Our Icon was delivered September 2nd. We Love it. The only problem is they dont return phone calls. Waited all day Friday for a call back, they never called. Called Saturday morning, the phone just rang and then disconnected. Monday, We drove to the store to get an answer, but the person who was supposed to call me Friday wasnt available to answer our question. We were told we would get a call today. Surprise, No Call. Frustrating
Had a fantastic experience here! I spoke with Carrie on the phone, who was very nice and friendly. When I got in the store, Mark was there to help me answer any and all questions I had. We picked out the one that was best for my family and we were done not long after that! It was delivered by Steve who was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions we forgot to ask in the store. I got a follow up call today to make sure everything went ok which was a nice surprise. Every interaction I’ve had has been amazing and I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you all for everything!

We had a great experience buying our new golf cart here at the Icon Superstore. It is conveniently located for the West Valley. Our salesman Mark was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.He answered all of our questions and made the process smooth and easy. There was no high-pressure sale which we appreciated.They have financing available which made the process easy. They offer many accessories. There is a large inventory. They deliver. The Icon Golf carts came highly recommended, and we had done alot of research before our purchase. We have been pleased so far with the Icon brand. The prices are fantastic.

We brought our Tomberlin in for repairs which took 1 month to get the correct part (they can not go to the Tomberlin dealer direct) and then after finally receiving the part we were told that another part needed to be ordered . During this time we were in contact with the store manager by stopping in and via phone. The repair department did the best they could under the circumstances, however, the business appears to be mismanaged. We ended up taking it to an authorized dealer for repairs.Valerie LeBlanc
