I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a cake which is supposed to have 2 flavors . I got 1 flavor and wrong colors I asked for and it was TINY . Less than 2 inches deep. It was as small as the puppy cake I got for my dog. When I picked up I asked the lady working does this have 2 layers / flavors and she said she didnt make it . What kind of customer service is that !?!? She was also rude to the only other customer in the whole place . I should have read read other reviews of people saying they are rude. I dont care how tasty the ice cream is be nice to your customers ! And cakes are pre ordered to make occasions special not disappoint people on a special day . Needless to say we went to our bakery and got a regular cake too.
They have different Desi flavors. Tutu fruit / chickoo/ thandai is worth trying. They sell the pints of ice cream as well, which I usually pick up whens I have guest coming from out of state.
I would give this place a 0 rating. We ordered two original falooda. It was room temperature and watery and didnt taste good. This is so expensive (each cost 8 dollars)and we wasted our money. And we notified the staff within 10 mins and they didn’t have the courtesy to offer a replacement order. We have been a regular customer here in the past but we will not be going to this location anymore.
Their Icecream can be good but their service and place to eat your Icecream is not the best. What makes me off the most is that their restroom is intentionally closed as “ not working “ for the last many months. They even tell you to use the restroom of the burger place next to it as if we are buying burger. I am sure city of sugar land would penalize the store if reported.
They have many Indian flavors of ice cream. We like malai kulfi and kesar pista ice cream. Kids fav is chocolate ice cream with M&M.
Ice cream was amazing; creamy and thick texture with tons of unique flavors. Only downside was the customer service. The lady working there wasnt friendly and obviously didnt want to be there, much less help customers.
We been going to this every week after covid-19. Product is great but the reason for one star is Restroom. Restroom is closed since 6 months. It was so annoying every time you go there and restroom is close. Dont the reason why its been close since a year now. I heard this from so many other people saying the same. Lol. We might have to report to Sugarland city center I guess.
The taste of the ice creams and all the faloodas is really awesome and its very hygiene...keep going qwality ice cream...
Bought the family to get ice cream and decided the two scoops each wasn’t enough ordered the quarts it’s pricey but it’s the quality I like. Also Sunil went above and beyond to get me ice for my order as I drive over 22 miles to get here. Will be back they always treat us great.
Very good ice cream. The best in the country if you ask me.
Wonderful variety of ice cream flavors, and the Sundaes, faloodas and shakes are delicious! A great place to satiate Indian style ice cream/falooda cravings. And the best part is itbis open so late! :-)
This place has really bad customer service and the employees are rude. I ordered a falooda and it was watery and didnt taste good, on top of this they charged me 7 dollars for it. The location looks run down and smells terrible inside. I would not recommend this place to anyone because everything about it sucks. Your better off spending your money someplace else.
Good indian ice cream.First time trying it and really enjoyed tasting something different. They have your regular flavor as well for those who dont feel like venturing out.
I was visited this place with my family. We bought from here is Malai kulfi and Chiku ice cream. We love it.
Indian style crushed ice with authentic flavor. Kachi Keri flavor was good one. Give it a try you would like it.
The ice cream wasnt that good. The place looks run down. They offer various flavors; however, due to pandemics, the store doesnt allow tasting. Additionally, I didnt see anyone clean tables or counters.
The dry fruit falooda is great. Reminded me of the Falooda I used to get back in India.
We drove from Katy to Sugar land to try the place. We ordered ice cream cones and Faloodas. The icecreams were good. However, the faloodas were a disappointment. They had actual thick noodles in them instead of the vermicelli. They didn’t have much of the dry fruits that you would generally be served with in faloodas. The base was a watery drink. All in all it was a total disappointment compared to the nostalgic taste of faloodas you get in India.
Fantastic flavors, freshest ingredients used, nostalgic feeling of home...A tad bit pricey but the end result is drool worthy!
Horrible experience here. The owner kicked us out in the cold because there was a max of three people allowed in the store. This was fine but then as more people walked into the store he did not acknowledge that we were there first while also not asking other customers to wait outside like we were asked to. We asked him if we could go first considering we were there before four other guests. He told us yes. Then one of the other guests said they were there before us which was NOT correct. The guest then started cursing at us and the owner did NOTacknowledge that we were there first and still offered the rude guest to come before us. All the while he allowed the guest to continue cursing at us knowing we were there first and could have easily stopped the situation. Horrible owner. Horrible experience, never going back for mediocre ice cream!
We love the kulfis here, I personally love orange pineapple icecream. But hey, why settle for just 1 scoop?!must try: Malai kulfi falooda.
Hate to give this review but something changed, used to enjoy going here. Grouchy owner, would say rude. I paid and waited. he went back to browsing or whatever he was doing, I waited and asked for a receipt he goes annoyed “just for 3.95$”? I’m not going back I would rather check out other locations or stores.
Homemade ice-cream. Love it!!
Taste always good. Choose any flavour and you will love it. Specially pan flavour is really delicious 😋
The workers are great and the food quality is great however it gets really crowded
The icecream is great but the uncle with the mawa in the mouth has zero customer obsession.
Kulfi varieties are plenty. They taste rich and decadent. Service is warm and friendly. But we didnt like American icecream flavors.
Horrible experience, brought mava quad but when opened it at home it was some different ice cream, and when we called back at store, he sounded like do not care...Same experience had my other friend he found butter scotch ice cream in the mava quads. Person doing billing here are rude..
Gotta get my dose of Falooda whenever were in Houston!
Delicious flavors available...takes you back to childhood days... malai kulfi, faluda, butterscotch are amazingly delicious. Pan flavored icecream also 😋!
Lots of unique flavors and all the classics. Employees were very nice and helpful
The guy got a attitude and cant fill up right seems lazy while the other employee is good and knows how to work this happened to our group of 13
Asked for m and ms in it and she forgot. when i asked for them she just sprinkled them on top instead of mixing it in the ice cream. most of them fell onto the floor as a result. very unprofessional. you should learn from marble slab!
Good ice cream. Lots of flavors. Paan Masala is the best.
Very nice ice cream, much more flavor and creamy than other ice cream spots. Nothing beats Indian sweets, they know what they’re doing!
Fresh homemade icecream in so many different flavors! They we so nice to my kids, too! We will definitely be going back.
I visited during the pandemic. They are very conscious about the guidelines. There were a couple of customers who decided to sit inside the restaurant & the worker behind the counter explained that they didnt allow that. That doesnt mean much, but I enjoyed that effort on the workers part. There isnt much to talk about. They serve ice cream. They have maybe 18-24 flavors. You can have it in a cup or cone. There are different flavored cones to choose from. When I went, there wasnt an option for fancy ice cream sandwiches. They dont do that fancy stuff anymoreis what the gentleman helping me told me.They facilities are quaint. If you were allowed to dine in, it could become packed rather quickly. Everything was clean & neat and service was quick, friendly, and accommodating.Id recommend it for a quick snack, a date meet up, or just because.Price points arent too bad. They do serve a variety of ice cream dishes Ive never heard of, but I kept my order simple. If Im ever in the area again, Ill give it another try.
Good place, if you come here the mango falooda is a must try. 4 stars because a bit over prized.
Rude guy with attitude problem no sense of customer service doesn’t even know how to treat people he is rude everytime I go there and I won’t anymore
Paan ice cream and kulfi s really good. Love the quick service. Always my familys post dinner spot when we visit that area.
Best tasting quality icecream in town! Highly recommended
Amazing ice creams, faloodas and great customer service. Plus theyre open late.
This place has really bad customer service and the guy working there was very rude while taking our orders.
The guy is so rude this man said u cant afford tip and he doesnt have customers service
The uncle smoking cigarettes with mawa in the mouth has attitude problems
Amazing flavors they have there! Not your ordinary ice cream bar!
They need to get a visit from the Sugar Land Health Dept. There is a sign at their door saying no more than 3 customers at a time. Just came from there, after a wait of 20 minutes, while a family of SIX is casually licking away at their kulfi INSIDE the store, and the manager is not able to enforce his own rules. And as a reminder to the manager: Sugar Land reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases among Ft. Bend County residents, with a total of 1,561 on Thursday, August 27, according to the statistics posted online by Fort Bend County Health and Human Services.
Good desi ice creamLike the cassata and malai and mango kulfiAlso masala soda kalakhatta is not bad
Not bad first time there, would of been 5 but the cashier she had bad attitude, dont be mad at me bw mad at the world
It’s really sad how this place has changed in the past year . I really enjoyed visiting Kwality but ever since the staff has changed this place sucks . The guy with the glasses is so rude, impolite and lacks basic etiquette, I went inside, he saw me from the kitchen or whatever that storage room is, and kept on browsing on his phone, I literally had to shout “ hello “ twice in order for him to come out, and his serving was so awful . I wouldn’t want to publicly announce the episode that took place . The owner should either teach him some manners or hire someone else .
Excellent quality Kwality Ice cream with fabulous selection
Food is good but service made us irritated they made us wait like too much....
If youre having a sweet tooth or need to give a sweet treat or feeling down for some reason, then Kwality Ice Cream is your destination. Along with their wide range of flavors, this place is amazing for ice cream lovers. Im looking forward to try each of their flavors. Oh! Did I mention they also have yummy kulfi?
Corn syrup? Really?! A specialty ice cream charging as much as Häagen-Dazs or Ben & Jerry’s is expected to have better ingredients. Not returning back!
The uncle has some attitude problem
Best place for Indian ice-cream
Surprisingly good. Indian inspired ice cream. There are typical flavors as well. My daughter had the rose ice cream(made from actual roses) and loved it. I had a mint chocolate chip shake. It was one of the best shakes Id ever had. I will return there again.
Pan ice cream is to die for
Loved the Kesar ice cream!!!
Great ice creams and faloodas
I came here after a 1 1/2 hour hike with my boys, 5 & 7, they loved it here and I did to, we will be back!
The ice cream is good as always but i have to give them 2 stars now because they have no right to keep the restroom locked and sayits out of order. It happened 3 times with us until now. Its not that we wanted to use the restroom for free, having the restrooms available for customers is their basic responsibility.. absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve cream here is always delicious, but the people at counter seem frustrated these days. When we come into an ice cream store we need some smiles !
They have lots of options, personally I wasn’t fond of many of the choices but that comes down to taste. I ended up getting a cassata cake and it was pretty good and fresh. The lady that was there was super patient and encouraged us to take our time which I appreciated. They isnt a ton of indoor seating but its worth a visit even for the sake of trying something new.
Came here on a Saturday night after being out all day!! The variety and distinctiveness of the flavors were remarkable!! Very prompt and courteous service! We ordered 1 scoop of each of 6 different flavors to get a variety of flavors to try. The Pan flavor is really something else with the unique texture and the great flavors!
It was great I had a brownie sundae 😍
Finally found a parlor with sugar free (splenda) option so happy with that. Could leave all the add ins out though and just have the ice cream solid flavor. Just a suggestion.
Fun place to hangout with friends & family alike. Lot of variety, lot of people and Ice creams & faloodas in abundance.
We love eating falooda and specialty flavor ice-creams. Reminds me of ice cream parlour back home! The only thing is that they dont have enough seating arrangement. They need more chairs and tables outside.
Ice cream available in several flavours not seen at any other ice cream shops. Figs or chiku flavor recommended.
Notice how most of these reviews are by men? Thats because if youre a woman and you come here with your man, youre pretty much treated only as an extension of your man, basically ignored for the most part. Didnt even look at me, but couldnt offer enough flavors for my boyfriend to try! I asked to try one flavor that my boyfriend asked for but the man behind the counter just kept offering more flavors for my boyfriend to try and right back to ignoring me. I am never coming back here again! I would not suggest this place to anyone! These reviews are probably fake too because theyre mostly Indian men and this is an Indian dessert shop. Makes sense.
Nice flavours; about 4 sugar free flavours too. We go here often.. Only problem is that some staff members give rather small portions :(
Some really great flavors and of course great taste! Cassata is always a sure shot way to bring your Indian childhood memories alive
Really unique, South Asian/Indian flavors. Purchased a few quarts to take home and after a week, the ice cream is still soft and creamy. Especially like the mango ice cream.
Ice cream or fladoo is always on point. I understand sometimes we have bad days but every time we go there it feels like we are not welcome there dont no her name and dont care to know..and we are not asking for free stuff we are paying customers treat us with respect and smile so we can feel comfortable coming back. Its like she doesnt wants to serve us anyways if the owner seem to care little bit about his business would read my message and want to add another thing the store is always dirty and sticky please fix that asap.
A Good Ice-cream place to try !!! I liked Mango multi flavor it was delicious.
Excellent flavours. Great service. Cannot help but visit it when we are in the area. More spacious seating area will further enhance the experience.
Has some popular Indian flavors for ice cream. The taste was okay nothing special.
Lots of variety flavours and their special one is my favorite pan ice cream.
Nice selection of unique and classic flavors. Perfect kid-size option of my little ones.
I had mango kulfi and rose (gulab) flavor and they were extremely good.
My familys first visit today (4/6/17). The employee was friendly and attentive. And the ice cream was good but the floors were dirty. I noticed hair and dirt in corners of the store especially in the bathroom around the trash can and toilet. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, specifically under the hand dryer. There is a brown residue underneath the dryer down to the floor. You can tell it has not been cleaned in a while. Also the tiles that lines the wall was covered with dust. Probably wont visit again.
Different flavors, but really good. And the price is not bad either.
Excellent kulfis.. Yum!
Really yummy south Asian take on ice cream. KWALITY is consistent. A lot of exciting flavors. I have never tried the Falooda, but I hear it good ( just not a Falooda person )I Get a Pint from here and take it home for the weekend.
Falooda Malai Kulfi is $7. AMAZING! Tasty & healthy!
Had to reduce the rating to 2* based on my recent visit. Just needs more friendly staff.
