My wife loved this place and I liked most of the stuff she got.They have nice shrubbery in the parking lot . They offer live plants for sale .The staff was nice.They sell Macoroons hear that my wife said they did up nicely.Has a killer deli meat area there and you you can get aged steaks thereThe store seems a bit on the high end price wise but they offer some stuff you cant get, at least from what we saw.

Hey, this is a great place to shop. It reminds me of Wegmanns a local chain in upstate New York and beyond.Tge selection of take-out food is fantastic. They point out and support local brands and delicacies. Nice.If your in Lake Charles this is a must see. Stop for a lunch to eat on picnic ir at home.I also noticed that they have a fridge of aged beef. Thats cool. If you got an extra $300-$400 go for it. I imagine it would really make for a special family occasion.

The best fresh meats from here to Beaumont, TX. We make the drive about 1.5 hrs to get the fresh stuffed meats.. So many different things to choose from! So glad we found this place!

Just went into this store for the first time, and was shocked to see half the customers without masks. With this sign clearly posted. The store was good, but the lack of enforcement of the mask mandate is completely unacceptable.

Good store, on my way home so convenient, have tried to get sushi but can’t eat seaweed paper and they tell me they don’t do soy paper. They have bread, milk, and necessities. Too expensive for full on grocery shopping though.Glad they’re close by.

Purchased 2 packs of meat that was bad after the 2nd day in fridge. Called the store an was told by CS rep that I could NOT return them. I have been a customer for 2 yrs. I go 3-4 times a week. I said I will go to Kroger and was told OK. WOW!!!

Ran for a few things, found them easily. Short wait at checkout but went fairly quickly. In and out pretty quickly.

The cashiers are always nice, clean restrooms, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Prices are a bit much and they could do with a bigger produce selection but overall not a bad store.

More selections compared to Wal-Mart. Prices are a bit high but quality is better. My only complaint was the wait time in line. To many customers and not enough registers open. Nice enough cashier just wish she paid a little more consideration to her bagging of items.

Theyre prices are ridiculous. Went to but 3 bell peppers and they charged me over $6.00. I wont be back.

Great prices but, the store is laid out kinda wonky.

Stopped to get a few specific things region specific to the Louisiana state and or area. I asked for simple point me in the direction if you have any of these things. What i got was a nice lady who worked therestopped what she was doing and took me to where they had some of what i wanted and what they didnt have, well she talked to the meat department and they made what i wanted in about 20 mins. Saving me a lot of running around town searching for my cajun foods. She stayed with me showed amazing customer service. Way above and beyond anything i would have expected even for good service. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you ! Anytime i get in the area i will go straight there for my food shopping!

I wish you had locations in Alabama. We found you during our travels. I purchased several things. What an amazing grocery store! I wish we would of traveled with a larger cooler this trip. Great selections as well as good prices from the bakery, deli, meat department and general grocery section. Next time we travel in Mississippi and Louisiana we will definitely be on the lookout.

Great had everything I needed.

We live in Winnie TX and normally shop in Beaumont. HEB in Bmt has been crazy for days! We were in Sulphur last Sat 3/14 and decided to go in and check you out. So glad we did as the selection was amazing and was everything was perfectly normal! Planning on going back this Sat and shop! Clean and lots of variety!

Its hit or miss. Its a nice new store and convenient for me, but thats about it. I mostly order from the chop shop/deli for the convenience. I hesitate to buy too many other groceries as the prices are about 20-30% higher than nearby competitors.When the store first opened, I would order the ribs. They fell right off the bone and the flavor was great. The last couple of times, they were tough.I ordered a tray of finger sandwiches for work. When I picked them up, it looked the sandwiches were smashed into the container. I ended up putting them back on the shelf and selecting something else.Last night I ordered the brisket combo. I swear half of the brisket I was served was nothing but fat. It was actually quite gross. I shouldve taken a picture to post, but I think that was my final straw for coming here.

Clean and always busy! This location is not very easy to get in or out of but once youre in and parked safely they have a large selection of products to pick from. The meat, dairy and alcohol section of Rouses Market isnt bad at all I was pleasantly surprised. The pre-cooked and ready to eat meats are always full of flavor and my go to when I am not in the mood to cook when in town. Staff are always friendly and everyone works hard to keep the lines moving at check out. @loveitorchuckit Reviews vote Rouses Market 75% love it!

Good selection for general groceries, superbly clean store, and friendly, helpful staff. Highlights are the bakery and the liquor department which I found to have a shockingly good variety, solid prices, and even few harder to find items such as Japanese whiskey. Extra praise goes to the fact that they stay open to 11 rather than 10, which is awesome because me and so many other people get off work right at 10.

Would of been 5 stars I could of found a grocery cart. They dont place them in a conspicuous spot. Deli is great. Easy to find items and it smells great

I absolutely love this place. So much local products. Fresh fruit, deli, food bar, flowers, wine, and the best meats and seafood. They support local vendors so that’s a plus. Happy environment, happy people. Love the atmosphere when you walk in. Also they deliver! Same day! For less time than you would pickup at Walmart.

Sausages are often extremely salty. Please address this issue.
