If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would!I got my Granddaughters first haircut here, not only was it her first haircut, it was her first Bad haircut! I wanted to be able to see her face you know give her some bangs, the lady only cut half of her bangs, I had to go home and finish off her haircut. We are not even going to talk about how she BUTCHERED my hair! I had to go and pay someone else to fix it, so I actually paid TWICE for the same haircut! I do not recommend this place. Not even for your Furbabies!

Ms. Connie did my hair and she did a fantastic job . I thought I would never find someone to do my natural hair. The way she cut and flat iron my hair. Now I have some where to go and get my hair done. I live in Lake Charles and they dont have many places open to go to after the Hurricane but I dont mine going to Sulphur to get it done right

It has been over a year since I got a good haircut. I have tried many different places and noticed that the reviews at Fantastic Sam’s were fairly positive so I gave it a try. Ms. Paula listened carefully to what I was looking for, was very friendly and personable, and gave me the best haircut I have had in a very long time! I will be back!

Stylist Laura did an amazing job on my hair. With Covid and two hurricanes in our area, it had been awhile since my last cut. She really nailed it. I will definitely be back.

Connie was my lady, cut my hair as it were. I quit going because at 73 years old that put me 18 in 1965. I was in San Francisco in the navy so I couldnt grow my hair like the hippies. I worked for 43 years in industry jobs, 32 at Citgo. When I retired 12 years ago I tried to be respectable so Connie did a fine job to that end. But I was afraid of dying without knowing what I really looked like. So Im now a long haired hippie. Thats my story and Im sticking to it. Loved Connie and all the staff at Fantastic Sams:)

I am very unhappy with how I was treated... not only was the employees very disrespectful towards me they also ruined my hair! I was asked if I would like a TRIM to which I said yes just a trim they ended up cutting all of my hair off at least 5 inches...they also fried my hair completely I had asked them to fix what they messed up and was told there is nothing they can do about it.. it was their mess up so I should be getting my $143.85 back.. I shouldn’t have to pay for hair that they damaged this is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too and will not ever be going back I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

I completely dislike that you cannot make an appointment, BUT I return time and time again because I get excellent perms here by Connie.

Connie is great with cutting coloring and will help with all your hairs needs.

There are many haircuts they cant do. I was told that only one person knew how to stack hair so I had to go back. Then my daughter went and the person who took her back said that she only knows how to trim and long-layer and that if she needed anything else then she would have to wait. We dont go there anymore.

Horrible stylist. Horrible haircut. Stylist cut my hair however she wanted to and talked too much to everyone else. Burned me with the blow dryer and straightener and basically poke-punched me in the eye. Will not be going back.
