Best bowls I’ve had from a smoothie place but they just take so long. It’s fresh and they cut up the fruit but I’ve even ordered ahead so it’ll be ready when I get there and I still have to wait on them. Don’t go if you’re in a rush lol but other than that, great customer service and great smoothies/bowls

Very yummy! Tropical Squeeze was delicious! I prefer this place way more than Smoothie King! Two employee girls were super friendly and place was clean. Will be back again!

Love smoothie factory! Every time I go here, Im always welcomed with a smile. They always get my drink ready fast and I rarely have trouble with my order. I have yet to try their bowls

Smoothies have been really inconsistent as of late. I continue to support because the owner/manager (assuming the African gentleman is an owner or manager) is really nice…But the new employees really need training…the smoothie I just purchased is really thick; makes it hard to enjoy.

I came by today and the sweetest girl gave me a smoothie that tasted REALLY really good! i felt bad because it seemed that she was all by herself and a little overworked but she did a great job and i got my smoothie really fast!

Employees were very friendly, and smoothies tasted really great. They complemented my shirt too which was cool.

There were three girls that helped me and they were the sweetest people ever! Made my smoothie quick and it was delicious, I will definitely be coming back!

Got the Pina Colada smoothie today, tasted bland and horrible. I believe the girl who made it was new, she was nervous but nice. Coworkers were just in the kitchen and she made it herself. Tasted really bad.

Did an online order and it wasnt ready when I arrived at the store. After a 10 minute wait (making me late for work), my smoothie was ready but was very watery and not at all what I expected. Disappointed because Ive been here before without having issues.

I am so so so pleased with this place! Smoothies never disappoint. I’m specifically writing this review because I came in right before closing (I work in the service industry So I know it’s a pain) and the sweet elderly lady was SO sweet and easy going, regardless of the time. Absolutely great. It’s hard to find customer service like that especially when the store is about to close.

The strawberries I’m not sure if it is actual strawberries or they add a lot of honey, it is very sweet, gave it to my sick mother who came from the hospital and it affected her, please add less or no sweetener, also is it a Christian store? Cause they always play Christian music . Aside that I got a juice and I loved it.

Poor costumer service. They need to be more professional. Working in the service industry is a hard thing but your guess is your number one priority.

I used to love coming in to get my daily smoothie but there’s been to many changes. I come in and there’s a new person everyday. This wouldn’t be a problem if the new people knew what they were doing but they don’t. I don’t know if it’s the manager that’s at fault or just the employees but it’s never been a problem until recently. Also when I came into the store earlier there was a song being played with enough profanity to please a sailor. I hope to see changes because I really like coming here but after the problems I’ve been seeing I might have to find a new place to fulfill my smoothie cravings.

Great spot for an after workout smoothie, or a meal replacement. Lots of different supplements, so ask for KC is you need any help, shes amazing and very knowledgeable. From smoothies, to healthy snacks, prepped meals and all kinds of supplements, this really is a one stop shop for all your heath and fitness needs.

This is the second time it happens to me at this location. The employee after handling cash did not wear gloves to make my smoothie. I asked them why? They said they never were told to wear gloves. The guy actually touched some of the ingredients with his hands. Nasty!!

Had a peanut butter smoothie with strawberries and it was great. Very busy store!

Be careful when purchasing here. Ive been double charged. Make sure to ask for your receipt or you could be charged up to $20 or $30 for 1 smoothie! Manger didnt seem to care much for my story and promised me a free smoothie only if she was there????

Ive always had good experiences here. I prefer their smoothies to Smoothie King. The girl that usually works there wears really tight, short shorts and has a great butt.

Lazy staff, the only one with customer service is the young lady. But all of the others aren’t consistent with how the smoothies taste and when I got their once 10 mins before closing they didn’t care to assist and ignored me. I come here on a daily but not anymore.

I love their smoothies but the bathroom is always really dirty and gross. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Lazy staff, I asked for a bowl the past three times and they always say the are “out of all the bowls” This makes no since to me. And they expect a tip when they just simply don’t want to do their job.

This place is constantly under-staffed and it always takes a long time to get your order. When you finally get your smoothie it tastes watery because they use too much ice. Heres a hint: freeze the fruit and you dont have to use so much ice.On more than one occasion I was not able to get an item on the menu because they lacked the proper supplies to make the item.Ownership, get it together.
