Great customer service and very helpful with my questions...came in there and bought a phone and I left with such a great experience... Hugo took his time to transfer my data from one phone to the next while the other lady (I think her name is Daniela) took her time explaining all the wonderful perks my plan came with... awesome service and I 100 percent recommend this store location to those that want real customer service... thanks so much! Avoid coming to this location. I went to another Metro by T-Mobile location to ask questions on my new services which the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. I find out that I was overcharged on the phones I purchased. Stay the hell away from this store location Summit.

I used to be an AT&T customer. I found Metro PCS . i have had the Best Customer Sevice since I switched services. What keeps me coming back to this location in Summit is the Customer friendly service i have received from Adam, the Manager and Nida, customer sales. Their patience with questions from all customers that they deal with all day long is amazing .and never with attitude. I love coming here, have recommended others this location . Adam and Nida is what has us coming back to Metro in Summit! I am here today buying another phone. So while i am waiting for my phone to be ready, i felt that it was important to acknowledge and praise these wonderful employees. Thank you so much for all that you do to keep your customers happy.
