I have been using Parcel Plus at this location for years. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. From passport photos, notary services to package shipping they are able to manage all of your needs. I highly recommend them

Very professional place. I am a customer for many years, and used their notary, fedex, and postal service domestic and international. Everything reached its destination whole and in time. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and answers any question professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my postal needs.

Dont waste your time with the notary. She doesnt understand legal paperwork.

They ALWAYS lie to you about when the postal service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, DHL (when that was a thing) pick up time is going to be.They only care about their profit, not anyone else or the fact that you may indeed be sending some sort of parcel that HAS to go out today, tomorrow, whenever.They LIE and tell you, Oh yes, the mail man is coming back again today, they come twviceThe time that is on the blue, post-office box out front is the ONLY time that the mail is going to be picked up from this location. They will tell you that the mail man comes again later in the evening, but he does NOT. They dont give a damn about the urgency with which your package might need delivery, even if it necessitates priority express USPS service, and you are willing to pay THAT outlandish cost, PLUS whatever their upcharge is on top of that, to have them lie to you and hold your package, for it to go out a day or TWO later!!If I wanted to be lied to with this kind of regularity, I would just befriend the guy who owns the GNC next door!

Terrible service!!!They do not offer a good service. If you ship Fedex or UPS go to their stores. Dont waste your time. They do kor offer ground shipping service.Clerk is rude, not helpful and will not make this easy to you.They suck!!!!

Excellent customer service, I went there to drop a package and they helped me all the way. Highly recommended.

I only go here because its right next to my job but EVERYTIME I drop my package off it takes forever for the carriers to pick them up. The last time i dropped a package off there it took 3 days for it to get picked up.
