Great Customer service. Thank you for my new dining set. Delivery very fast.

Thought I was getting a different mattress so they’ve scheduled to pick it up and get me the one I want so as long as this happens within a week or two I’m happy with them.

Will never do business here again not satisfied with what i got mattress is very uncomfortable and payed way more than what they said.And recieved it 3 weeks later.

They dont offer any warranties for any of their furniture once you take its your problem. Bad customer service there is better places with better business practices. Go elsewhere dont get burned!

If i could i would put -100 stars i dont recommend this place we ordered furniture back in september of 2020 and we are in april of 2021 and i paid it off and nope no piece of furniture. They even told me the book that i ordered from isnt even available any more, they cant refund my money because its already paid off (which they never told me i could get a refund) and the owner (thats who did my order) never told me they were having issues getting furniture. I understand Covid messed up everything but i feel they shouldve let me know before i ordered but as usual they just worry about getting their money. Never going back there again

So my husband went in to buy a vanity for me a few weeks ago. He did a payment & on the paper were they themselves wrote “showcase” which meant that my husband was getting the one they had there due to that’s the only one they had. What did they do they sold it to someone else we drove an hour to go get it for them to give it to someone else when my husband made a payment. This is so upsetting especially because he was very happy to give it to me for Christmas now Christmas is 5 days away & he’s so sad. I’m not upset he couldn’t give it to me I’m upset that they were rude to us & kept saying we can’t do nothing with a bad attitude this is the worst place this ain’t the first time either. Never making service with them.

Best furniture store I’ve been to! They are super helpful and kind. Found the furniture that was perfect for me. It was an awesome place with great prices, the best service, and even better people! Went in and I was able to furnish my whole house! They answered all my questions! They also have different credit options and they explained all of our options! SUPER good deals! They care about you and your needs! Also, they recommend whats best for you and your budget. Totally Recommend, you won’t regret it!!!

Worst customer service ever. Not only was my bed a week late but they showed up to my house with a different balance owing. When I called to discuss this with someone at the store the young girl who took the call said we will be back to get the bed or give meYour debit card info right now! I explained that the balance left owing was not what I was given. She laughed and was mocking me. If anyone would like to see the sales order to prove these people are crooked let me know I will be glad to share.

I just want my money back, we have been waiting over a month for two bar stools... my wife is gone in multiple times to get a refund and they keep beating around the bush. It seems that I will have to take time off of work to go get my money back. I would avoid this place at all costs in the future.

So my original review was 5 stars but when it got delivered and set up (nearly 2 months ago now) the guys set the doors on the table inside out and I have texted him repeatedly to please come and fix it and till this day no one has came. While he did deliver for me when needed I now feel like now that I have it it’s not his problem to fix their mistake. Also seats for the table are hard, not comfortable at all and table moves way too much. Could have got something way nicer for that price. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Best Furniture, Best Quality, Best Service and Best Price.

DO NOT DO NOT buy furniture from these stores I originally purchased my sectional w/ottoman from Carlos who is very sweet and helpful, On June 3rd and was told I would be getting it between 3-4 weeks. the 4 week mark came around and I called to check on the status of my order and was told it was going to take longer than expected and that It would be arriving at the warehouse in Sunnyside on July 31st due to the pandemic supposably it was taking longer than usual.   I understood and then the 31st came around I still hadnt received a call so I called Carlos and he had no info said he had to call the main store (Sunnyside) and I never got a call back so after that I figured Carlos was not the one I had to speak with at this point I had to speak with a manager or person in charge Abigail I called her on 31st of July  1st and on the 3rd of august and I left messages for her with the people that answers the phone and nothing they also avoided my calls all day on the 3rd so I called Carlos back said I wanted a refund because nobody knows where or when my order was coming in as a paying customer I think I deserve to know what is going on with my order I couldnt even get the answer to that I was given the run around and the manager/owner Abigail Pinel is too busy to deal with her PAYING customers until I said I wanted a refund BOOM I got a call from the warehouse saying it was going to be delivered on Wednesday the 5th of august (a whole 2 months later) now the problem doesnt end there the ottoman is not with my order so I called the main store to speak with this person named Abigail and of course they tell me shes not there so I express why im calling and that I was tired of dealing with them so she put me on hold and guess who answers the phone Abigail and instead of letting me express my concerns she doesnt let me talk and tells me my order is there and delivery is set up and then passes the phone to Jose Morales the warehouse manager/owner. im expected to get the ottoman on the 13th according to them so far I have only received the run around, attitude and no answers at this point all I want is my order and NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!! Carlos is the only reason they get 2 stars he has been as helpful as can be im expected to receive the sectional tomorrow the 5th. I have never been so upset and disappointed like they have made me im also not the person to leave reviews but this shit is unbelievable and ridiculous.

I would recommend this furniture store to my friends and family for sure. I went in today not knowing what I needed exactly or if I’d get anything and ended up getting sofas and a bedroom set for a decent price. Also they have very friendly service! Definitely going back if I ever need more furniture :)

Sells faulty furniture at full price and when it breaks they wont fix it, I spent 6000 on furniture that is totally trash, I will never buy furniture form them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone, if they try to sell you something I would run

Worst experience we have had in our purchase of sofas, first they say that it is 2 weeks of delivery, but it is not like that. We had to call them days after the 2 weeks have passed, if one does not call them, they do not call. Later they say that they will deliver them in 2 days, but they call us that same delivery day and they say that there was an error in the order of the color of our sofas. Already when the sofas are delivered 6 days later, we realize that they are not even the ones we ordered at the beginning (since we aviated without sofas in our living room for almost 2 weeks better or say anything) they call us already 2 weeks later informing us that the that they gave us are not the correct ones and they say they need to come and pick them up, since we sent the first payment 😡😡 .... we do not recommend. they are disorganized they say one thing and the other.
