I ordered a bed from El Real and they delivered it to my home. When I later opened the box containing the headboard, I was disappointed in the quality of the bed (my fault, as I ordered it from a photo) I called them and they bent over backwards to help me find the quality I was looking for. We ordered the second bed and they delivered it, picked up the first purchase and gave me full credit for the return. Great people to work with! So pleased!Thank you El Real!!
