We love this Sweet Frog. It is very clean and always has a fun variety of froyo and toppings available. There is outdoor seating which is nice on a beautiful day.

I cant believe Ive never been before, delicious!!

Came at 12:39pm (Google and the sign said they opened at 12) and they were closed.Edit- this was last week. I just left the review because Google sent me a request to review. We knocked, no answer and there was sign on the door saying why no one was there.

Im do addicted to this yogurt / ice cream shop. U pay by wight do its fair price and do delicious. Great flavor choices always changing. And to many toppings to count buffet style. They have really friendly employees. And its always kept neat n clean. And theres never along wait. So I can get in n out whenever Im in a rush.

Very clean store and now locally owned!! Owners are very engaging, friendly and personable which is wonderful. Store gets very busy fast, fortunately my friend and I were the only 2 tasting yogurt and filling up our cups when we went outside to enjoy 3 other parties with about 15 people entered. Great frozen yogurt. Much better than other places. Cannot beat the number of toppings including hot fudge and hot caramel.I prefer tart with fruit for a refreshing dessert. My husband likes the flavors with more toppings. Great for children too. Now they have delivery and catering!

Love to go here with my daughters and granddaughters for the best frozen yogurt in town! They have a wide variety of flavors which always satisfies me when I have a craving for something sweet to eat! The decor inside is so cute and the atmosphere is great! We go there as often as we can!

5 mins till they opened. Lady putting chairs outside. She watches us get out of car n try 2open the door never said anything when we realized they werent opened we got upset that the lady never said anything. So no yogurt that day😥

Excellent self-serve frozen yogurt with an assortment of all the toppings you could want. Take a sample cup to taste test which flavor(s) you like then fill up the size cup of choice (small, medium, large, or waffle cone). Top it off with candies, chocolate, or fruit with hot fudge, caramel and flavored syrups in addition, and enjoy! Pay by weight.

I ate here and there wasn’t even a worker working. We had to wait for 10 minutes to get our yogurt. The level of disrespect was through the roof. I even tried getting the workers attention. I will certainly not eat here again unless they higher better and more qualified workers. The floor tiles looked as if they’d been walked on for years with hardly any cleaning. Not only is the staff bad with customers apparently, but also with their workplace. Multiple yogurt machines were broken and even though the place was freezing my frozen yogurt was melted. I would never complain of a frozen yogurt store being cold if the coldness helped with the frozen yogurt not melting.

The restaurant is always inspection clean. The friendly guy, DK, is always making sure the toppings bar is always neat. The toppings are always neat, fresh, and orderly. Checkout is a breeze.....always a refreshing experience and worth the time to drive there. We use Google for directions and magicaly end up there. The restroom is always clean and never short of towels or soap. It is a clean place with good value and excellent service!

Its a frozen yogurt buffet, whats not to like? The froyo is always changing, so the flavors never get boring. The toppings have recently changed to match the spooky Halloween season with added candy corn! The workers are sweet but dont talk much unless spoken too.

I am impress by the service great little place will be back soon.

Very nice every time I go

I was probably the only person on the planet who had not been to this kind of froyo store. I was very surprised at the variety a flavors on offer and the amazing array of toppings. I went in the middle of the day and found it very quiet and enjoyed yogurt for lunch. I would certainly recommend this as a place to go read a book and enjoy some Froyo in the afternoon. I would expect on summer evenings it gets pretty hectic here. I was also surprised to learn that they cater.

My kids and my self loved this place. The staff is very nice and the customer service is excellent. Now going to the frozen yogurt is just amazingly good tasting with sooo many variations to do. I let my kids do their own cups.

I love this stuff. I cant imagine why or how it stays open though. I dont live in the area but stop in when I visit family in the area. Several machines were down so I hope this is the first sign of not enough business. Visit & eat, help keep the lights on!

Very good experience! Wide variety of flavors and toppings, and the tables were clean and constantly wiped down with cleaner. Very impressed and will definitely be coming back.

We frequent This Sweetfrog location, and have never been let down. The store is always clean and well stocked. Lots of topping options and Many flavors of froyo to choose from. The staff is so friendly and always accommodating. We pick Sweetfrog over other Froyo locations because they are definitely family friendly.

Staff is awesome and very friendly while dealing with a ton of crazy kids. They really know to show a great attitude. Selection of froyo and gelato is good with monthly specials. The toppings bar is bountiful and clean. They have outside seating for friends and family. Sign up for their rewards program... Helps make it affordable and they always have a special or two running.

My husband and I went and had yogurt the other day and couldn’t believe the price. I swear, I didn’t put anything but sprinkle on mine and my hubby put just a few cookie bits. It costed almost 23.00! I couldn’t believe it. Everything here in the Charleston areas are ripping people off. We moved from Arizona and you would think it would be more expensive. Their Yogurtland was 29 cents an ounce, here 67 cents an ounce. How do families afford coming in here regularly. We could have bought a meal for that price. Charleston knows all the newcomers are transplanting here for jobs and they are taking full advantage of it. Shame! You can’t do anything here anymore without costing you and arm and a leg. Munchies frozen yogurt is 49 cents per ounce. The yogurt was delicious, yes, but not at that price. Most people don’t know yogurt prices around the country, this place was the highest!

The young lady on duty came around cleaning tables, but used the same clothe for the chairs! She proceeded to each table doing this...a direct OSHA code violation! Its disgusting to think of the germs that were spread through out the store! Im sure she was either never trained properly or just decided to skip corners. I have permanently stopped revisiting business establishments for this type of unsanitary cleaning.
