DO NOT GO HERE! I mailed a package overseas for the first time. I used DHL because thats what they recommended. I mailed some jewelry and said that it was fake b/c I didnt want to say it was real. Why tempt someone to steal it? BUT, my package was stolen anyway and I think it was stolen from this store. It never made it out of Houston. DHL looked and looked for it but it was never found. I filed a claim but DHL said that the UPS store had to file the claim. So, I left message after message for Hussaini Kayamali, the UPS store owner. He finally calls back and is so rude and abrupt. He wouldnt listen. He didnt even know that HE was supposed to file the claim through DHL. I tried to talk to him but he kept talking over me and raising his voice. So, I raised my voice and then he hangs up on me. He is rude and obviously doesnt know how to treat customers. Especially customers who have suffered a loss through his store. I am already upset about the loss of my package. And, now I am upset about how I was treated. I dont know if DHL will have any recourse for me but this UPS store is useless.
The owner of store is rude and didnt even let me finish my sentence. I tried shipping something overseas and he told me it should be no problem and I paid over hundreds of dollars to have those items shipped just for it to be held at customs when i specifically asked Hussain (OWNER) if my package would reach safely to intended recipient with no problems. When I then called him about it as to why Im having to go back and forth with customs, he was being passive aggressive and snapped at me. Thats not how you handle customer service. The recipient still hasnt received their package. Honestly worst shipping experience ever. Never using this store for any of my needs again. Dont waste your time here and go to USPS instead.
This is my go to UPS store. Friendly and efficient. Never had any issues dropping off. Been to a couple of UPS stores around this same area and have learnt my lesson to stay with the same one.
Worst UPS store in the area, service is horrible, their staff have nasty attitudes. Not going back ever!
The sibling duo was my favorite. Haven’t seen them in a while. It was a brother and sister. They always helped me out with anything and everything, such great manners and helped from their heart.
Had a return for Amazon and they made me box it myself. Then they wouldn’t even close it with a strip of tape. I had to purchase their expensive tape and then they used that to close it. I contacted Amazon and verified they were not supposed to do that. As part of the service they are supposed to do that you just drop off the item with the shipping label or QR code. There is a new guy there so he just needs to learn. The gentleman and I think his wife that use to run it were the best I miss them.
Very Very bad experience in this store. As many reviewers said these people are having very worst attitude and rude to answer to question. Totally unprofessional. They don’t even give a tape where UPS in Kensington St, Sugar Land does, even they give box for Amazon return. Go to 2miles away to UPS, Kensington St, very close and courteous👍. When made those comparison, He replied, then go there🙆♂️. Yes, I will never come back here. Last and final. Bye bye.

Unfriendly staff.Comment 2 :Visited UPS Store.Was greeted well.Provided dimensions 24 * 24 * 24 box size and 50Lb weight.Provide the zip code for delivery address and asked for charges required for delivery.The lady was checking on her computer for estimate charges.Then comes a guy; and asks me to bring the bag here and then we can provide the charges.I left the store and went to FedEx and did the same enquiry. Price details were shared and will soon do the shipment.I am actually moving to PA and will reach there on 30-Dec so I visited the UPS store to check what is the best day to do the shipment and cost. But seems like UPS store that I visited only entertains customer who come with the delivery itemThe lady was doing her job well until the guy interrupted her. Looks like some senior person in the store.The one star rating is what I feel the store deserves.

THE OLDER MAN WHO WE ASSUME IS THE OWNER/MANAGER TOLD A FEMALE CUSTOMER THAT SINCE HIS FAX MACHINE WAS NOT CONNECTING TO THE RECEIPIENT DESTINATION IT WAS A WASTE OF HIS TIME TO KEEP TRYING!SHE INFORMED HIM THAT THIS WAS HER SECOND AND LAST TIME TO BE TREATED DISREPECTFUL AT HIS STORE AND SHE WOULD NOT COME BACK. SAME GOES FOR ME AND MY BUSINESS NEEDS ALSO. WILL NEVER USE THIS UPS STORE AGAIN!
Top notch service. Had a box there for a year now after a horrible experience with another company. Everyone I have dealt with there has been happy, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. From shipping out to receiving and holding packages to just daily mail they have done a great job. I would, and have many times recommended for people to use their service and none of them have been disappointed either.
I have an excellent experience in this store: It was very few minutes before the store closed on a Saturday at 5:00pm but I called to see if I still could have time drop-off my package. Sure enough I arrived at 5:01pm, and the customer service associate accepted my package because she recognized I called a moment before. Thanks to her and the service she has provided: My package was on-track and On-TIME!
Gentleman over the phone was very helpful after I mistakenly lost my tracking number that I sent out from this location. I gave my contact and shipping info for him to research the info. Call me back within 5 minutes and was able to provide me with the tracking number. The young lady that processed the shipment on 11/29/16 was very helpful and provided excellent service as well.
Went to have single notarized signature on document. Was told that because it was on a will that it would be $70 Vs. $6 dollars I was quoted over phone. Even though I was in a hurry to catch flight, went to other SL UPS and they did it promptly and courteously for $6. I did not appreciate the ripoff attempt, so leaving this review to help stop the rip off of others.
It was 7:05 on a Friday night, but the lights were still on. When I got parked, the gentleman who always holds the door or helps with boxes, is clearly locking up the shop. I wave nervously hoping he’ll let me in, and he did. This is the BEST UPS store! I’ve been all of them in the Sugar Land area, and they are never open at 6:59 on a Friday, much less welcoming you in if you’re running late. There’s always staff to help, no waiting (I ship ALOT). They’re always smiling and friendly. My package made it on the truck tonight, so I thank you!!! I highly recommend this location!

I had very terrible experience at this location. We shipped a cover that had cloths inside from here, I packed in front off the employee and asked the lady to put tape on it and she said shell apply it. I blindly trusted on them and when my friend received it was not taped and the plastics cover was cut/broken.Another time my wife sent some covers which is never delivered after asking them she got weird and rude behavior/response from employees as well as the manager!!DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!

I went to go drop-off a prepaid package and the associate (man) was so RUDE!! I had wanted to purchase of tape to reinforce the box and he said he would do it for me. However, when I asked him to tape it in front of me, he said No! that we would do it in the back room later. I told him that the package was important to me and if he could tape it while I was there. He began lecturing me and told me next time I should be prepared. I reminded him that I originally wanted to purchase tape and he refused.I had a terrible feeling and DID NOT TRUST THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD BE SENT! I ended up leaving with my package. When I got to another UPS location, I told them what had happen and they were appalled! They said they always secure the packages in front of the customer, it was custom.Do not go to this location, something shady is definitely going on .
I use their services at least once a week. Theyre friendly and professional and a pleasure to do business with. I come here for all my personal and business postal and shipping needs. Highly recommend.

Horrible service, my wife went to drop off a box and wanted to buy tape to secure the box. They stated they would do it for her, when she said she wanted to do it, or if they could secure the box in front of her. The associated lectured her on learning to trust people. We went expecting excellent quality in service, not to a see a life coach.
Excellent service. Kind of pricey. But didnt have to deal with the painful long line at the post office. Trusted my guy to package fragile picture frame without me watching him... (Just a heads up... Im writing this before I know if it arrives unbroken on Friday expectedly)
I am a huge amazon buyer and tried to return some amazon items. I KNOW you can put multiple ups return labels on one box since you can package them together. I have been advised by amazon to do this as long as they are to the same address. The two reps there were very rude saying it was not allowed and only one label per box is allowed. I told them that I have been able to do it in the past and they said that I could buy boxes to return each item or I could go to somewhere else.I went to another store and look at that, they allowed me to put multiple return labels on one box.Won’t be going to this UPS store again.
I had a terrible experience this morning when I was there with my wife. UPS did not show up for a picking up 10x7 rug, so we decided to drop the rug at the nearest UPS store over this weekend. I and my wife went into this store as said we dont have a return label and asked him if he can print one for us. He, I am sure is the store manager, was not offering any options and downright rude asking us to come back with a return label. As my wife was on call with the UPS customer service to see if they can help with, this person insists me to pick up the rug and wait outside!!! I have asked him to at least wait until my wife gets off the call with UPS customer service but he continues to insist to take the rug out!!As my wife was on the call with UPS customer service, she asked him if he can print a label through an email. His response was 3.99 dollars to print a label. He could have said yes I can but it will cost you $3.99....The UPS customer service has sent a bar-code in an email he could scan and we were finally out of the store. The thing that surprised me first he could not think of any options which would help us in finishing the transaction. But that was not it. He was insisting me to wait outside and was not patient enough to at least wait until my wife gets off the phone call with UPS customer service. I was the only customer in the store and it was not like he had to attend to any customer. He was rude the entire time we were there in the store.I will never step into that store again!!!
Highly recommended this place I always go there love the service love employees love the smile of that beautiful humble girl she welcomes her customers with her smile I was very down that day but when I walked in and saw her smiling face I forgot everything and the old gentleman is nice best and quick service 👍🏻
The staff at this UPS store has always been super helpful and nice when I go in. They really make the process easy and stress free. Ive used this location to mail a few things including Amazon returns and Ive never had any issues.
I went to this store to pick-up a package. January 21, 2018 at 4pm. The manager ( his name is Sonny) was very rude and giving me an attitude. i asked him if i can borrow a scissor or cutter so i can open and check my package he said NO in a very rude way giving me an attitude.He is not helpful at all. Wonder why this store is still open considering having a lot of BAD reviews. Sir, you need to come and attend a customer service seminar or training so you can brush up your attitude towards your customer. i was very upset. Not coming back to this store.
They will charge even for some tape to close a box... And the person even told me if I give tape to everybody I wont have tape.. Their is a lot of ups offices near by pick another one.

This is the only store in Sugar Land that open till 5pm on Saturday according to Google Map. Arrived at the store at 4:50pm and it is already closed and locked!
