She helped educate me on what mattress was best for me and my sleep style, by listening to my needs and concerns, which made it all the more enjoyable of an experience! I dropped in on Sunday to get a new bed for my son. Thomas, the store manager, was working alone, having had staff call out. There were a few families in the store. He bounced between each of them, making sure all questions were answered and even took the time that he didnt have to entertain my 9 year old sons questions. Went to shop for another Tempurpedic, first impression was being greeted while the associate stayed seated at his desk. We left quickly since every Tempurpedic mattress cover was nasty, we werent about to lay on a dirty mattress.

I enjoyed looking at all the options,, although I wish I had gotten there soo.er for a real barging on 2 starlight mattresses. One for my son on clearance. I got a queen intellibed, and a king Serta for my son. Tommy was really helpful to us. He was great. The queen bed has a 20 year warranty, and is better for my arthritis.. I am totally displeased with Temperpedic. I would recommend Mattress Firm.

I bought a Mattress and Mattress protector from here on 8/1. There was a miscue about shipping to a Mattress Firm in Gastonia, NC. Do I blame the Summerville location for that? No, no I dont. Even when the other store manager in Gastonia lied saying that they never got a phone call arranging the shipment. I was sitting at the desk with the rep when he called.I did eventually get the mattress, but still no $90 protector.I was told by this store that I would be refunded for this hassle. Almost 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, I was told that I would get refunded once the order wasnt pending. I called the Gastonia location and them being dismissive said they didnt have it.I have been calling this store today and yesterday to finally get this resolved, no answer. Once an hour every hour since they opened at 12 PM.This isnt about $90 not being refunded to my account in a timely manner. This is about ignoring a paid customers request to just issue a refund.

I have used Mattress Firm in Summerville several times and I have been totally satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly; they never push you for “the hard sell”. If you are looking for a mattress, definitely give Mattress Firm a try.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows...and they were very patient with our indecisiveness. We actually started the process about a year ago but we werent quite ready. When we went back this past weekend Tommy actually remembered us - even with our masks on - from our visit last year. That is saying something in todays sales environment. My son and his wife were also looking for a new bed but were torn between mattresses and bases. Tommy took the time to find out more about them, their sleep styles, lifestyle...and they ended up purchasing a bed system that they are very happy with. We also purchased two mattresses that we are very pleased with. I cant say enough about how great the sales agents were...and we feel like we got a great deal too. All around a great experience! I was very impressed. Me and my husband desperately were in need of a new mattress. I havent bought a new mattress in over 10 years. The floor guy new everything about every mattress. I was overwhelmed by the sheer cost and quantity of mattress. But I eventually kept going back to the temperpetic one. It was $4000. Never in a million years would I have considered spending that much. But it was worth it. They gave me a good deal and the paperwork went so smooth and quick. Even though I will never need another bed for about 15 years...I would reccomend any one to go to Mattress Firm. You will not regret it, and remember that this is something you sleep on, so dont go to a cheap place and get a cheap mattress. I was going to, but Im glad I didnt.

I went to Mattress Firm in September of 2020 and salesman Tommy took his time to share the details of each mattress without high sales pressure.He was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried each mattress of interest for comfort. I finally purchased my new bed in January and went back to Mattress Firm. We had a bad experience at first by ordering a mattress set off line. We had it for two days and realized it wasn’t for us. Definitely not a company I will work with ever again. I purchased a Sleepys Cool Mat memory foam mattress about two years ago in Pennsylvania and it was without a doubt the best bed I ever had. Fast forward and the replacement model suggested by Tom at this location was like sleeping on top of a furnace. It was also lopsided and not evenly firm. There was no consistency in the mattress. Poor quality craftsmanship and subpar materials.When I requested a return I got an email the next day saying that my refund would be less than half the total purchase price (beware of the small print!) and they were coming in 48 hours to pick it up. Never a question or consideration about how that would effect me.Do not try to call customer service because its farmed out to some online chat, meaning you will never get someone on the phone. The response will be tens of minutes later, if youre lucky. Emails arent returned for 24 hours or more!My advice would be to steer clear entirely and avoid this company. It has lost touch with all sense of providing a good customer service experience, a good product or honest information from the sales reps.

OK my wife and I went to mattress firm in Summerville SC in November 2021. Tommy our salesperson was very helpful at that time. We purchased a mattress with an base and accessories, When the mattress came it was used, ( WE DIDNT KNOW) and My OCD wife will never sleep on an used mattress. So we returned the mattress. We kept the base and accessories. We were going to purchased a New mattress once we paid the base off. We had two accounts, I was told my account had a zero balance via several texts from Tommy. To my surprise I have been getting emails and phone calls from Vive financial saying I owe them 426.00, when I told them that my balance was zero because they took everything off accept the base . Vive financial told me that somebody owes them, and I need to go to Mattress firm and figure it out. Now they have started reporting to my credit. We cant seem to get a straight answer from mattress firm. Tommy is never there. This has been so frustrating.
