Ill be honest, Im a little disappointed in my experience. Im sure if youre willing to pay asking price, its probably a good experience, but dont expect much in the way of negotiating. My wife and I visited after finding a car we liked online. It was either take it or leave it. It was one of the few days in which both our days off finally aligned, so we came in ready to make a deal. We offered $500 under asking price and they refused. We then countered $250 under asking price (which I thought was more than generous) and was told it was basically asking price or nothing. In all my years Ive never seen a dealership refuse a deal over such a trivial amount of money. I used to work in sales myself and Id never let a customer walk out the door who had sent so many buying signals. I even followed up the next day with a message and never heard back. I guess the dealership is doing very well and doesnt need my business. The next time Im searching for a car and see Salerno, Ill likely just keep on scrolling. Id leave less stars, but leaving three because the salesman and person who set up our appointment were actually very nice and polite. Im sorry we couldnt make a deal.

Very amazing experience. I purchased an as-is 2004 F-150 in south jersey last may.... it failed state inspections in august, September, and November of last year due to monitors not being ready and emissions. Turns out it was a larger issue. Took it to Salerno Duane Ford service this past weekend and with the help of service advisor Mike Ferrante and master technician Keith Caliguari, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Brought it in Monday morning and got it inspected and passed by 10am on the same Friday. Amazing service and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back to them with any issues.

Came in the service dept. with a brake issue. Met Mike Ferrante. I explained to him the brake issue I was having. After visiting my local Ford dealership they had explained to me that my master cylinder had to be replaced and would cost over $1,000. Mike explained to me that there was a national recall on my master cylinder and that there would be no cost. He kept in contact with me through out the day. Terrible after sales experience at Salerno Duane Ford Summit. Dealership is quick to sell additional insurance products for Wheel and Tire etc, but dont think for a minute that they will honor the agreements when you need them. After 9 months I am still trying to get the dealership to be accountable for what they sold. Will never buy another car from them again. Unless there is money to be made they just dont care.

I had a very positive experience once again with the service department with my 2016 Mustang. I was not surprised given my previous experiences with Salerno Duane Ford. I had several minor issues including the oil, the rear window, the parking break, as well as more significant rim and windshield matters. At every step after delivering the car Mike Ferrante and Chris Caragliano kept me posted and ultimately saved me a lot of money getting all these issues fixed. Weve had great experiences with Ford products purchased through a predecessor dealership. When they lost their Ford franchise, Salerno-Duane became a Ford dealer in addition to their Chryslere-Jeep dealership. We started leasing about nine years ago. We now are on our third round of three-year leases. Last February we leased a 2017 Fusion Sport. The wife loves it. I just took advantage of the end-of-year specials and leased a new 2018 Escape.Our sales guy, Bud Dyer, is special. He retired some years ago, but continues to service his long-time customers. I give Bud the functional and financial requirements I want met and Bud does all the heavy lifting. He finds the best deal and handles customer advocacy with management. Leasing (and probably buying) is a breeze.The new Escape was ready when promised.

I had a weird swooshing noise coming from my wheel after driving over a pothole. Turns out I had a little rock stuck in my back right wheel.. They even kept it to show me when I picked up my vehicle. Since leasing a new 2020 Ford Explorer, I’ve had two unexpected problems come up with the car. First, 5 months into the lease chipmunks ate through engine wires bc Ford apparently coats them in peanut oil. At the height of COVID-19 home quarantine, Mike Ferrante (Service Coordinator) and his team (including shop foreman Keith Caliguari) took on the job and while it was a slow fix due to shipping delays, he kept me up to speed on all progress and helped me get an insurance claim expedited since the issue was not covered by warranty. Secondly about 3 months after this, Mike and Keith helped expedite an issue I had with the Sync3 console. I was under a tight timeframe and Mike helped get me in first thing, fast track a part for shipping and install before I had to head out of town. Even if my Ford 2020 Explorer is ripe with issues, I know Mike will always come to the rescue to keep me sane! Thank you gentlemen!

My car is now 13yrs old with over 251,000 miles and still going strong! The Ford Service crew is EXCELLENT! They always manage to squeeze me in when I have an urgent matter with my car. They do not turn me away stranded until an appointment time. I have tremendous respect for everyone there; I make appointments for all non-emergency issues such as schedule maintenance work. My car is a 2006 FORD 500. It is ten years old, 234,000 miles and still in great shape. I traveled 80 miles per day on the GS Parkway and NY Thruway. I worked this car very hard and I am heavy on the gas pedal. The car is a discontinued model yet mine is still going strong. Ford should use MY car and the Summit Ford Service folks in their commercial...never mind the Rock or other famous people. I cannot remember my sales person that sold me my car; I only met him once..maybe twice. However, I have a long and wonderful relationship with everyone in the service building. Dr. Lou knows my car inside and out. Nobody outside of Ford Service has ever had their hands in my car. My cars longevity is living proof of Ford Service!!

My new Ranger purchase was a very pleasant experience ....it was my 4th vehicle from them ....2 F-150s and an Explorer previously....The whole team was very helpful but my salesman, Joe Cola did an especially great job! Friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward.
