Avoid this store. They are so slow. Premixed paint taking 30 minutes to ring it up. Excuses. Excuses. Excuses.

Unfortunately, when I need paint in the future, I will drive past this location due to customer service. Ive visited this location 3 times in the past and Im still in the same position. My home builder sent me there. I was told all the colors on my selection sheet were there. They told me just tell them the name of the builder and I would even get a discount. It was not that simple. I told the rep the name of the paint, he ignored that and told me I had to bring in paint chipped from the wall. I did not know he was new and was trying to get me out the door. So I left and came back with a wall cover part. He color matched it wrong. I told him it wasnt the same, he said it needed to dry. I came home and put it through out my new house, now I have checker board walls. So i went back for them to adjust it. He was assisting another patrol and and after waiting 30 minutes and receiving no recognition I was so frustrated and annoyed, I left. I called the next day and spoke with a manager and was told he is new and I did not need to color match because they manufacture the for I need and sell it pre-made. I tried to tell the rep that but he didnt listen and I had never bought paint before and thought he was the expert. I tried to post a review on PPG website but received a response stating it did not meet their standards for reviews on their website. Now Im out of money and time and my walls are a mess in my new home. Avoid the trouble and hassle. Go to another location.

I called in before driving 30 minutes to this store to make sure they had the product I wanted. I was assured on the phone that 3 gallons of the paint were on the shelf.After arriving, they did not have it, and refused to sell the smaller cans off the 5 gallon bucket, so I left empty handed. Will not return to this location.

Fantastic. They were so nice and patient with me and helped me find a paint color that Ive been searching for for months!

Excellent service

I’m use to the PPG store in North Houston but this Sugarland location was a joke! They had a open sign and the lights were on, and nobody there! Called and stayed on hold for approximately 4 minutes, just to find out

Fast and friendly service as always

Was able to get the paint and services I needed. More expensive than a general hardware store but I needed a specific color.

Great service over the phone and also in person.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend to visit this place if you can avoid it.

Please update yalls opening and closing times!! Says y’all are open till 5 on Saturday.
