Came here for some dessert and it did not disappoint!! This place is delicious. Everything on the menu will hit the spot. They have a huge offering of toppings. The choices of ice cream are very good - all the basics are covered. There is plenty of room if you want to sit and enjoy your treat. The staff are very friendly and explained everything to us. The prices are very reasonable. We will come back. This place is locate in a shootout strip and there is plenty of parking available.

Its a cool place to beat the heat after a shopping spree. I like their icecreams, its freshly churned, soft and creamy. Its light on sugar and the flavors are amazing. When I went to this outlet, they were running out of a lot of flavors. You can get 2 scoops in one serving and 3 toppings for $. I tried the banana coffee and Dutch chocolate - they were really okay. I got a waffle bowl on the side, and it was soft and chewy. They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The service needs improvement.

Went there on a Friday night. We were the only ones there. The place is clean and smells nice. Three stars only because they didn’t have too many flavors. It’s a little pricey but Portions and toppings are generous.

Sanitation is very poor, the lady who took my order used the same hand gloves when I gave her the money and when she prepared my order. I also aksed her when I was paying if they have a to go container and she said Yes but after she handed my order to me I asked her if she got a cover or to go container and she said no. Very poor service, shes supposed to warm up the churro donut and she didnt do it. The price is not worth it, the Ice Cream does not really taste as it should be according to its flavor.

Reqlly wanted to like this place.. Third time Ive been here and third time Ive been disappointed to see them have hardly any flavors available. Not even vanilla or chocolate available. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious... but they probably wont have what youre looking for. Definitely wont be coming back to this place out of sheer principal.

Ive never tasted such delicious and yummy ice cream anywhere else. The trick to their authentic taste is that their ice cream flavors are being constantly churned. Their Orange cream flavor is my all time favorite. Conveniently located in Sugar Land Town Center across from TGIF Fridays. Customer service is great and has nice sitting area.

Went there around 430pm today. Young lady working behind the counter was not customer friendly at all. She seemed annoyed we were there. They dont have a require mask sign up, thus letting an older gentleman walk up and down the place without a mask the tables are near the counter so he passed by us a few times. Ice cream was just ok. The kids wouldnt eat more than a few spoonfuls. Theres also dust and spider webs on the window sills. Asthetics are good though.

Really a disappointing trip out for dessert. So many positive reviews, but my experience was not great. Sunday at 6pm (hours from close) they only have 3 flavors of ice cream? I witnessed no less than 5 parties come in and immediately leave, and I was jealous of their decision.I had one of their signature desserts, the Oreo Overload, and I threw 2/3s of it away. My wife had 2 bites and decided it wasnt worth having more. The chocolate ice cream was generic and forgettable. The croissant wasnt fresh. The toppings couldnt save this $7 monster. It was a big dessert, just lacking quality.No need for a return visit.

Went there for the first time and was very disappointed the wait was very long, they had hardly any flavors available, one of the employees there was handling food and mine with his hands no gloves. From what I was told they weren’t stocked they had no chocolate syrup they were basically shaking the bottle hoping something would come out. I don’t think I will be back I really wanted this place to be good.

The ice cream is super creamy and dense. Delicious flavors and the best is that the waffle cone is made per request. Definetly will be back. Hope next time they have churros and coffee, only regret I would say.

Not only is it oddly satisfying to watch the rad machines churn this delish ice cream but when now I believe the hype. Literally the creamiest, smooth as silk reminded me of whipped cream. Braxdons fave anywhere I oreos atop scoop of vanilla in cone had cup of vanilla.

This place is soooo delicious!!! The staff is super friendly and offer up great suggestions as well as letting you try as many flavors as you like! They are not stingy at all with the samples usually asking you if you are sure you don’t want to try something else. They even have churros you can add to your ice cream along with lots of other tasty options for you to try. I have been a few times already to try everything which I have not haa, but I will soon #;D If you need a good snack or even just something to put a smile on your face you have to try this amazing place!! I just wish I had found it sooner!!!

My husband and I each got a churro under the ice cream and it was such a delicious treat! I had banana (chocolate? maybe) with chocolate chips and Nutella and he got Oreo with crushed up Oreos and Heath topping...both were delicious!

I went here a few months ago. Havent gone back since. Why? As I was checking out, the owner (who told me he was the owner) said to me are you sure you dont want to get a card? I can tell youll be back for more.I was so put off by that. I guess some of you can say that Im being overemotional but it just really got me. Did he come to that conclusion just by looking at me? I had wanted to try this place for a LONG time.That being said, the ice-cream is good. Cool flavors. Although, the add-ons are costly. There isnt a lot of ice-cream for the price. But definitely go to try out the different types. ALSO, it melts really quickly in Texas summer, so eat inside or eat quickly. Not much standing room in the store.

Super limited flavors offered on a sunny Sunday afternoon. I dont usually rate poorly. But so disappointed. Got the strawberry ice cream. Ended up going to a different shop for ice cream.

Very very soft and creamy ice cream. The container automatically stirs the ice cream every now and then, cool to watch. The flavor of Nutella and taro wasnt very strong so I opted for the horchata flavor. Got the churro donut as a base, it was a great combo. On the expensive side, $7+ for one scoop and churro base.

Presentation was really pretty but the ice cream was too sweet even for my sweet tooth. They forgot my whipped cream and the waffle cone bowl was super stale.

Service is terrible. The lady working here is too slow. They need more then one person working at this location. She doesn’t prioritize the customers who come first and I ended up waiting 30 whole minutes just for 2 scoops of icecream. This service is outraged and slow. Will not be returning.

First time trying the place. It’s a bit small and could be located in a better location for more space for people to hang out and enjoy their treat, but I was happy to have tried it. The ice cream is churned right in front of you in an assortment of flavors. You can pick and choose what you want from their menu such as getting your ice cream on a churro donut, in a croissant, or a special drink. There is also the option for toppings. They don’t quite have lots of options of flavors however, what they do have is good. The staff was helpful and friendly.The ice cream is very creamy and smooth. I went simple for the first time and got my ice cream on the churro donut with no toppings. My flavors were tiramisu and cookie butter. I loved it with my donut and would not mind going back again. Definitely give it a try.Update:Did try again and the limited flavors were even less. No donuts or croissants available either to make their specials. It was a weekend and middle of the day. No plans for making more of anything. Whoever manages the location needs help. It has gone down hill lately. If you read the latest reviews they all say the same: “They didn’t any ice cream flavors” or “half their menu you can’t try”. Not bothering to go back, which is too bad because it use to be good. From 4 stars to 2.

Some of the best ice cream 🍦 Ive ever had!!! Better than marble slabs and cold stone by far. Business is slow due to covid-19 but I could imagine how crazy it gets during regular season. Ill be definitely returning for seconds soon!!!

I will never go back to this place. I went to get my nieces ice cream and the little girl behind the counter had an attitude, nearly the whole time as if she didn’t wanna be there. She spoke as she were irritated. When it came my time to order I decided not to get anything since they had no flavors ready or offered any wait time for them to be ready, when I walked away I turned around and saw her whispering over to her co worker who then proceeded to stare at me as she made a side comment once I walked away. Rather she was speaking about me or not, her whole attitude and vibe was really irritating. Do better in what little teenagers you hire.

The customer service and the ice cream was good!However, I feel like they should offer to go boxes for their ice cream doughnut dessert. They only give you a small hand sized square plate, which is great for eating inside. I tried sitting inside and it’s very claustrophobic because customers are constantly walking through the aisle.

You can be trendy or traditional. Chic atmosphere is great for family, friends or date night. Definitely try a signature CroCream.

Sweet heaven! The ice creams churned my mind upside down. Great flavors to choose from. Taro ice cream, yeah u heard it right the vegetable TARO (arvi), had an amazing flavor. I thought it was berry ice cream due to its purple color. Churros donut was super light and soft inside and crunchy on the outside. Girls got the nutella and vanilla velvet. Ice cream tastes smooth and creamy. Staff was very friendly. Thr owner kash, offered all flavors for us to pick the flavor we like. Great gem in the heart of sugarland town center. A must try.

They only had three flavors when we came in and were out of everything else. None of these flavors were staples, they were things like taro, pineapple, taffy...stuff like that. It felt weird not to get anything, so we picked one of those and were pretty disappointed. It felt like if they were out of mostly everything they should have just closed for the day.

We were excited to try this place for the first time. However, we didn’t even go inside. As we walked up to the door, I noticed the store was full of customers with NO MASKS. This is insane given the current situation. We won’t be back.We ended up getting Ice cream down the street.

Their brownie bowl is just a cold brownie underneath the ice cream, which was a huge letdown. Also my sister got a single scoop and was given two different flavors, but when asked if I wanted another flavor and I said no, was given only one scoop. Just go to Kilwins down the road.

Churned Creamery is awesome! The staff was polite and attentive while we were sampling multiple flavors. Which were delicious and made for a difficult decision. The owner even brought out a scoop of a flavor that we wanted to try but wasn’t ready at the time after we paid. Great experience and will come back soon.

The ice cream here was okay, however I bought a float which cost around 7 dollars before tax and it was one small scoop of ice cream with a warm can of soda poured on top (in the picture the only ice cream is what is visible at the bottom and it melted immediately). I feel like I could have made this float for far less at home and had the soda cold too. If I knew what it looked like beforehand I would not have purchased. I did have some friends in our group get a scoop of ice cream, which they said tasted fine, but everyone agreed the price was a high for what you are getting. If you choose to give this place a try, opt for something other than a float for sure.

Went here last night for dessert about 8:10, Google says they close at 10, the employee said they close at 9:45 (what store closes at a quarter til🤔). We wanted the vanilla in a waffle bowl. There were 2 waffle bowls in the case, and the vanilla was still churning. She said it would be about 15 mins. So we decided to wait outside. A few people came in and ordered. We went back in to check on the ice cream and it was still churning and the 2 waffle bowls were gone. By this time its about 830 and I asked her about making more waffle bowls. She looked at the time and said she didnt have time bc she was the only worker even tho they only took 15 mins to make. Which still gave her a hour before closing and it was only one couple waiting. So we basically waited til almost 9 to not get anything. So end up going down the street to Baskin Robbins who had good service, and everything we wanted to choose from. This was my 2nd time going here and after this last visit I wont be back. Were paying customers, came in early enough and still had to wait on the ive cream and the employee gave a wack excuse for not being able to make more waffle bowls!

DELICIOUS is an understatement. If you like freshly churned, creamy ice cream this place is for you. They didnt mix in the toppings but I almost liked it better because it just meant the flavor of the ice cream got to shine.After what I heard from staff was a crazy day (their grand opening), everybody was still smiling and the service was EXCELLENT. The employees were all smiling and they took their time to make the dessert beautiful and answered all of my questions.Absolutely recommend this place!(if you like marshmallows get the marshmallow sauce on your ice cream **no regrets**)

Amazing service. The ice cream is good, no doubt but I loved the staff here. They explain everything and encourage you to try flavors if you aren’t sure what to get. Prices are decent and clean place.

Velvety ice cream and unique flavors. One is able to see ice cream making at its process at Churned creamery. Although, typically, ice cream with a regular machine is only Churned for a half hour, here at Churned the ice cream is continuously moving as to produce the best texture of ice cream. In addition, they have nice treats to go alongside your ice cream.

I love the consistency. This is how ice cream should be had. Not the hard stuff that tou get from freezers. Plenty of topping options. Although I didnt see fresh fruit, which I thought would have been a nice addition. Not sure if I missed it or they just dont have it. Must try.

Ive cream is super delicious i got oreo which was amazing! i love the options of croissant or churro or brownie. My only regret is getting the sprinkles they were soooo hard i also had a scoop of Horchata ice cream which was good but wished I would of gotten my second scoop of something else

Had a really great time eating desserts here. Ice cream was nice and creamy and getting it in new and exciting ways was a pleasant surprise.Drink selections are pretty nice too. Nothing crazy extensive, but thats the great part. Its done once and done right!Had a great time with family and friends, hope others find this helpful as well!

Def. a great beginning for this place. So glad we have a new concept here in Sugarland. The flavors were amazing and the ice-cream is unbelievably soft. You get to try as many as you like and the staff just never stops you. Customer service was excellent! I recommend their Dutch chocolate. Can’t wait to go back and try some of their other goodies!!

We drove tonight at least 25 minutes. On the website it was showing closed till 10:00, We reached at 9:30 PM and they said we are close. Very bad service. Will never go now.

The employees are always helpful and they explain the concept and the products very well. Its also a clean facility. Perfect for a night out at the town square. Theres a young lady there, Marlen shes super helpful and very patient with the customer.

Quick service and clean shop. I got a brownie ice cream a couple months back. It was good I just wish the brownie was warmed up by default.

Love this ice cream place and if I lived closer it would be a problem! I stopped by this place while visiting Sugarland for an after dinner treat with my daughter. The store associate Betty was absolutely wonderful! As this was our first visit Betty walked us through the menu and encouraged us to taste different flavors to figure out which ones we liked. There are definitely a lot options available for how you want your ice cream served, but we decided on a simple cup vs having our ice cream served on a pastry. My daughter and I decided on the Vanilla which was pure bliss! I added brownie bites and caramel sauce to mine. She added bischoff cookies and caramel sauce to hers. The ice cream is so rich and creamy similar to that of gelato! We both were pleased with our selection and happy that we stopped by. If I lived closer I would definitely visit this place more often. Definitely a place to keep on my list for the next time Im in Sugarland!

*update: favorite flavor (lemon cupcake) was permanently removed. Very sad. Would do 5 stars again if it came back. Ice cream is delicious and creamy. Servers are very friendly and great service.

Surpassed my expectations!! Quality ice cream. Ice cream is churned at the counter. Perfectly creamy. Some of the flavors are very sweet but the berry blend and Dutch chocolate is a perfect balance. You can taste the fresh berries used in the ice cream. Ice cream does not melt fast so the churro donut was not soggy from the ice cream! The strawberry butterfly tea not too sweet for the sweet lovers. Tipping is not available on credit card yet. Owner was polite and very helpful! So glad we have this here now!

Best ice cream I have had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Good flavors. Ice cream is softer than we prefer. Good selection of toppings. Pricey for the amount of ice cream you get and they are pretty stingy with the amount of toppings. Some of the toppings we requested weren’t on there. Would give 3.5 stars if I could.

This Place is simply Amazing. All the flavors are soo rich and creamy. I could just sit and try every flavor they have. You can tell the ice cream is fresh, see it churning in front of you. This is one of the best ice cream places in the Houstonland. Top 5 I have had in the US and I have had a lot ice cream.

Best ice cream, not overly sweet and super creamy

The staff was not friendly. No option to purchase water. Only a small cup offered. We preferred to pay for a bottle or larger cup. Pictures are not a real portrayal. I literally got 7, I counted 7, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal pieces. I would say it was technically good but WAY overpriced and misrepresented.

The area is a nice setting, me and my wife loved it the employees were very helpful nice and we tried flavors that we never tasted it has that ice cream parlor feeling.

Good frozen yogurt but terrible service. The young kid waiting on us did not know how to use the cash register correctly. We ordered a waffle cone but because he didnt know how to put it in the cash register he didnt ring it up with a waffle cone. When our order came we tried to explain to them that this was incorrect and he came over and said I didnt know how to put it in the register so I didnt ring it up with a waffle cone. We had to accept what they were giving us without the waffle cone only because they didnt know how to fix it. They never once offered to put it on a waffle cone or say he was sorry or try to make it right. The girl just continued explaining to us that this is the way it was Rung up she seemed very confused as to how to fix the problem . VERY very poor customer service!

So my family and I decided to go out for icecream and I’m glad we stumbled upon Churned creamery because I got to say is like my favorite place to go now it’s so unique and delicious let me brake it down for you 🍨 on my first impression I walk in the place is really neat and clean I get greeted by staff he was very attentive and took time to explain the whole process he was very attentive to any concerns or questions we had he even explained the reward program the company has . When I asked to sample the ice cream he was very kind and you know good costumer service matters no matter were you go Now lest go to the taste of the ice cream let’s just say is very Creamy silky smooth they have a variety of flavors from fruity flavors to the classics with a twist I got to say I was impressed it was so delicious 😋 their chocolate one was my favorite actually got more to take home the have exotic flavors such as sweet melon 🍈 and more also if you are looking for dairy free they have sorbet you can customize your ice cream toppings and if you like it in a cone or a churro, croissant 🥐 they also have boba drinks so there’s plenty to chose from . The place is family and kid friendly I love the cleanliness do I recommend yes I do 👍 will I be coming back yes !!! I will definitely be coming back

Really good gelato style ice cream. 10 or so flavors at a time. You can try any flavor. Got oreo and espresso ice cream with brownie bits, banana, and captain crunch. WOW so good. They also have croissant ice cream sandwiches, brownies, and churro donuts. Easy parking available. They offer pints to go in mason jars.

A new ice cream place in Sugar Land. The staff was friendly and explained to us how everything works the moment we walked in. They have tea, floats, shakes, ice cream in a cup, ice cream in a buttery croissant, churro donuts, and ice cream in a cone. There are a lot of flavors and toppings and everything looks and taste fresh.

Definitively the most delicious ice cream i have had, it is fresh and soft plus the amazing flavors they have! I would definitely recommend it!
