Went to mattress firm first and figured out what bed we wanted but they wanted $9,000. Went to No Bull got the same mattress, base, two pillows and sheets for $2,800!!! Enough said! Sherry was super amazing, helpful and NOT pushy! Best experience we have ever had! Will definitely we referring people here! Thank you again Sherry!

My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress for a couple years but didnt want to spend $3k-$4k! We visited No Bull Mattress in Summerville and were welcomed by Store Manager, Drew Nosotti. The customer service was spectacular, he was so helpful and informative! He answered all our questions. We ended up buying a $3,000 mattress for just over $900! We couldnt be happier with our experience and our purchase.

His in-depth knowledge and salesmanship convinced me of the great product that was here. Before heading to “No Bull,” we tried one other mattress store. At this other store, prices were expensive and the sales person did not give us much space. We left their quickly. After looking at reviews online, I noticed “No Bull” had many reviews so we headed that way! They lived up to all the reviews and were fantastic. We immediately saw a paper outside the business, and we could not believe the good deals. Similar mattresses at the first shop were double what we saw them for at “No Bull.” Our sales person, Rita, was helpful and kind. She did not overwhelm us or pressure us. She checked in with us periodically to ensure our questions were answered. Our experience at “No Bull” was so good that we just had to share! Mattress shopping is difficult and very important. On a whim we went in to Drew’s No Bull Mattress store...honestly we expected the same pushy sales experience we’ve had at other mattress stores. We were pleasantly surprised by Drew! He was knowledgeable about every bed in the store, extremely helpful, and didn’t try to push us into a more expensive bed. We left there happy and can’t wait to get delivery on our new mattress in a couple days! Additionally, the prices on their mattresses are unbelievably low!TLDR: Luxury mattresses, great selection, no pressure sales, amazing customer service and rock bottom prices!

My husband and I went to No Bull Mattress-Summerville a couple weeks ago and was helped by Rita Williams. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and gave us time to look around and test the comfort of the mattresses. She was helpful, attentive and explained what each product we looked at had to offer. They were having a great sale above and beyond their regular prices so we got more than we bargained for---even bought the protective cover and an additional set of sheets. The delivery and set up was quick, on-time and without issue. I would definitely recommend their services and products. I really felt they lived up to their name!

A fantastic and refreshing buying experience. I am in sales for a living, and my goal is to always educate with enthusiasm rather than sell. There is nothing worse than shady and high pressure sales, and that is what the mattress industry has been for decades.I needed a mattress for my daughter. Stopped in the first time without her and Rita was super nice, and you can tell its no pressure sales. If someone needs a mattress, pretty much all you have to do is be nice to them and let them make a decision.I came back with my daughter and in 15 minutes we were out the door with delivery setup for the next day. Rita made it super easy and there was no push to upsell.Yes, delivery is to the front door (well, inside the front door) and that was fine with me. There are additional costs for setup and moving it upstairs, and they might want to make that a bit more transparent before the sale, but it didnt turn me off. You want service on top of transparent (and seemingly VERY FAIR!) pricing? Its OK to pay a few more bucks for service.All in all, a great experience.

We then continued our search and came right back to No Bull because no one even compared to their low prices! And as an added bonus Rita was a joy and easy to work with! Best experience EVER! I stopped by No Bull on Trolley Road a couple of weeks ago and Rita was very warm and made me feel welcome. She gave me a brief Mattress 101 tutorial and invited me to take my time and try each mattress out for myself. She pretty much left me alone, yet her welcoming presence assured me that she would be available to answer any questions that I may have had. I was able to choose my perfect mattress with absolutely no pressure. Unfortunately, I couldnt purchase on that particular day.I returned 3 days ago, on Friday and was very disappointed to see that Rita wasnt working. However, Lisa gave me the exact same courteous and professional customer service. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted this time so Lisa was able to seamlessly, pick up where Rita previously left off and completed the sale. She explained the that although delivery was free, there were additional charges for setup, stairs, old mattress disposal, etc.My mattress set was delivered the next day ( 3 hours earlier than predicted) and the delivery team was also super nice and professional. I will be back in a few months to buy a set for my son as well.This was, by far, the best shopping experience ive ever had, hands down. I wish that more retailers/wholesalers would take the no pressure approach. It works. I would have bought from there regardless, due to the ridiculously low prices. The exemplary customer service was the icing on the cake and i hope that others will soon follow suit.

Was misled about the delivery and no set up. Everything costs extra. Dont waste your time if you need help in any way. The staff was vague about the delivery and caused problems for us. Told that the delivery staff was great and helpful and they were not. Not happy with the way this went. Not smooth at all.
