Always has the products I need! JT is always happy with any customer that walks in and always has a pleasant tone to his voice! I always wonder how can someone be so happy! This guy is always happy to help someone! Next time I go in there I am going to buy an Apple Watch from them even though I can go to Apple and get one I prefer going here where they take time and explain the functions of the watch and devices and are always happy and pleasant

This Verizon has a great team on their hands! I was having some difficulty getting in touch for some help over the phone so decided to go in person. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Rubal was able help me and also show me how to solve some issues at the convenience of my own home. Thank you again!

Made my switch from T-Mobile flawless, excellent representation of Verizon I originally went to the Short Hills mall due to not having phones in stock and also the rude behavior of the manager made me stop by this local store, I made a personal relationship with these guys in less than a 30 minute transaction. 1000% Thumbs up!!!

My IPhone had been acting up for the past few day. Shutting down randomly, along with the screen going black every few hours or so. JT and his team were able to get this issue fixed immediately. They were very informative and eager to help.

I was having technical difficulties with my iPhone and was getting frustrated with my service. However, JT helped me figure out what was happening and made sure that I was satisfied and happy with the help that he provided.

I honestly drove almost 30 minutes from my home because the service was supposedly great here. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I ordered an Apple Watch with the purchase of my new phone because I was told the price would be around $100. With the trade in deal, I said let’s do it and we ordered the watch. When the device arrived I drove back to the store. Upon purchase, I was told the watch was substantially more because the associate quoted me the incorrect trade in price. The associate who quoted me was there and tried to back peddle. He knew what he said because he ordered it for me! I clearly only ordered the watch due to the price discussed. I understand mistakes happen but this should have been honored, it wasn’t. Unreal

Worst company ever. Im on hold right now for 28 minutes. This is for my fathers phone. Ive been with t-mobil for 9 years they are awesome. I have 10 company lines they treat me great. Get away from verizon they are horrible.

They did not have what I was looking for but guided me to the right place, I do not have Verizon as my carrier but the rep helped me solve an issue that I was having for years that AT&T could not fix. The customer service was phenomenal.

I wasn’t able to activate the phone I bought at Apple and had a terrible time working through the Verizon chat bot (3 hours of support couldn’t fix it). The associate in store activated my phone quickly - the whole process was a breeze. Would go back to buy a phone directly next time.

This is my fourth time visiting this store and the young man with glasses is AWESOME. I would ask the owner to hire him some help since this store does look like a busy store, he is always working alone every time I have stopped in and he is running from customer to customer one after another, he is honestly terrific.

This is the place to go to for any issues with your phone. I dont know why some reviews say customer service is bad. I have never ever had a problem with the customer service for the past 5 years. This is my familys go to store for any issues with our phones. The staff there are always helpful and have gone out of their way to find a solution to any issue from lost data, switching to more cost effective plans to obtaining extenders when service was spotty near our residence etc. In fact since the service has been so great a number of my friends too have switched to Verizon and are now loyal fans of this store.

Had a problem with an app. Summit couldnt find itWent to short hills mall and they solved the problemSummit was very curtious and have always been helpful. Short hills mall had more personnel and the gentleman was very kind to check everything out. I like both places.

Great customer service. The team went above and beyond to help me set up a temporary number for an international visitor. They could not set up the number on the device I brought in - so they lent me a device for three weeks. Again - fantastic experience and will not hesitate to go back to this store for any future needs.

Excellent service at the Beechwood Rd., Summit NJ store. Much better deal than at AT&T. The staff were very patient and took a lot of time to explain the purchase of a new phone and service. Follow-up questions were easy to get answered.

Got to store late as it was closed. Owner opened the door to my delight. Had to purchase charger for iPhone. As I was purchasing my car was blocking someone outside so I left my credit card and preceded to move car which was right in front of store.As I was ready to find another parking spot downtown, to my surprise the owner actually came out to my car to have me sign the receipt. Went in to upgrade my phone, get screen protector put on and ensure that my existing data were completely moved over to the new device. We were done in 25 minutes. Everything in 25 minutes. Not only that Pradeep lowered my bill by $15 and is helping me get an earlier than scheduled upgrade on another device. This is a hidden gem that wont stay hidden for long. Go now.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! It has the Verizon label but it is NOT a VERIZON CORPORATE store. When I was shopping for my new phone, the store promised it would honor offers the same as any Verizon store. They were very happy to take the order and my money but sent me to the vendor website to get the additional bonus (equipment). After weeks of calls and other contacts, I was told the store was supposed to provide the bonus equipment.I returned to the store to get a replacement tempered glass screen - this item came with a lifetime warranty. A VZ store tech told me to return it to the original store because it had been installed incorrectly. The store immediately referred me to the vendor website. VZ customer service stated they would have replaced the screen and agreed they would contact the store manager to honor the warranty - the Summit retail store was supposed to provide the same level of service as a VZ corporate store.DO NOT SHOP HERE - if you have a problem, you will be very disappointed. Its easy to take your money for a purchase but the true test of good customer service is how they handle a problem.

They werent able to set up my girlfriends phone because it was out of continent, but I really appreciated how they directed us to try AT&T rather than dick us around since they knew Verizon couldnt cover her phone.

After a horrendous three days over the holiday weekend to unlock my BlackBerry Classic, I came back to Summit to have it fixed.Three levels of BlackBerry Customer Service technical people could not disengage the Anti-Theft feature. The Equipment Specialist at the Verizon store at the Jersey shore was unable to help me although she tried for two hours. A glitch in BlackBerry’s software caused my phone to lock.In five minutes Pradeep unlocked my phone. This is why I purchase from this location, and this is why I tell everyone about the superior technical service I always receive. Sonu, as he is known to all of us, is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help. You are the best!
