Bryce was great as we needed a mattress and adjustable base quickly. We wanted to fit an antique 3/4 bed so a full size was the only size that would work for us. Bryce was able to figure out what was in stock and could be delivered next day. We could not be happier with the service we received from the store.

Arrived at 5 pm. Store open until 8. All the lights were on, but doors locked. Called phone #. Got voice mail. Left message. Finally called store on Rivers Ave. Learned store is closed. No sign on door indicating that.Even website said it was open. Message for voicemail indicated they were open.

A gentleman, named Wasif, helped my husband and I find 2 twin mattresses for our daughters.He was very efficient and very personable. We were able to pickup our mattresses the same day.The entire process took about 25 minutes.

In looking for an adjustable bed/mattress we had decided on a Temperpedic based on our research. In checking for retailers Mattress Firm was close and received good ratings. We were impressed with the overall selection in the store and the knowledge of the manager, Wasif. He was very helpful in explains differences in mattresses and bases without undue pressure.

Tyler was professional, caring about the customers needs. She made sure you recieved what you wanted within your budget. She was friendly and curtious. Greeted with a smile and you felt the care about your needs with that smile.

I was seeking a foundation for a new hybrid mattress and was having a difficult time finding one that I was able to use my bed frame. I was able to text chat with Wasif and ask multiple questions. He was very knowledgeable and offered several options. He invited me to the store to view my choice. At the store, Wasif remained very personable as well as informed. He asked me to try the adjustable frame which was wonderful. My purchase was easy and best of all, delivery is scheduled for 48 hours.

I promise they dont open at 10 when they say they do. Doors locked lights are on and no one answers the phone.

We knew what we wanted, In and out less than 5 minutes. Traveled to warehouse and picked it up same day.

Wasif at the Wescott, SC store was absolutely incredible I went in thinking I knew exactly what mattress I wanted, but I was incorrect. He walked me through a bunch of options and got me a mattress that was more comfortable than the one I wanted for almost half the price. Strongly recommend going to see him!

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm this past week while choosing a new mattress. We visited several times during the week to try different mattresses and discuss the pros and cons of each mattress. When I went into the store I expected to purchase an average comfortable mattress at a decent price. Instead, thanks to my sleep expert, Everette Clark, I walked out purchasing one of the top of the line mattresses with an adjustable base for the most amazing price with 0% financing.Everette was so knowledgeable and friendly. This is my third purchase from mattress firm and the second from the same sales person. I told him what I wanted and he gave me 5 beds to tryout. I didn’t really like them. He was able to look up the last two purchases and give me recommendations based on my feedback. He pointed me to one bed and it was perfect. Turns out I was wrong about the “type”.

Never received our mattess after pulling our kids from sports early once we received the delivery call that it would arrive in 20 minutes. We recieved an email stating it was delivered but they didnt show. Called 2 hrs later and customer service said it would be delivered in the last slot of the day (8:45pm) after waiting until 9:15 tried to contact customer service and they are closed for the day. Tracking still says it was delivered. Huge inconvenience and missing mattress.

The sale rep (store manager) was awesome on Dorchester. He took his time with us. He explained and showed us the difference on the Ergo bed frames by moving the mattress we wanted to two different types. Very knowledgeable. No problems. Grayson was knowledgeable in what I wished to do. Here completed the order very quickly. Mmyy. Order was easy, because I knew exactly what we needed. The only downside was the deliver would be 19 days after placing the order. 3 or 4 days was what I expected.

Walk in and purchased a mattress. Poorest Customer Service Agent I have ever met. No personality, his experience was horrible! Did not recognize me until after being in the Westcott Plaza store 10 minutes plus! Extremely, Unpleasant and Very Unprofessional! Was begging the customer in front of me to choose a delivery date. I knew what I was purchasing and couldnt get out of the store fast enough. He didnt give any hint of attempting to sell or Service anything. I didnt realize that he didnt even now how to charge my purchase! This man needs to think about a new career!I will never return! Oh and by the way, I posted my experience on Facebook and Twitter!The male sales person wasnt wearing his mask or PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Extremely horrible experience. By the way, I had to pick up my purchased at your North Charleston warehouse! Sad sales experience and a experience a customer will never forget!

Very helpful staff & wide selection. They werent pushy at all in their sales approach; and showed us how everything worked, including the adjustable base. At the time I visited the store they had adjustable bases free with some mattresses, so that was a large plus. Their warehouse is local as well. Highly recommended.

Ran into this store right before they closed last night and immediately Christian Moreland was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a twin size mattress immediately for a foster child being placed in our home the next day and I cannot say enough about my experience there. He was extremely friendly, and I was able to get everything I needed. He also loaded the matress in the car, and I was out of there ready to go buy a bed for it within 15 minutes. Would strongly recommend this store and this manager for whatever you need. Will be going back when we upgrade master bed to king over the summer.
