Was there Friday 11.22.19. There was a motorists vehicle that disabled near the store. Octavio and other employees assisted the gentleman to correct the issue with his vehicle. Very impressed. My new go to auto parts store.

Synthetic oil and oil filter at a good price

A couple nights ago I was in there, a male and female were working. I have to say they have to be the best workers in there. Very helpful, find what you need, and always in a good mood. I will for now on go there at night because the morning workers are rude and just try to sell you what ever makes a profit. I have always got the wrong part in the morning and practically always return what was given. Excellent customer service at night.

Great place. I went in for replacement lights for the break and back up lights( I wanted LEDs) which they had in stock. Employee asked if I needed anything. I used him to confirm that I had the correct bulbs. And he also told me that the R after the bulb number means that it glows red.

Going to buy my parts here more often customer for life.. also some guy name Vega helped me out one day he also had excellent customer service these guys are the best!!

The young people today I believe just dont have the enthusiasm of being employed like it once was. The young man helped but it was like he was forced to do everything. He barely wanted to speak up I had to ask him a few times what did he say. Over all it was okay!

I always check to see if the items that Im purchasing are in stock. I usually pay before using the online app. Sometimes youll get a percentage off your part, some parts such as bulbs no coupons that I could find.
