Daniel is the BEST! My Uncles phone broke a week after having achilles surgery. Daniel pulled up a chair and helped us navigate all the best promotions and set up his new phone (Including answering all 75 questions). I work in customer service and always appreciate when people go above and beyond! It seemed like that was just Daniel being himself! Keep it up youre a great asset!

I want to express my appreciation to Daniel Chavez at the T-Mobile store in Summit. Dan went above and beyond what I have come to expect from the present service industry, to help in familiarizing me with my new phone and pairing it to my car GPS. Dan makes me more comfortable to be a T-Mobile customer.

This place was amazing! I came in to buy a new phone and I was in and out within an hour! Extremely fast, polite, and wonderful service. The associates that helped me were Victor, Dahlia, and JoSean. They were amazing and incredibly friendly! If you need to go to T-Mobile, I suggest this location!

My second time going into this location as a T-Mobile customer and if this is the customer service I have to look forward definitely won’t be a customer much longer. Victor and the other employee who refused to give me her name(kinda heavyset w dyed blonde hair) extremely rude and disgusting. I definitely don’t plan on going back.

I went into many tmobile stores to help me with my Sprint Account I was directed to this location after many tmobile stores didnt want to take care of me,not only did I feel welcomed they also where taking precautions with covid 19 but the employees where willing to hear me out and help me out with my upgrade and gave me an additional free line to my account the Store Manager Marisela was absolutely awesome Goooooo to this store for all your Sprint issues as most of these other stores are not willing to help....

Jose took care of me, he was very sweet and helpful. Purchased a phone for me parents. He even assisted me with my own phone

I went to this location yesterday to upgrade my and my husbands phones. I had 3 people helping us and if I could give them more stars I would. They were amazing. I had Samantha, Ash ( which I believe was the manager) and Manny. They were all so helpful. Even when they were trying to figure out stuff that was not making sense ( customer service messed up on my account), they were trying their best to help us in every way possible. They even helped me to my car when I could not figure out how to add a device to it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Good Job Guys!!

Totally worth switching over from Verizon to Sprint! The customer service was excellent! We worked with Diana she was awesome! Very patient and throughly explained everything, no hidden costs or fees! We’ve been referring our family and friends to switch over because of all they have to offer in incentives and service! No more paying an arm and a leg for mediocre service. Glad we switched!

Excellent service

So I left the store not having my unlocked phone working ..but that wasnt because Ash the Store Manager didnt try. He was on the phone for an extended amount of time with Sprint Customer Care and they just cant seem to get my Nexus 5x working. Again, thats not on the store or the customer service here. Everytime Ive been to this store it has been a good experience. People ask if you need help, they are attentive but also give you some space when youre just looking. Overall you can tell this is a well managed store with good leadership. I think thats a direct reflection of Ash and his style. Keep up the good work and Im sure my wife will be in soon to pick out a new device. I have never had a customer experience like this Sprint Store gave me. The Gentleman there was very helpful for me / I drive a 18 wheeler & he waited for me after they closed their store / he got my phone up and working again . I was so impressed with this stores Employees that I bought a 10 inch iPad from them to use for my trucking jobs . Im so happy with the customer service I received from this sprint store .

By far the worst retail experience I have ever had. Multiple times I have attempted to give this location business for either myself or my family and every time I walk out feeling disrespected due to terrible customer service. Last time I was there I was given false information on multiple occasions, told to do account verification by illegal means and was almost charged extra fees for an upgrade for my father that was said to be unheard of at the corporate store I went to after I walked out of this one. I still love sprint as a provider but this they need to do better to train their employees that are not employed at corporate stores. Very unhappy with this location and I will not be returning to it.

I am completely dissatisfied with Rubens dishonesty. Ive come to find out that the screen protector that Ive purchased from the store was not a warranty screen as promised. I was sold a normal screen, did not come with box or warranty code he simply came from the back with a screen protector in hand when its suppose to come in the box? But this one didnt... how can I register my warranty for my screen protector when I have no box or the receipt with the correct warranty screen protector on the receipt!! Im very upset because the screen protector thats on my phone now is an off brand screen protector which is named mySHIELD Protector that is not a warranty screen protector. I was also charged full price for this product!!!I felt as Ruben cared more about the sale rather than me becoming a loyal costumer. I wish I can give 0 STARS!!They basically stole my money and took advantage of the situation.

I have been with T-Mobile for ruffley 3 years I wasnt convinced about switching phone companies until I walked into the Sprint store at the summit location. Ninaa kindly helped me with switching over helping me find my acc number to keeping the same number. Everyone here was so professional !
