First time here with a colleague and I overall enjoyed the experience. I ordered a medium Mint Mocha thinga-majiggi [Not the formal title but the first half is accurate] and was impressed despite the slightly steeper price of $6+ for it. The indoor lounge and outdoor seating made it relaxing and the color palette was warm and colorful inside - a good match for the sunlight pouring in from the entrance. The place was a bit empty but I think thats COVIDs fault since the indoor mask policy was quite lenient given I was playing games with taking my mask on and off inside for no apparent reason. I would recommend since Starbucks & other big guys dont want anyone inside yet, plus the hours here were very good for a Sunday. Ill go here again but check the menu prices first! My nutty mocha caramel latte was delightful! My boyfriends caramel cold brew with sweet foam had a 1/4 of caramel sitting on the bottom (not mixed completely) and they garnished it with pumpkin spice and cinnamon powder which definitely is wrong. He still drank it and wasnt too bad but definitely finished wrong. 🤷‍♀️

Nice clean place. 3.5 stars. You can sit inside or outside. We were there around 3pm. It was quite. Sat outside, we had to ask for a towel to dry the chairs, it was cool after the rain. Had a cappuccino, it was good. Had an everything bagel with cream cheese. Cream cheese was a pc cup. The bagel was toasted which was really nice. Tried the blueberry muffin, which I believe is an Otis Spunkmeyer brand. They are very good, we heated it up in the microwave. Staff was polite and quick with our order, it came up as it was finished, better if it came up together. No mask required if you are fully vaccinated. Hand sanitizer on the counter.

Every coffee Ive tried is so delicious and their menu online is huge, so many options!Edited to reply and add: Oh I am working my way thru the menu 😃 but you guys have the best sweet cold foam in Summerville and your cold brew with sweet cold foam calls my name every single time. So some days I have to treat myself and buy 2 ☕☕ 😅

I have to unfortunately give this Biggbys a one star. I dropped Starbucks for biggbys about 6 months ago, which is a very big deal for me having always been a Starbucks customer every day of the week. I went to this biggbys location this morning at the expense of being late for work, I needed my morning pick me up. The lady told me as soon as I started to order that they are only taking cash right now. I explained I don’t have cash on me. I offered to pay by check assuming their merchant services were down? She told me that I can’t pay by check either! Which makes no sense! So essentially they wouldn’t take any payment method except cash, which most of America doesn’t even carry on them anymore! That’s ridiculous. Im so disappointed 😔 back to Starbucks I go

Best quick iced coffee around. Reminds me of back when Dunkin didnt suck. Not a huge fan of all the overly sweet specialty drinks, but their coffee is pretty solid.

This BIGGBY is by my favorite. My fiancé and I go almost every day during the week. The employees are always super sweet and I never have to worry about my order being wrong. The one is North Charleston is minutes from our home but we prefer this one due to the prompt and friendly service.

I dont remember her name but she recommended my 1st experience to be a Butterscotch iced coffee with oat milk and it was amazing. I will definitely be going downtrend list of drinks.

I loved Biggby in Michigan so after leaving Minnesota to see this in SC I was excited to get great coffee again. Ill be a regular for sure

To be fair, the coffee scene in the Charleston area is a joke to begin with. Why I’m upset enough to leave a 2 star rating with THIS PARTICULAR biggby location is simply because they lied to me. I require a low carb diet, not usually a big deal but every once in a while when I want a treat I come to biggby because they have BY FAR the most sugar free options and that alone will keep me coming back. HOWEVER, two days ago I went to try out the new fall flavors and ordered a jackolantern latte and order it as sugar free as possible. When I asked for unsweet almond milk the girl in the drive thru said they didn’t have unsweet almond milk but their oat milk is unsweet. Today I found out that none of their non dairy milks are unsweet. Really feels like either the staff is unaware of what is on the menu and could care less or they just lied to make a sale.

Drive thru is pretty quick, great frozen coffee and a good everything bagel sandwich. A little pricey but good.

Normally I really like this place, I love the different specialty drinks and the staff are usually friendly. Today though, I went in and bought a few drinks and food, and the hot drinks tasted like the milk in them had gone kinda bad... When I let them know that I wouldnt be able to finish my drink (I only had a few sips), they didnt even offer to re-make it. The kid working the counter just said that the milk wasnt expired and she didnt know what to tell me. I just didnt get a great vibe, or a great coffee- maybe they left the milk out too long.

Their breakfast bagels, or bagels as they call them, are delicious. The food here is way better than Starbucks and the drinks are way more imaginative. You can get your favorite regular drink or try one of their awesome concoctions. Definitely my favorite coffee shop.

They did some crazy price change over the weekend my regular blended coffee with nothing extra this time not even whip and it came out to like $7.10. You guys are reachin reachin when starbucks aint even that crazy unless you adding stuff.I go here all the time i usually love them but everytime I order i say add whip cream and i guess they got a hearin issue cuz when I get up there they always give me my drink without. When I tell them I asked for whip they got snooty like I didnt just tell them before hand twice. Then they tell me how their whip is extra like I didnt know that.

BIGGBY COFFEE on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a really good option for coffee, drinks, and breakfast items when you are on the move and need something quality and well prepared. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from and they are very efficient at getting everything together even with larger orders. They are well worth a drop if you are in the area.

Go on Wednesdays for $3 select drinks. Super yummy.

Purposely chose Biggby because it’s not a huge chain. The staff is a group of young women, very friendly, who are working their way through school- have to appreciate that! Covid precautions everywhere of course. Definitely stop in, get a coffee & a bite to eat.

Best coffee! Definitely like it better than Starbucks and dunkin donuts. If you get anything matcha related make sure you ask for extra matcha cause they dont put enough in and it end up tasting like milk.

The food and beverage quality is always great. The only issue I have is that the drive through can be very slow at times, although for the most part they do a good job of moving it along.

I love the Red Bull frozen drink. I use the sugar free Red Bull. It’s a great frozen drink for the price$$

Great and amazingly friendly service. If you are in a bad mood, you wont be after you leave here...open yet cozy atmosphere. Has a beverage variety of something for everyone-even kids! Also have a few delicious hot and cold nibbles. Will definitely return and recommend.

Everyone is always friendly and patient. I dont always know what i want and take longer than most people to decide. They make suggestions and are helpful.The place is always clean and well taken care of.

The iced caramel and mocha almond milk latte I got was delicious. I always worry flavor syrups will be bitter or not sweet enough, but that wasnt the case today. I got also got a sausage, egg, and cheddar cheese everything bagel. They dont seem to have much food options, which is a big disappointment. But what I did get was good! Also plenty of space to do work and a lot of outlets that I noticed.

This is my go-to nearly every morning! The staff is always very friendly, and the owner is very open to any feedback provided. Over the last few years, I have only had 2 minor issues, and the owner immediately took measures to fix the problems. I highly recommend them if you need a good cup of coffee! Try the Frozen Tan Line- you wont be disappointed!

I ordered the new seasonal caramel apple latte through the drive-thru. No one informed me that this is an espresso-free drink, even though its marketed as a latte. I was only informed of this fact when I called back confused about the taste. When I expressed my disappointment all I was told was, Yes, maam repeatedly. No efforts were made to keep my business, so I wont be going to this location again.

New favorite coffee place. I got a iced mocha mocha and it tastes amazing. Reasonably priced good atmosphere.

Had a mint mocha latte. It was excellent and in the holiday spirit of flavors. Seating allowed for comfortable conversations and the atmosphere kept everyone in a calm and easy going demeanor. Will definitely go there again when I am in the area and want to get my caffeine fix.

First time there. Place was very upbeat with excellent service. Regular coffee was priced about the same as elsewhere, but dang was it good. Place appears to stay fairly busy which says something about their everything drinks as thats what most people were getting.

After a kitchen fire in December 2015 I needed coffee. Before long I was going here to get a 24 oz brewed coffee in my to go cup. At less than $2 this is a great deal. Brewed coffee is great. The barristers are awesome and daily trivia question is fun. Outdoor patio and wifi is a nice plus. Thanks.

Nice and quiet coffee place. The machines become white noise if youre a student. I loved the cold coffees with non-dairy milk substitute. Its a great place for a Saturday with the folks or by yourself with a good book. My family has membership cards and have accumulated points in 2016. I like the Monday coffee special, Michigan Cherry. Both this location and the Dorchester Rd Location were along my commute.

I dont ever drink coffee, but I was there for a business meeting. And I had a truely amazing experience. I wasnt rushed or bothered for taking up a fable while I waited.I got my food and drink quickly and it was delicious. Better then what I expected. I appreciate the experience

I leave off 1 star because they cant seem to handle a request for no foam or everything bagels, latte with no foam has the same amount as a regular latte, and when I request an everything bagel I continuously get a plain one...but, these are so minor, the flavors are great, the people are ALWAYS pleasant and super friendly!

Very friendly and efficient staff. The drinks are tasty and honestly their coffee is better than Starbucks. Their lattes are a little too sweet but other than that and the price (a little too high) its a solid place. Their options for food are a little limited but the turkey havarti bragel is a great breakfast sandwich.

The staff was very pleasant and my drink was delicious. The person who serve me suggested extra shots which cost me nothing because it was the special of the day. I would have never known if he hadnt suggested it.

If you love Caramel, then the signature Caramel Marvel is a must try. The inside is bright, clean, and offers Wi-Fi for meeting over a coffee. There are usually a couple of outside tables available should you wish to get some sun while drinking your Joe.Pro Tip: for those that desire more shots without the extra cost, the 24oz Super comes with 3 shots of espresso.

A good little coffee shop with a drive thru. Similar to Starbucks. Have some VERY sugary coffees. Tried a Teddy Bear would recommend! Tried also their bragel it was okay. Very simple.
