Very disappointed, maybe the first purchase was tempted by their publicity. Very disappointed after receiving the goods. There was a strange smell when I opened the bottle. I didnt dare to eat it, so I threw it away. I hope I will do better in the future

Cute and efficient bubble tea place with great service. Polite staff. Got the rose flavoured milk tea with less sugar and really enjoyed it. Worth a visit.

The boba here is excellent and super fresh. TeaFans and Tong Sui have combined into one storefront so you can also order from their dessert menu. Usually very little line up and quick service.

Were actually here for the Tong Sui coconut desserts. The plain version is just alright. The purple yam version is superior. You also keep their glass jars like a point card. Collect 10 for a free dessert.

I got their jasmine milk tea with boba and absolutely loved it. Mango popping pearls was great. 50% sugar was just perfect. Also got and loved their signature coconut pudding that is served with the entire coconut shell for some fresh coconut cream. The coconut flakes served with it were adding a great texture. Pudding was yummy and with no added sugar! They were also quick to serve my order.

They have options to make tour tea with really leas sugar. That is good

One of our go-to places for tea. Prices are good and the high mountain oolong tea is what I usually get. Their teas are slightly lighter than other places, which I actually prefer.

Good quality! Fast & friendly.

They have some nice drinks. The taro is especially good, and is apparently made fresh from actual taro. Their default sweetness level is lower than other tea shops I have visited, although they can adjust the sweetness up or down. Their fruit flavor selection is not as broad as other tea shops, and they dont carry much in the way of food.

I took my usual milk tea w boba drink. The tea was too strong and the pearls were chewy.Good ambience.

Delicious flavor, high price.

Ordered a taro milk tea that came out luke warm (I ordered it hot) and tasting nothing like taro. It was basically like a bad milk tea. When I told the guy it was barely warm, he threw it in the microwave. $5 for a basic tea. Will not return again and do not recommend it.

The lady was nice but she ended up messing up my order. Lemon green tea had too many lemon seeds in it which ruined it too. Not worth the cost. So many better tea shops out there.

Grapefruit tea with real grapefruit is amazing here. But its more expensive. Sunnyvale rent is high. Grapefruit is for people who drinks coffee black.

They have a lot of options and I especially like the green tea matcha that can be made with organic soy milk. and bobas!

Cashier was so weird. My drink was $8. EIGHT DOLLARS. You can pretty much (almost) buy 2 drinks at sharetea for that price lol. It was underwhelming and 100% artificial even though they advertise it as “artificial flavor free!” my a**.

I keep coming back! Their #21 is so good! This is the place that introduced me to boba...Im hooked! I keep wanting to try something else but I love the grapefruit green tea took much!

Sometimes they ask you if you want it sweet, sometimes they just give it to you with sugar. too bad if you hate sweet drinks - they wouldnt offer to change it.

Really like the fresh ingredients they used in the drinks esp. the #21 longan tea! The sitting place is also very comfortable, with free wifi! The drinks come with 50% sugar in default, so they are less sweet compared with other shops, which is healthy:)

I personally like only few drinks. Drinks I like are very good.

I was excited to find a boba spot that has roasted barley, like Tea Era, but I thought the drink was too sugary (and I like sugar). It was also pricey relative to Tea Era. I may consider giving this place another shot but I’m skeptical.

If youre visiting for the first time, better try Sea Salt Milk Foam Roasted Oolong Tea (with Mango popping boba). Its really awesome.

I don’t normally review places that leave a bad taste in my mouth, but I had to give this place one star. I ordered a mountain high oolong and it was so bitter/burnt tasting that I couldn’t drink it. I asked for a different drink, a green tea instead. I was asked to pay for the new drink again, I only had one sip of the oolong tea! I paid and received the green tea. I wasn’t as bad as the oolong, but it was still very burnt tasting. I had about 1/4 of it and then I couldn’t drink it anymore. $10+ dollars down the drain for a few sips of horrible tasting tea.

Tea is pretty good, have had better, but still very good. Customer service is always great

A warm and comfy place to hang out and enjoy the tea. The tea can be customized to your preference and sweetness, etc. The service is quite good too!!

Favorite boba drink place ever! Fresh ingredients, fruit slushes, no artificial taste like quickly. Way more variety than happy lemon.

The quality of the tea is extremely good, and they dont use powdered milk :)) definitely worth the $4

On the pricier end of boba, but its worth it because its really good. A few staples of mine are the mona lisa, the sea salt foam with oolong, and the grapefruit one. Theyre not overly sweet but really unique and flavorful.

Warast boba. It was sour. Milk tea tasted like water. :(

The clerk is friendly. I enjoyed a matcha drink (50% sweetness) but it is not as delicious as other tapioca milk tea shops. Maybe other flavors are delicious.
