Very sweet and friendly barista. I had a few questions about the stuff they offered, probably too many dumb questions, but she answered all of them with a smile and made exactly what I was hoping for!Smoothie is delicious, will buy again!

Not a big fan of how their payment device basically makes you give them a tip before you can sign. On this occasion the white chocolate powder that they use was not mixed properly so my coffee was very gritty, also the two batistas working there were more concerned with what they did or were going to do on vacation than making coffee. Still one of my favorite places to get coffee, but was not impressed by this visit.

Went to this location tonight on my lunch at work around 10:30, I found it pretty funny when I arrived back to work and my co worker and manager tell me that the barista told them she remembered me from high school and how we were supposed to fight 6 years ago. They proceeded to tell us that she told them some very personal information about my boyfriend and I. I don’t really know where she found it okay to be spreading personal Information about people to people she doesn’t even know, but it’s very unprofessional and immature

Friendly Staff, Fantastic Coffee.It may be a tad spendy, but it stands out enough that Ill continue to choose this place over some of the others Ive been to

OMG try their PRIMATE PEACH shake. I think I said it correctly...🤔🤣 Anyway, great folks, I asked half sweet and its just perfect for me!!!

The best coffee anywhere. The mythical mocha blended is amazing also my daughter likes their strawberry smoothies the best out of any other coffee stand.

Staff is really friendly.However, if you’re looking for some good black coffee that tastes great & will wake you up, this place ain’t it. My drip coffee was pretty watery.I’m sure their blended & lattes are sweet & tasty. I wouldn’t come here for just coffee though

First time enjoying Bigfoot Java but not the last! I am a truck driver and walked over, they were very patient as I made my selection and friendly. As my order was being made we talked about dogs, and I said we have a French bulldog puppy. So she gave me a puppy treat! The coffee was delicious and watching Tonka enjoy his treat was priceless! Thank you from all of us!

Sweet little place. Didnt know what to order, my coDriver is the coffee guy. So he knew what he was getting and I was gonna pass. But the Barista, thru the power of Suggestive Selling, talked me into a Hot Chocolate Flavored beverage, which was Amazing! Still not sure what it was. Very helpful crew. You have a great place here! Wouldn’t recommend this location. There was two girls and took almost 25 minutes to get through 3 cars on one side and two one the other. Came here thinking they might be fast because there NOTHING out here but instead I’m late to work. Laughable.

I LOVE the fact that I can get coffee 24 hours a day. Its not only AM and early PM that people NEED COFFEE/ CAFFEINE. The employees of all the Bigfoot Java stands Ive been to are very nice as well as making great drinks!

Nice coffee, great service! I like to stop by to pick up a soy mocha and its delicious :) Starbucks thinks they can open up right next door and steal business, but night owls like me wont be patronizing them any time soon lol!

I love Big Foot Java and always order the extreme chocolate blended coffee. Yummy This was my first time at this location and the young lady was very kind, cheerful and made a great start to my day. The only thing was the drink I received wasnt made the same way as the A street SE and 15th St N locations make it. Great coffee!!

Bought 2 Mythical Mochas, Frostbites, with White Coffee...DELICIOUS! Service was great too, like always.I wish they would sell a smaller container of their White Coffee or even K-pods! I would by them on the regular with my specialty drinks of course. The big container is awesome but prefer smaller so it stays fresh longer...really want k-pods though :)

BigFoot Java in Sumner, WA is open 24hrs which is awesome. The Ladies there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about coffee. If youre looking for great coffee this is it. I love this place, very friendly to transgenders. Thank you ladies.

The Barista always remembers me and my dog and I love it. I will go out of my way to go somewhere that can remember us. She also remembered how I like my mocha after just one time and thats pretty rare when you deal with hundreds of people coming through

Star Bucks made me hate coffee and even stop drinking coffee. BigfFoot Java is what other coffee shops should try to aspire to. Plus this place is open 24 hours. If a coffee shop can not be open 24 hours, then they really should not open at all because coffee is needed and wanted by people from all shifts. At BigfFoot Java the coffee is great, the Fraps are great, everything is great. They dont even have to take their clothes off and flash people in order to make up for serving a lesser quality beverage like some places do.

Over priced for sure. A 12oz mocha w/3 shots is $5.75. and 1/4 foam. Ouch! Service okay. Nothing special to set them apart from any other chain. Best bet is a mom & pop stand.

4/5/2021. Thought Id try again because they are only one I know of with Jamaican Rum.. same order everytime and once again tastes like they didnt even put flavor in when I always ask for extra flavor..cant taste coconut which is usually dominant..nor the Jamaican rum..disappointed..just tastes like a mocha..thought maybe it just wanted stirred good so got home and stirred and still no notes of flavor..frustrating to say the leastSo this is the only place I can get Jamaican Rum..and I order 24 oz 3 shot Jamaican Rum and coconut mocha..extra flavor...doesnt taste like it has flavor at all and like just straight coffee doesnt even taste like there is chocolate in it ..never gotten a coffee from there this terrible...merry xmas to meSumner location

The customer service is wonderful and the coffee is good. Their specialty drinks are a little too sweet for me so I order half the chocolate in my espresso.

Had to have my drink remade but they were very nice and had no problem correcting my drink.

It used to be a friendly place to have your coffee with friends for a 15 min.This days rules has changed in a disrespectful way towards customers, cant be parked in the parking lot to drink my hot coffee, as a professional driver, I think is best to drink a hot cup of coffee while not driving.Really hope management makes their mind up and respect customers to have their coffee for 15 minutes parked.

The girls are nice, always get my Order right and its always hot and delious. They try to be fast but sometimes you get that one person in front of you that takes forever deciding or ordering for the whole office.

The barista today was by herself and I was scared to ask for 5 drinks. She smiled and rocked out those drinks so fast, I was thoroughly impressed! All drinks were perfect too, zero complaints!

Theyve messed up my order 3 times in a row and they always burn my coffee. Ive been going to bigfoot in puyallup for years and never had problems, always my favorite coffee stand, but the ones in auburn and Pacific have horrible customer service and horrible coffee, Im very disappointed. After 3 bad experiences in a row, I dont recommend bigfoot coffee anymore, at least not the ones in auburn, Pacific, or Kent.

Coffee is always good but when you give the barista your number for the rewards points and they dont input the number right or ask you to repeat it you dont get the points. Thanks again Bigfoot.

The barista we had didnt know how to make a drink that was on the menu. I wanted a blended coffee drink that was right at the top of the menu and she asked what was in it. When I told her I didnt know the exact ingredients she said we had to back up to the menu. I emailed the store but they ignored me.
