Took a star off only because I just moved here from a place where the closest Starbucks was 30 min away, therefore, unlike every other white chick, I dont have the menu memorized. I decided last minute that I wanted a coffee and breakfast on my way home. I pulled into the drive through and there was a very nice man ready to take my order. I ask for a menu and he didnt have one. He nicely asked what Im in the mood for... Well that depends on what you have! He told me to drive to the speaker where there was a menu there. I drove up and... What in the world!? The menu is past the speaker box and not even facing me! 🤔 I have pretty darn good vision and couldnt read the last panel of the menu with the food that looked delicious. If I drove up enough to see it, I would have had to open the door to yell back my order. I couldnt back up because, since its Starbucks, there was already a huge line behind me. So, I didnt order food, just my coffee.The coffee was great, the employees were great, no complaints there! Just something for management to think about. Unless I am the only white chick who doesnt have the menu memorized and it wouldnt be worth moving the menu for just me, I would highly suggest putting the menu in front of the speaker box or at least angle it towards the driver.Thanks for the amazing coffee,Signed- one hungry Mom.

Engaged associates in this store. Friendly and welcoming. When the wrong drink was prepared, they insisted to make it right, even though I was ok with what they made. I have come to this location several times and the service is consistent.

They always have the funnest (is that a word??) People at the window running drive thru. Seriously nice and usually make my morning just a little brighter.

So I came up to this Starbucks after receiving an email for a birthday drink. Figured why not. The day was a wreck already. Upon reaching the window, I informed Marissa of the notification and she ran the card. However, an issue appeared with it not showing up. She took a moment to aid me with the situation and told me she handled it and happy birthday. After the day went as it was, that little act of kindness meant a lot and helped improve the day. And I am extremely appreciative. Thank you for being an amazing kind person Marissa.

I visit this location twice a day 6 days a week and usually never have any issues however today while working across the street I placed a online order (didnt say lobby was closed) ill add i walked to this location as I work in the building next to this location! The lobby had a handwritten note stating the lobby was closed and would reopen in two days.. again I walked to this location to find the lobby closed, I walked to window to ask what I needed to do to pickup my order and as I was asking the young man serving the drive thru a girl interrupted our conversation and told me to get out of her drive thru! I walked back to work and called to ask for atleast a refund and im being refused my money and my order! I will be in contact with CORP about this and you guys just lost a very loyal customer for poor customer service and horrible communication! ✌

They were not serving cinnamon dolce lattes but concocted a similar coffee drink when they saw my disappointed face. I appreciate their creativity in making sure I got what I wanted.

The Starbucks in Summerville / Nexton is a really good Starbucks location. The location is very convenient to get to off the interstate and is easy to access whether you go inside or use the drive thru. I really like the layout of the inside of the store as it is perfect for sitting and enjoying a drink or having a business meeting, or just finding a place to do some work interrupted. The service and staff are wonderful and work very fast and efficiently to make sure they get your order as fast as possible. I also really like the layout of the inside of the store as it is wide and open and has plenty of natural light. This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the Charleston area and I really like coming here.

Im writing this review solely because the care demonstrated by the kind barista, Chaneé. In the hundreds of Starbucks Ive visited across the country her compassion was unparalleled. She allowed me to stay at the store as long as I needed whilst my rental car was being towed in a storm, I had found out a hole was drilled in the fuel tank at a nearby hotel and had to present at a client conference. She even took care of me with tea- I didnt have any cash for a tip so writing my thanks here. Hope to bump into you again one day Chaneé and get you a warm drink of your choice! P.s. Its also a very clean and nicely laid out store too ;)

This location is the absolute worst. Always seem to get something incorrect 🤔. I make the same drink every time I order, so needless to say I know exactly how to order it so it’s made the way I like it! But for some reason these people who work here can’t get it right. But then want to charge me almost $3 extra to add espresso to a drink that should have more in it LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES AT EVERY OTHER LOCATION! Y’all need a whole new staff at this one or somebody from another facility needs to come in to retrain them because it ain’t working. Do better Nexton Starbucks workers...DO BETTER!

It was my first time at this Starbucks and it will be my last. Shane the register Barista was very rude to me. I am at the glass where all the snacks are and he was leaning behind his register just looking at me i could tell by his body language he was annoyed by me. I was trying to point to him what I wanted from the glass but he wouldnt come to where the item was so he yelled out I can help you from over here I got a bit frustrated because I didnt know the name of the item so I proceeded over to him and I mentioned to him about the item in which he didnt know what I was talking about so I then told him, That is why I was calling you over so you wouldnt get confused and he just rolled his eyes at me. I wanted to ask him if he was ok? Because it was way too early to be disputing over a breakfast item. I didnt like the way he treated me as his guest and it was my first time here.

I Really loved the architecture of this Starbucks building! In all my travels, I got up lots of Starbucks and This One stands out! Love it, just wish my picture came out better. Even loved the bathroom. I couldve happily drank my coffee and told around on my laptop in the bathroom, it was that nicely decorated!Get Some!Oh, and the coffee was good too..

I’ve tried this location several times because it’s the closest one to me. Every time I go I always get the same thing which is usually a seasonal flavored iced latte. My complaints would be that I can’t taste any espresso. It looks like milk in the cup. All I taste milk and the sugar that’s stuck to the bottom of the cup. They also don’t put whipped cream on automatically even though the picture of the actual thing has whipped cream and topping. It’s farther away but I guess I will continue going to my usual Starbucks by Lowe’s in Summerville. Disappointed.

I come to this location multiple times a week and theyre always quick and friendly.Their staff is amazing and to be entirely honest one guy who works the drive through (i believe his name is Avery) makes my day everytime im there. The full staff treats everyone like theyre the only customer and they create a great environment.

Horrible. Coffee was wrong and I was five minutes late to pick up my order.. They were out of numerous things.. Like straws!!!!! How do you run out straws.? If I could give zero for this location I would. The NEVER get my order right! A week straight of me having to have my coffee fixed because they cant read simple instructions. Ill be going to the starbucks at target for now on. This has to be the worst starbucks ive ever seen and I go every single morning. I order the same thing everyday and they still cant get it right.

The app and their store do not line up with how they plan to work from day to day. Today marks the second time I’ve ordered through the mobile app and arrived to the lobby or the store not being open. Today is drive through only and the line is a mile long. Of course I wouldn’t have ordered knowing that. I guess until the corona virus is done, I will part ways with Starbucks.

The drinks they prepare contain enough sugar, the other time I ordered it with less sugar and they didnt want to do it because it was already like that. I prefer local coffees or some gas stations that have coffee beans and you prepare it to your liking with a very low price. Take care of your health do not pay dearly for sugar.

This location is always a great stop. Staff is always polite and quick with orders. Dont let a line around the building fool you, they move very quickly and have always gotten it right the first time.

This place is ridiculous!!I only have 2 stars because they technically serve the same thing as all the other Starbucks locations.The baristas are RUDE and actual smartasses. They are always out of half the menu. AND DONT YOU DARE ASK FOR ANYTHING DIFFERENT than how it comes!!I asked for extra caramel and this is what I got...I guess they couldnt be bothered with special requests. I hate to break it to them but thats sort of the idea...go to Starbucks and order things the way you want them.Apparently not at this location!

I have been a fan of Starbucks since they started selling Lattes. After back surgery in February, 2019, the anesthesia changed my taste buds from coffee to tea. Thank goodness, Starbucks makes the best Chai Tea Latte. I travel from Starbucks To Starbucks!

Great place, only issue the drive thru is so small

I can always count on this Starbucks to make my coffee right every time! I visit at least three days a week, and everyone is so nice and works so hard. Even when they’re slammed, they make sure to make the drinks right and do it with a smile.

If you dont see what you want on the menu you can have them make what you want. They can pretty much make any kind of coffee drink.

I tried to call the store and just speak to a manager instead of putting this on your review. I was hoping to give you time to fix the issue rather than making it known that this is something your location does. This morning I ordered a drink I always get. And I know for certain it was not made properly. The pink drank is supposed to be put in a shaker regardless of how much ice I get. In result of them not doing that this morning my pink drink had too much strawberry acai. And caused an imbalance in the drink. I didnt actually finish it because it was too sweet. I understand batistas use this method as a way to cut down drive thru time. But making the drink the same way is apart of starbucks promise. I really hope something is done to ensure this doesnt keep happening.

Excellent Starbucks location and atmosphere. The staff is always friendly. Me and my wife visit on our way out of town or we make it a date when we ride our bikes here from the surrounding neighborhood. Youre likely to meet the store manager, Mrs. Bailey, on your visits. Shes approachable and obviously has a passion for her work. This is hands down the best Starbucks location in the tri-county area.

Constantly changing their hours and they never update Google Maps...so frustrating. Handwritten sign out front says they now close at 7pm on the weekends, will probably change in a week or two (Google Maps still says 9pm).

Went to Starbucks to get drink remade the right way, employees said it was made right it wasnt ie... Ice coffee w/no ice🤷went across st to Target young lady made it correctly, the right way with ice.
