We are a family of 6 here on a Sat. Night having fun and the people here just rained on our parade by being mean, rushing, and impatient! The servers are definitely not good humored AT ALL... They hate their jobs and it shows. The guy in the blue hat is THE WORST

Hadnt been to Marble Slab for years, and we were glad they were still open following the pandemic. I had my old standby, sweet cream with Oreos on a fancy cone and it was as delicious as ever. I always appreciated watching them smashing the add-in to the ice cream, and it was still fun..I was annoyed that my wife got exactly the same thing as me, because having a taste of something else is a delight. Not only did she deny this pleasure, she finished the whole thing! Darn!.They still have benches and tables outside to sit and enjoy your treat, which we did. Overall, Marble Slab is as good as I remember.

The little girls working there have no arms. I asked for peanut butter cups. Both cups were still whole. No joke...

Love it. Creamy, sweet ice cream. Great when you are sad or happy 😁. The one problem is that it is expensive 😜

We came in to get ice cream last night. My sister who lives out of town was treating us. When we went to pay her debit card would not work, bank was assuming fraudulent activity. My wife and I did not bring out wallets/purse so she had to run home to get another form of payment. While we waited for her to get back the young man working there offered to buy our ice cream for us. It was one of the nicest and most honest gestures I have seen one stranger do for another in a long time. This Marble Slab has a great employee, but an even better person and I justed wanted to say THANK YOU again!

This is the worst marble slab i have ever been to, have lived in sugarland for some time now and its only getting worse, bad customer service ALWAYS. i bought a quart of their vanilla ice cream with strawberries and they didnt even let me know before making it that they were running low on the topping and put a measly couple of strawberries. at least let someone know before making it. a total waste of my money.

I love this place. Ice Cream is awesome. The service is also too good and quick . I went at busy time and only two employees was working but they serve too fast.

Not the best location. Teenagers running the store and their rude behavior was uncalled for. Not rude to me but other customers.

I stopped by to get my favorite & noone was there, but me. The staff lady was working in the back. When she came to fix my order, I noticed she didnt have on gloves. Not happy about that.She was skimpy on my ice cream & I had to ask her for more to fill the cup. Even though she saw cash in my hand, she didnt release the ice cream until I placed the $ in her hand. I felt some kind a way about the entire experience. Maybe profiling???

I showed up tonight to get ice cream at 9:45(15 minutes before close) and see a customer walk outside with ice cream. A employee looks at me and says we are closing up right now and wouldnt serve me. I didnt argue or fuss I just said okay turned around and walked away. That is beyond terrible customer service and I dont plan on coming to this location again soon if ever.

To be specific. It was our first time. I told our server this too but his day might be not so good. So he was not interested in assisting us. When we asked for only one flavour to taste. He rudely replied No. Whether i like the food or not but i am more concern about customer service and because of that you are getting 1 star. I wasnt having choice of Zero star ranking.

I had an absolutely horrible experience today the young man making the icecream was so overwhelmed he did not know how to properly mix in the icecream and he went and got hot caramel instead of the room temperature caramel and burned himself and handed me an icecream cone with caramel dripping everywhere... It got all over my white clothes and he left half of my icecream on the table and I had to ask for the rest of my icecream in a cup because he was not going to give it to me and he was very slow making it...the management Amir or whoever it is should be ashamed of themselves for not properly training the staff

The ice cream was great...server was on blue tooth talking while fixing order; asked me the same thing 3 times during my order.

It was so fresh. the service was friendly and sociable. the bill was reasonable i would say. they have a lot of great reviews for a reason.

I come in at least once a month and every time I do, I feel happy with the service. Very good vibes as I walk in the door. The ice cream tastes great and it’s so clean when I walk in. Other locations don’t really do well. But I am impressed. I come in with feeling positive vibes and I leave with positive vibes. Thank you. I would definitely say to anyone that this location is better.

Love their ice cream! I got a waffle cone with Chocolate, and for addons pecans and oreos! Love Oreos! It really took care of my ice cream craving

Staff used to be friendly but the new crew is just not very nice. They don’t like making shakes apparently and often (more than three times for us) find some random excuse about being out of some ingredient to make shakes. The bathroom at this location has been “out of order” for a year. I mean... really? Just change your sign to “employees only” or “private” why label it “Restroom” if it is not available ever.

Guess they dont actually close at 9 but instead whenever they feel like it. We were turned away at the door at 8:50 for a take out order. They should update the hours to reflect when they actually close.

Awful customer service and racist we call them before we went it was a closing time. They said over a call we will take the order. When we went their still 15mins left of closing. They took our order but refuse to mix the topping on a plate. They reply very rudely “WE ARE CLOSING IN 15Mins SO CANT DO IT FOR YOU”. And after she said that they mix up the topping for another customer. When i asked why you are doing for him. She reply they call us ahead of time. I said i also asked you over a call. RACIST

The best Marble Slab in town. They have tons of flavors and the store has nice indoor and outdoor seating. The servers are nice and knowledgeable. The flavors are really good and unique. All around the best ice cream in Sugar Land.

I dont usually write reviews but this location it the best location around, by a milestone. I have been to other locations but their ice cream does not taste the same. I been coming to this location for years, this location is clean and always has good ice cream, their staff is super nice, and very efficient. very busy location but is with the wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LOCATION.

Would never visit this please again. As soon as we purchased the ice cream, the lady at the cash register started asking questions/commenting about the religious outfit of my kid in a degrading way right in front of my kid. People need to learn how to treat people respectfully before they learn how to make money out of people.

Avoid this place! Dishonest, rude employee & manager. Weve been customers for years, and purchased cakes mulitple times as well...Dishonest employee/mgr committed fraud by writing in their own tip amount on our credit card slip! Discovered it when reviewing our credit card statement. Then we gave them other chance. Now they wont honor their own offers which they sent directly. They dont care at all about customers or service; they made no effort whatsoever. Not coming back to this location. There are plenty of other good ice cream places. Dont reward dishonesty- go elsewhere.

Marble slab is famous for its quality and variety of ice cream. I personally believe that they live up to this, making ice cream with a cold slab of marble changes the texture completely, and for the better.

If I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 Star. The costumer services is awful. They don’t smile, they correct how people talks. It would be nice if they do it in a nice way, but being rude that’s not the way. Very disappointing because we really like the ice cream but every time we come here there’s a problem with them.

2 servers were more concerned about what a fellow employee was doing in the parking lot then taking our order. They were talking, for lack of better work, smack about him, loudly, in front of at least 3 customers. Also, we were blatantly passed over for an order by one of the cashiers, when we had been standing in the store for a good 5 minutes before the lady walked in. Overall pretty crappy service from teen/early 20s, sad they fit the stereotype. Dont worry though, eventually the other 2 employees came in from the parking lot and helped too.

I love marbs. Best Ice cream. Very pricey, but worth it. Staff are, and have been every time I have gone, absolute crap. I get having to work sucks, but for real, put a smile on and pretend to be like you want to be there.

If youre from the north, its the southern version of coldstone. Just not as creamery as cold stone.

We like the ice cream, but it makes me angry that I looked online to see when they open (it said 10:00am), get my pre-schooler and toddler excited that they were going to get the rare treat of ice cream and then we get there and the door says it opens at 11:00am. If I had known that they werent open until 11 we wouldnt have gone until 11. Instead, we went to lame McDonalds for sundaes.

Friendly staff but very unsanitary. Staff failed to properly wash hands after using bathroom. So gross!
