This used to be the go-to place back in the day for transfer case parts. Now you can tell they must be ready to retire, as they rarely answer the phone, theyll tell you things are in stock and will ship within a day or 2, only to actually be out-of-stock and leave you hanging for 2 weeks thinking your parts are coming. Poor customer service ruined it for me.

They answered all my questions when I called with no attitude even with kind of stupid questions and I was told that they wouldn’t get parts out for a week due to their schedule(just so happens I called the week they were leaving town) and to my surprise they must of gotten the order out that same day because it showed up a week earlier than expected. Thanks guys look forward to installing and testing this wide chain kit out.
