You know its Starbucks but I be digging the new apple crisp macchiato. This one is in Freddies but its still good for a quick pick me up. It seems as if the store has better drinks but this one is great when in a rush. Yes I recommend

Every time I come here I get a little attitude and they never remember to stir my venti cold brew. Today I said it clearly twice & could tell the cashier wasnt actually listening to me, and of course I had to ask the person making my coffee if she could please stir it and I could see stink eye from the cashier. This happens regularly here to me so Im assuming itd be happening to others as well. Not friendly at all.10/16/21 update: didnt get the breve in my cold brew order. Do people drink cold brew straight? Seems like 1/2 & 1/2 isnt fancy sounding enough. And still got push back on the stirring thing again. Why? Ive clearly asked for it up front both times & I know the cashiers been made aware of my previous experiences post.

Female employee, no name tag, extremely serious, no customer service skills, no greeting, no parting comment Oct 16th mid to late afternoon. My hot beverage was cold.

The staff is always friendly and good at what they do

Got my regular favorite drink, Mango Dragon fruit. Always a great refreshing drink if you dont want to have a Coffee drink

The drink took way too long to make (10 minutes) which the barista was bring very passive aggressive when hanging the drink over stating “you’re drink took up all the berries, so here you go” with a very snobby undertone. Starbucks has always been one of my go too drink places, I’ve never been disappointed with any of my many visits. The company’s customer service is known to be very successful, however; this time I was faced with dissatisfaction. 1 Star. There is another Starbucks in the same parking lot across from this one that has excellent customer service and may I say is more aesthetically pleasing. Go to that one.

Take the 2 minutes and walk across the road to the real Starbucks. The drink I ordered tasted like half a bottle of salt was poured into it. The barista said that it was because it was a new drink. Me being gullible said OKAY, must be my fault for ordering it. I got the same drink the next day at the one across the street and it was fantastic! (Coco nitro with almond milk).

First off everytime I come here before 9pm during their “summer hours” they’re always out of everything!! Second I come here I guess on non “summer hours” and they close at 7. You may want to update your hours then!!

Your typical Starbucks coffee shop. Customer service is always friendly, service is quick typically unless there is a long line, and the drinks are on par with the other Starbucks. I typically give Starbucks for Star reviews and less they are outstanding again this is not a knock on this Starbucks it was perfectly fine and on par with the other Starbucks

When you come inside people are mostly Americans and are really polite to people it smells like coffee when you come in there.

Great place to go if you have no idea how to make an enjoyable up of coffee???!!🙄

Slow and very confused and un organized

3 stars because Ive came here many times and my experience has always been great expect for today Sunday 4/14/19 at 5:47pm I stopped by to get 4 coffees the girl working here was not pleasant she was very rude to her clients and had an attitude when giving people their drinks she seemed annoyed and would slide the drinks on the counter top with an eye roll what kind of service is that ? I was not happy my drink was very plain no taste she had purple short hair will make sure to not.come when shes here
