Been here a couple times been greated once out of 5 times. They have all brand phones but are very high priced to. Monthly plans on prepaid are to expensive i got the unlimited plan for 60 a month comes out to $68 dollars they be taxing way to much Im switching as soon as possible. Internet aint the best either download and upload speeds takes a while.
I was super disappointed in this t-mobile store the first time we went in but, the second time was a lot better thanks to the manager and i will continue to go there for his service. He made things right and we are happy with our service.
My experience at Sprint/T-Mobile was great, they resolved some issues that needed serious attention. They are an asset to your company, you need more people of this caliber and professionalism.

Bought an I-Pad & the Asst. Mgr was helping me. They sold me a 7th Generation (32 GB) I-Pad. Got all the way home & there was no SIM CARD in the IPAD ? I live far away & it was not cool having to come all the way back the next day!

The customer service here is the worst. Which is why I now prefer pay my bill over the phone. You walk in and no one greets you. You’re kind of ignored by the employees until you ask for help. Then you ask to pay your bill and literally there is only one computer they can use to take your payment. So if they are currently helping a customer you have to wait until they get done which can take forever because they take their sweet a** time. Another time I had gone in to pay a bill the employee was on his phone talking about his weekend plans while trying to help me at the same time. Like I said this place is the worst. Save yourself some time and just pay your bill over the phone or go to a different location.
New staff and great atmosphere, sprint is doing a great job changing their approach on customer service.

Sprint sucks. The reception is spotty. The representatives at the store are very inconsiderare. I dont understand how i can walk in and there are 4 employees, only 2 costumers and i cant pay my bill because there is only one computer where the bill.can be payed and its being used, after 30 minutes i left without paying my bill because i have a life and other things to do. Worste experience with a phone ompany i have ever had
