We enjoyed what we ordered. My only complaint is that it does not look exactly like the bubble waffle ice cream that are on display. We ordered two different kinds. The seller prepared it nicely, but it was not like what’s displayed. It was also a bit pricey at $7.25 each waffle ice cream, but considering that they’re inside the mall, I guess it’s understandable. Besides, it was delicious and filling. And the warm, freshly-made waffle was very good together with the ice cream and toppings. They also sell beverages like Thai Tea, etc. They use the Square payment system, so you can tap or insert your credit card. There are tables around, some with plugs to recharge your phone while you dine.

They have displays of topping options, and also have bananas clearly sitting in the kitchen for use yet they refused to let me add it to my waffle and ice cream. The image in this review is of their display example of what you can get, but they obviously need to take it down since they told me no.It’s $8 and it comes with the bubble waffle, ice cream, THREE toppings, and 1 drizzle. I literally only asked for one topping that they had displayed, and they barely even put any chocolate drizzle on mine. SUPER ANNOYING! Definitely will not be back.

Terrible service, I arrived early to the first colony mall to avoid greater exposure to COVID-19, at 11:05 am the young man who attends was not ready, I waited 10 more minutes and he could not attend me. He should arrive earlier and prepare to serve the public on time

Good morning America took long time to review. But great experience never forget. First colony mall Bubble waffle. And tea. Guys were above and beyond there job . We had two kids with severe allergies. I can’t imagine these guys took there time to check all ingredients explained to us. With great smile. All boys were awesome 👏 waffle 🧇 and ice cream was delicious 🤤 and love ❤️ to go to back to this place it was win win.....

Simply amazing! The ice cream was delicious! We got the waffle with cookies and cream ice cream, coconut, strawberries, chocolate drizzle and matcha pocky sticks! The price was great and my husband and I could hardly finish it because it was filling and that good! Highly recommend!

Super good boba tea. I was blown by how good it was, I wasnt expecting it to be that good.

It is so delicious, they have tea, ice cream with the bubble waffle cone, it is amazing.

The bubble waffle wasnt really worth it as it lacked taste and ended up just tasting like cardboard but the tea wasnt bad.
