I placed an online order for a great deal on a car wash bucket, towels, soap, sponges, tire shine, and detail interior spray, along with a part that I needed. It was ready to pick up by the time I got to the store. I had already paid so all I had to do was sign for it and leave. Some places have no clue you ordered and they have to go pick all the things off the shelf while you wait.
I was looking for a knob to fit the ac fan speed control. They didnt have one but they did a thorough search trying to help. Courteous service.
Had what i needed and was eager to give my military discount. Great staff and clean store.

Employees were not very knowledgeable about parts. Have attitude when u try to explain something and u tell them that no thats not it. Also when I go u cant find a employee about 25% of the time

I’ve been trying to share my Experience at AutoZone. I’ve been dealing with autozones from Louisiana to Las Vegas. This one store in Sulphur, Louisiana has an employee ( Joseph Chaisson) that is very knowledgeable and helpful. He should be the trainer that goes to all the stores and train thier employees. He very respectful and well mannered. As long as he’s working for autozone I’ll be there number one customer. Great job Joseph Chaisson

I just want to say that the help I got yesterday was extraordinary. Touched me and brought tears to my eyes. Went in to put that machine on my car to tell me what was going on with it. Because of the virus they explained they couldnt get in my car but walked me right through it. I ended up purchasing an ignition coil and 4 spark plugs. The gentleman Joseph Chaisson collected my money and I had already told him that I didnt have a tool one. He told me if I could give him a few minutes that he would come out to help me. While I was waiting outside in my car, the other gentleman which I think they said was the manager was assisting someone and saw me sitting there, asked me if I was ok. I appreciated the concern so much, because most people dont even care and go about their business. When Mr. Joseph came out, he put the spark plugs in for me, and the ignition coil. Ive never appreciated these guys as much as I did yesterday. The world needs more people like these guys. Very caring and helpful. God bless them both.

Very helpful place. Had to change an alternator in the parking lot. They had my part. Loaned me a box cutter to open my ratchet set. Girl manager helped me open my hood because the latch sticks. Big store. Service seemed knowledgeable.

I have been there 3 times in the last couple of days. I bought turn signal lights the first visit . The guy who helped me out was very helpful and quick service. I ended up buying the wrong ones, but I had opened the pack so I thought I couldnt return them. When I brought the ones I needed back, the right ones that I ended up having at home already, I asked the store manager if I could return the opened pack of bulbs and he said yes. I came back the 3rd time with the opened pack and the manager was gone but they didnt give me any trouble returning the bulbs with the receipt. Just make sure you have your receipt. It was over $8 for the pack. I was glad to get that back.
Went in for a battery. Mr.Daniel was experience to find out if my old battery was defective. Sold me a good quality battery. I installed it on my tractor. Problem solved.

Only reason I gave 1 star is because it was the only way I could write a review. This is by far the Slowest Freakin store I have ever been to in my life. Ive spent more time waiting to get service than driving there and back. I live roughly 3 miles from this store and i swear i probably could drive to the Lake Charles store and make it back home before i could check out at this autozone. There seems to be no sense of urgency no matter how many customers are waiting in line. 1 is rude, 1 is clueless 1 seems to be lost, only person who seems to be willing to help you is the tall younger guy. Autozone used to be my favorite auto parts store in this area, but now Im sticking with Advanced auto unless I have no other choice, or I might just drive to Lake Charles, probably quicker. If youre doing some auto work and on a timeline, you might want to stop by another parts store.
If I could just remember his name...the most helpful man assisted me when I was having issues with sensor(s) going off in my new to me, 2017 Used Chevrolet 1500 LTZ Z71 truck. I had left Granger Chevrolet in Orange where Bobby read the codes and I messaged them to myself to show to my local Chevy dealer for repair at a later date.As Im driving from Texas back home to Louisiana, BAM the Sensor is lit up again. With the rain, traffic (from the various oil refineries being built in our area) there was no way that I could make it to Lake Charles before the dealer closed. I called AutoZone and was told that they had a code reader and could tell me what it/they meant.I talked to ___ Will get his name soon so he is recognized for his wonderful assistance...he said pull up and Ill read it for you, tell you what the error means. I left my truck running, locked the door, ran in the building and he called me by name. I said yes, he followed me out, code reader in hand, said Fuel Too Lean is the error.We went inside, he said a dirty Air Mass Flow Sensor is probably causing this. I asked for a solution, bought a can of ___ and he showed me a schematic for my truck.He went above and beyond, which is very much like the sales staff of AutoZone to do. I really appreciate the help.The next day, my husband and I watched a fast video on youtube on how to clean the sensor, followed instructions and the truck is running a bit smoother. Tuesday (this was Labor Day weekend) I went to the dealer where they checked the codes, 4 total were being read. See the review for Billy Navarre Chevrolet in Lake Charles for that day. :) Truck is running even smoother than before, after leaving Billy Navarre in LC.Thank you AutoZone. The guidance that I was offered took care of the Too Lean Fuel error, so that was one less that the dealer had to take care of. I truly appreciate your help. I like the staff there, now too. I stopped trading (dealing) with them in the early 2000s due to one employee who was impossible.Im happy to see a good support team in this location on Highway 90 aka Napoleon, again.Cathy
