I came all the way from Galveston Island Texas for their Boudan! SO good and great price.

Normally I knock Market basket for their prices and avoid them altogether because of it. Sulphur market basket has like the best boudin and sausage though. The staff is very kind and friendly and helpful...the store was pretty clean...

Good store with very nice and helpful employees. I had been looking for dry ice for quite some time and I was lucky they had it stocked. Its pretty expensive stuff but itll all be worth it if it lasts for 30 hrs. Got to take some frozen fish to Utah so Ill probably need to stop and get some more along the way. Anyway, I liked this Market Basket and was very pleased with the service.

This is a really good grocery place they also have dry ice if you are like us from put of town having dry ice can be the diffrence between a perfect bunch of shrimp or a complete mess.Everyone in the store was friendily and nice. Will go there again...and again.

Great place to get groceries when in the sulphur area. Boudin and sausage are by far the absolute best in town. Great deals on groceries and products.

They make some of the best boudin in the area, several varieties, smoked and regular, and theyll warm it for you for quick eating. The rest of the store falls into line with several of the other local stores, not the shiniest, but very respectable.

Just Witnessed a MANAGER completely insult a paying customer of thievery for no reason or purpose. The manager ran, screaming in this poor womans face stating she had to pay, no social distancing implace, 3 inches from her face because she assumed she couldnt speak English. The woman calmly provided the rude old lady her receipt that she had paid and informed her she needed propane. So they walk outside and I see the old woman begins YELLING at the woman, illegal, illegal! Assuming she was going to go back inside with the propane. She did not apologize. I confronted the woman and called the store manager to be told ONLY that she will have a talk with her. One of the most unprofessional and ridiculous things Ive had to witness. This is why the country is divided.Light this place up.

We were in Sulfur visiting from Georgia and when we asked where we could find some really good boudin we were directed to this store and told to ask for Loren, which we did. He is awesome! Not only did he provide cheerful service but wrapped our different kinds in smaller packages for us but marked them for us! Loren is a great asset! And Market Basket Smokehouse is awesome!

About 4 years ago I was in the area for work and this is the store I used all the time. Here recently I was traveling through and had to stop for some of their boudin! The smokehouse is awesome. Anytime Im even close to the area I will make a run to buy some of their taso, sausage and boudin! FYI they have cheap ice chests and dry ice also. Oh as well they have some great gumbo pots and cast iron as well. The prices are a bit higher but good quality stuff. I love this store.

The sausage and boudin are some of the best around. They have good plate lunches as well. I can always find the groceries Im looking for.

I dont shop here because they dont sell organic produce. The kids they hire seem to have attitudes most of them. But I have it 5 stars because they are stocked. It is always clean. And I have never been inside a grocery store that smells good, but this one does. The aisles arent crowded. There are not workers blocking your way and the aisles are spacious in and if themselves. Theres a little sit down area. It is calm and clean. You can feel comfortable just taking your time here or for a quick stop in and out.

Quick in an out for a few items. I buy all meat products from Market Basket!! Have been shopping here for 17 years since I moved to Sulphur, LA! Store is always clean and quiet. Employees are respectful teens from the area. Good to see young people working at probably first job experience!!

Its good to see this store doing more business. Always enjoy shopping there. Friendly people, clean store. Sometimes I dread having to plow through the long isles of the giant chain stores. Happily, with Market Basket nearby, I dont have to.

They only sell beer in the alcohol section and nobody wore a mask and avoided social distancing but its also really dirty

One of the older grocery stores in the area. It has a descent deli with a good selection of hot prepared foods. The clerks are friendly and the grocery is well stocked although higher priced than other stores in the area.

Market Basket in Sulfur, La is the BEST place for boudain. We go there regularly from Nederland, Tx to stock up!! And the people who work in the meat market are excellent!!!

Some Market Basket employees in my opinion speak to black customers as if they believe that they cant read. I have experienced this on numerous occasions. Including today. This happens almost every time I go to the cashier booth.

They have the Best Home Made Smoke Sausage in town, hands down. Smoked daily in there smoke house at each store.A glass meat counter with about 10-15 different kinds of smokes sausage and bouidan
