My boyfriend and I were disrespected at this location. A worker has been harassing my boyfriend calling him names for a while now. No one did anything about it either. It was very unprofessional. I told one of the workers there and she didn’t say anything and her quickly changed the subject. They need to teach their workers to treat their customers with respect. I will not be going to this location again until this is fixed.

Really good service but unfortunately its just very slow. Ive been to a couple Bigfoot Javas and this one by far is pretty slow. No disrespect to the girls working here they did awesome I just think the staff needs to grow a bit more

I can always count on Bigfoot Java to deliver delicious coffee and smoothies. Always very consistent flavor with their coffee. Baristas are always friendly and fast. My goto drink is a mythical mocha, a delicious must try in my book

The staff is always friendly everytime we go. I decided to try something new, and they were very patient with me while I took the time to figure out what I wanted. Ended up getting one of the seasonal drinks, and it was amazing!

These little drive-thrus are so cute! Each one we went to was in a gas station parking lot, which was interesting. Not sure if they are all 24 hours, but this one was so that was convenient. We like coffee at all hours.The coffee was great, and the service was as well. I had the Mythical Mocha, blended, and it was perfectly sweet. We giggled at the names of some of the drinks, very entertaining.

Friday and frustrated, June 25, 850am. Drove thru to get my usual coffee and was informed that I wasnt allowed to visit there shop anymore. Those werent her exact words. But she reprimanded me for looking at her car .Im so sorry . I spent 40 yrs on the hyways of America and I pay attention and enjoy looking at all vehicles. Knowing make and model .and what kind of tires and wheel the manufacturer is putting on there cars and trucks, Im sorry I pay attention. We moved to cedarview 1975.i visit there shop almost every day. Yes I know who work there and what car they drive .one lady got a nice Chevy traverse. I noticed.i notice thing I apologize.if I was doing anything wrong I didnt know it .I was honest about it .the manager made me feel so small.like i did something wrong.well if she doesnt want me to look at her car and its parked by there building I cant go there..otherwise than that they have always treated me wel.be well to the nice woman there. SSincerely DRG.Ps. I apologize to who I have offended

Big Foot for years has carried heavy cream. Unannounced they quit allowing its use in drinks. My elderly parents ordered a drink with heavy cream, the barista took their order and money, however refused to put heavy cream in their drink. My parents asked for a refund and they refused to refund their money as well only offering store credit.

I use to work for Blue Sky landscape services for 4 years so I was able to see & taste a Carmel Frappuccino from each establishment, every single one was good. I had a v.i.p card but lost it :/BigFoot Java is always packed, that’s how you know the staff stays on point & drinks are always delicious. Keep up the good work ladies ! You ladies are appreciated so much.

I’ve been to this location like 3 times, never felt welcome. The last time I went I waited for at least 10 minutes which wasn’t a big deal but to get told that they “don’t take cards with chips”. Come to find out my card doesn’t even have a chip. Got the dirtiest look from the lady, complete waste of my time. I’m usually not the one to write bad reviews for restaurants or anywhere but I’ve never received such rude service. But now I go to cafe elite and espresso stop and they always make me feel welcome and they know me well enough to know what I want:)

Today was my first experience at Bigfoot Java. First of all, the ladies at the stand are sweethearts. Secondly, the coffee is amazing. I asked if they had a cookie dough flavoring, which they didnt. But it was no problem. They helped me figure out what was the closest to it, and the drink turned out fantastic. So thank you for making my experience welcoming and worth it.

The girls here are all very nice and welcoming. The drinks are delicious and made to order. Sometimes the line is long and the parking lot they are located in is very tiny leaving no room for more then 3 to cars on one side and 2 on the other. They are located next to a shell gas station with a drive through car wash and a towel dry down at the end which almost comes directly out into the coffee stand therefore making it harder at times to get in and out of line especially during the summer. Unfortunate for them but they still always try and give good, quick service. One of my fav coffee stands to go to just because of the staff.

Nice and fast delivery, the employees are nice and helpful and the coffee is delicious. I had tried their mystery mocha and it is way better than what I usually get and I recommend this spot.

The week day mornings are good but the weekends take forever to get your coffee. Theres no sense of urgency if theres a line. At other stands theres not too long of a wait but this one and the Auburn one by the Grocery outlet take forever. And its not like you can just get out of line life, youre blocked in by other cars. Just an example I was writing this as I was in line. I got there a 1:37 and didnt get my drink until 1:57.

Im giving a low review ONLY for the weekend crew. I have been coming 7 days a week for 7 years as of January 1st 2017. They know who i am, what i drive, what i drink, and still they wait and ask....both of them!??? I have NEVER pulled through there with my husband and NOT got a drink for both of us!!! They are slow, TALK way to much among themselves/ and on their phones. slowing down their attention to detail / production and speed. I have 17 years as a Barista.. and it shouldnt take more than a minute to make 1 drink ( i know this from experience). IF weekends are your busy time, may i suggest getting BETTER help on Saturdays and Sundays. I myself have taken my business somewhere else on the weekends... and I am sure others have too!

Usually an advocate for bigfoot stands because of quick service, moderately good tasting espresso, and affordable.... but this location is HORRIBLE for numerous reasons. I would never reccomend this location to anyone.

I love the mythical mocha. I do have to ask for it on the sweet side and sometimes they get it sweet enough and sometimes not. Most baristas are friendly.

The lady walked away while placing my order. Both my drinks were wrong. Though I fully understand that they were busy, when brought to their attention, she threw down what she was working on. Instead of having it remade, all I asked was if she could put on the whip and caramel.The best part was when she thumped it on the counter, I apologized for her inconvenience, trying to break the ice, she rolled her eyes and said, its fiiine like it was actually my fault...Really?Other than that, I do enjoy BF coffee. Lol

Fast service with great attitudes. Coffee has a good taste with a decent amount of choices. Plus they have 44OZ cups.....cant ask for much more.

Was driving by and Id heard of Bigfoot Java. Had to try the 32oz coffee. Served in a Styrofoam cup. Stayed warm for a long time. Loved it and will be back again when Im in the area.

My favorite stand. My church is next to the one in Auburn off A street as well. But Bonney Lakes stand is way better and consistent.

I am here once a week! They know my order when I pull up. I am never disappointed! Andrea is a superstar! She is one of the reasons I come back.

If I could have chosen zero stars I would have! Waited in line for over 15 minutes with only 1 vehicle in front of me & 1 vehicle at the other window on the opposite side. After having waited for what seemed like a long time I looked at the clock & by the time I reached the window 15 additional minutes had passed. When I go through a drive-through coffee stand I do not expect with only 1 car ahead of me that its going to take 15/20 minutes just to get a beverage. At this point there is now a car behind me as well, & I do not feel comfortable to safely get out of line & leave. Now in her defense the vehicle in front of me received 6 beverages & looked as if they were a blended drink. The problem I had was the full-blown conversation that had transpired after receiving drinks & having handed a clipboard back with the cc slip, at that point I expect the vehicle to move on & for it to be my turn, but no they continue to have a full-blown conversation about her shoes & something else i didnt fully hear for almost 5 minutes at this point Im upset & started to rev my engine as that was the alternative to honking my horn. As I pulled up to the window I attempted to nicely explain my frustration to the barista she apologized & explained to me that the person was trying to tell her this important story and that they also needed to exchange phone numbers and so on. I work in the customer service industry & have been a bartender for over 25 yrs, not the same job but essentially same concept and when you have people waiting to be served, you learn how to politely prioritize & end a conversation to be able to serve everyone in a timely manner. I dont know about everyone else but I typically go through a drive-thru versus inside of a coffee shop because Im on my way to some other destination and Im trying to just make a quick stop. Needless to say after she defended her lack of concern for other peoples time I did not give them my business and left without anything to drink and stopped at a different stand a couple blocks away and had a drink in less than 3 minutes. With a coffee stand on nearly every corner you would think that customer service would be a priority to obtain business in a highly competitive industry.

I would of given this Big foot a 5 star but a few girls making the coffee on weekend are not doing so well. During the work week my coffee is always perfect! The ladies on the work week are nice and friendly and make great coffee! I go everyday monday-friday but on the weekends I now go somewhere else. I have had bad coffee on the weekend for the last time till they get new people who make good big foot coffee. I should make myself more clear about the weekend girls! Im talking about the new girls!!!

Ive always loved this particular coffee stand but as of latley the two girls working the late shift are ruining it and we will not be going back as often. Very sad but they need better training.

Ordered a chocolate drink for my son they gave him strawberry and hes allergic. Gave me regular coffee when I asked for white and the charged me for white coffee. I emailed the manager she never even responded
