Had everything in stock for a brake job. Went in walked right up to register, no line no waiting, they had everything in stock. A lot of deals and clearance items on the shelves throughout the store. Clean, available parking, space to move around. Customer service was great employees have extensive knowledge.

Great service! They helped me pick which windshield wipers were best for my vehicle and even helped me install for free.

Went there to get battery tested and the machine to test battery didnt work. Had to go to another location. That said, the store looked clean, the guy who helped me was nice.

I stopped in for emergency wipers did not know anything about what I needed in the rain. Im not sure what the womans name was but she was wonderful. Figured out exactly what wipers I needed and came out in the rain and replace them. I will always shop at this AutoZone.

They did quickly read my code on my CEL for free but I dont know that they gave me the right diagnosis. They followed their procedure but I did my own research online and got it to go off. Their prices are kinda high and I dont think the parts quality is that great. I have been there a couple of times and while the employees arent ignorant, they just seemed unhappy

Very bad customer service FROM THE MANAGER! Ive been coming here for a while getting parts and having codes checked and erased. Now all of a sudden they dont erase simple gas cap codes and she has the nerve to tell me if I was a better mechanic it should have came off on its own...Im never coming here again

Lady had a bad attitude, gave me the wrong part. I asked for a wheel hub and she gave me a brake caliper...Not very professional. She showed bad customer service. I had to talk to the manager to return the wrong part she sold me.
