently found and fell in love with this place. We have decided to order meal plans every week. $80 for 5 meals for each of us, freshly made, ready to heat and eat. The people there are absolutely amazing. Cory loves what he does and puts it into the food he makes, wonderful guy!

To begin, I ordered the MMG Signature Wrap (for me) and a bowl of Turkey Chili (for my wife.) At first, I was hesitant in trying out a healthy eat fast food restaurant because truth be told....you cant have ALL of the good flavoring and fats that make up a good percentage of how good the food can taste. UNFORTUNATELY I was WRONG about that. Not only did the healthy food have great taste... but it also was filling! Very fresh tasting food. Alongside that, great employee satisfaction and hospitality! Was in and out in less than 7minutes. Most definitely going to make it a routine stop when I am in the area. Great job to the owners and staff. Two thumbs up!

I have always been a picky eater and not one to step far out of my comfort zone. I was nervous to try different things from their menu, but everything I tried is delicious! The Santa Fe wrap blew my expectations out of the waters. My favorite is the turkey chili salad. They are family friendly with a kids menu, high chairs and boosters, and a changing table. Staff is super friendly, the place is always clean, and service is quick! Definitely recommend to everyone.

First time here. Great selection of healthy gluten free options for the wife (she ordered one of the fit bowls) and I had a wrap. They do not scrimp on the protein in their menu items, chicken items were packed full of chicken. Everything prepared to perfection, more like what you would expect from a full sit down dining experience rather than a grill. Highly recommend as a healthy eating option if youre on South Hill. Price is very reasonable for what you get.

Ive been here a few times now. Customer service is amazing. Ive always been greeted when I enter, and bid farewell when I leave. Ive had a wrap, grass fed burger, grilled chicken jalapeno sandwich, and the godfather bowl. So far each meal has been great. I leave full, yet not weighed down and sluggish afterwards. Good, healthy food

My mom and I went and got two entrees to go. She got the Asian Sesame Ginger Salad and really liked it. I got the Grilled Chicken Fit Bowl (Chicken, Broccoli, and Brown Rice) which was awful. The rice had uncooked, crunchy grains. The chicken was dry, like it had been cooked awhile ago. The broccoli was sort of tasteless. While the food was being made, someone on the line sneezed. I didn’t notice whether it was into a bare arm, a hand, or just into the air, but I l know there wasn’t any hand-washing that took place afterward. :( I’m also a little confused about the fat free and reduced fat ingredients. Most of the science these days indicates that fat is not the culprit of poor health. In fact what is often added to fat free and reduced fat items to make them taste good is worse than the fat itself. Curious.

By far the best and most affordable place to eat clean. The staff is very personable and the restaurant is impeccably clean. Im only giving one star because I wanted to leave a review. My husband and I were very disappointed with this place. We got a baked potato and a salad and the potato was hard and rubbery and looked unappetizing. The salad was so tiny like a little side salad for a child. We paid good money for our food and were completely disappointed. We wontbe giving it another shot. Nothing really healthy about this place. Ill stick with cooking at home so I know my food is clean and healthy! I wish I could post photos so you can see what our food looked like. It was horrible!

Wow- finally a place that is healthy, affordable, and flavorful! Swung by during their first week open and was very impressed. They have thoughtfully put together their menu options and do not sacrifice good tasting food for the sake of calories counts but still achieve both. The options can easily be substituted. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with grilled sweet potato fries and my mom got the Asian chicken salad which was full of a variety of greens and yummy dressing. Both were AWESOME and delicious. While there we were checked on multiple times by the staff and made to feel very welcome. Ill be back and am excited to try the other options they offer. Thanks MMG for making us a great lunch!

As a person that eats gluten free, Muscle Maker Grill has made it super easy to grab food on the run. The food is tasty and reasonably priced especially for healthy food. All the times I have been in there the customer service has been great.

Had the ravioli wrap, thats what it tasted like. I really liked it, and Im not into eating healthy. Ryan and Tricia are both great people that really strive to help people.

This is the best thing to come into our area! I went in for lunch one day to test it out before I purchased the meal plan and went home and started building my meal plan right away. The meals are perfectly portioned and are very filling in the best way possible. If I had one critique it would be that I want them to open earlier in the morning so I could get a shake before work :)

I was kind of expecting a typical cheesecake. I was pleasantly surprised that is was in fact not a typical cheesecake. It was creamy and delicious but not overly sweet. Which allowed me to eat more of it? (Is that a good thing 😉)Food aside, the heart put into preparing, serving, and customer service truly set this place apart from some other establishments. On both occasions, I have witnessed the owners working alongside their staff, both in the kitchen and on the floor. Owners engage with customers and seek feedback/commendations. This is rare and admirable for a new business. It leads me to believe customer opinions matter. Plus, food is likely to get even better.Exciting start for this new restaurant. I have been following this restaurants progress since day one! I was so excited when they finally opened and since they have been opened (2 weeks)Ive been there several times and the food has never disappointed me! their food is very flavorful, guilt free, and satisfying. A few things I love the most is I dont feel that over full feeling and grossness that you get at other fast food places. The second thing I love is the atmosphere is so friendly, welcoming, and children friendly as well. The third is that the owners are so compassionate in what they do especially for the husband being military and the wife being medical. They truly know their stuff and I highly recommend coming here!!! I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!
