Just had the pleasure of the lazy manager ringing up my delivery. He amazingly answered questions with nods and such, couldnt bother to even speak. Disgusting customer experience to say the least.
This FedEx is ridiculously slow. I’ve now been waiting over 30 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me to have an item printed because there is only 1 person assigned to print for the customers, although there are 3 employees working in here. If you value your time, go to another location.
Jared, Christian & Kristen are all very professional & friendly. Ive been going there for a few years and its always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location!

Slowest FedEx center I ever visited . In addition staff is not friendly at all.as soon as IEntered the center one of them said loudly wait Outside, wait outside which I did for sure to avoid any escalation.Before leaving the center I taught him what he should say next time. Sir do you mind to wait outside Will not recommend this center.
Good location and and easy to order and ship online. Never have issues here. Only thing they need to fix is the website where you can log in on the website at all points and not have different FedEx portions to sign in on

This Fed Ex location is great! The staff never fails to impress me. Each time I arrive they are so very courteous and helpful. It is truly a pleasure to bring my Fed Ex packages here and to buy supplies.

For years Ive patronized the Hwy 6 location and have been left frustrated by their often slow service and poor customer care. Luckily, I happened by this location and have been incredibly satisfied by their more rapid response time and professional and courteous customer care. There has not been one time that I have not been treated with respect and kindness. Thus, this Fed Ex location is now my go to store. 👍🏽👏🏽🤗
This location is always very slow. They dont do a good job of acknowledging customers waiting in line even when youre waiting over 20 minutes. There were a total of 5 customers in the store at the time and one gentleman behind me left (w/o being helped)because of the wait & the fact that neither of the employees said anything to the customers waiting in line. I was in the store almost 30 minutes and my transaction took less than 2 minutes because my label was already printed. This location needs to do better.
Multiple bad experiences at this location nowWe had a package go missing back in October ($900 value), the shipping tracker says it never made it out of the store, but the manager said there is no way they have it. Still waiting on the Claim outcome today 12/4/2017.Now I went to return ship a defective item I had ordered, and the manager rang me up for $48 in shipping fees (that was with a Fed Ex Account), and then told me after they got an oversized box to fit it in, it would be another $17 for packaging and handling. The item, if it worked is only worth $100, and I would have appreciated them being upfront about all the fees before we went through the whole packaging process.It looks like the discount rates on the FedEx business account are not even really worth it, so I am going to close it.
The representative Amani was so unprofessional. I went there for an International Mail which contained important documents. She did the service very childishly. She wasnt even done with me, and started to call another customer when I was still at the counter. She didnt label the envelope carefully. No one was there to supervise or train her. She needs to be trained seriously. When she wasnt even trained well, how was she taking International Mails. What was the Supervisor doing? Overall, this was like a mistake going to that place for an important mail. Not recommended.
I went there Sunday. The cashier guy extremely rude and cheating. He asked for $50 for three day shopping and $4.5 for a small box. I left for another one and they charged me $30 in total. Never recommend this trash location.
The worst service and rude, the guy measured my box wrong and quoted the wrong price. I shipped 30 packages a week out of here and will never ever come back. UPS is the way to go, When you measure the boxes 📦 and are blantalty measure 3 inches per area, you are ripping off the customers. Please do not use Fed Ex Very dishonest
Avoid this location as much as you can even if you need to go a little bit further.TERRIBLE staff, HORRIBLE services.They literally have no idea what they are doing.Just trying to explain to one guy that they messed up my return shipment and labeled it incorrectly came out with no resolution!!! When calling the home office to complain they simply said they cant do anything and I have to pay for a new label!!FRUSTRATING and INFURIATING!!! NEVER going to use FedEx ever again just because of the treatment of that particular office👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I have only been here once. I needed to rush a document and it seems that I was a couple of minutes late because the guy was already loading his truck. Asked him for a favor if he could take my envelope, he said ask the guy inside. I asked the guy inside, he said, ask the driver. Sigh. Anyway, he told me to put the envelope in the box. I did and they delivered it! I guess its the end result that matters.

Staff inattentive and disorganized.It took 30 minutes to get a scan to my USB.Staff took multiple customers in shipping line aware of my wait. Once they came to help me, they decided to have me walk over to & wait in the shipping line JUST to go back over to the print & copy line.Unless you are dropping off packages - avoid this place.
Terrible, terrible service at this location. We waited well over an hour in the parcel line as the one (rather rude) employee in the store answered phone calls and assisted customers with print jobs, rather than executing a simple first-come-first-serve procedure. Thanks, but Ill try UPS or DHL now.
The wireless internet service was so bad I had to go to Whole Food and finished my work before printing it. WIFI SUCKS
