Great service. A had a situation about something that i got on sale on a different store in Coral Springs and when i went to Sawgrass Mall it wasnt on sale. I spoke to the Manager and he was Wonderful and Caring and gave it to me for half off. What a Great Manager that store has...👍

The employees at the extra-spacious Sawgrass Mills store are so helpful and courteous. I needed some cordless window blinds to match a certain size, color and style. Donna found the exact one I needed--there are several confusing types on the shelves--and she put it on 24 hour hold for me. Even the cashiers were so pleasant. I drove from Miami because this was the only BB&B store that was able to search carefully and find exactly what I needed, thank you, Donna!

Andre came up to me and verry rudely told me i had to ware a mask. I told him I was an asmatic person an had trouble brithing. He replied with a uhhhhhh you have to ware it. Is sad how little people know about our constitutional facts.what a Shame. We get our rights violated anywhere by anyone tha feels like it!

I love the new renovationsOpen and airy floor plan.I needed to exchange an item I purchased online. The employees who helped were superb. They were able to work out an even exchange in a very short amount of time. The store was super clean, social distancing was in play....

It has loads of things that you would want it also have fun things to try out and razors especially are really cheap if you want one id recommend a dollar shave club brand razor as they are a great brand who I would support and the employees are really nice and I lived it

Who doesnt love Bed Bath and Beyond! Great store with great products. Service isnt perfect, but it may have just been a bad day. Usually they are great! Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

A large BB and B. Well stocked and friendly staff. Hand sanitizer stations but they required you to push to dispense and they tipped over. I prefer automated dispensing that dont require touch. Otherwise, a clean nice place to shop.

The people working there were nice. A couple even asked me if I needed help finding anything. I was disappointed in the selection of kids gifts. Ive always had a lot of luck finding cool, inexpensive gifts for kids. Not this time.

I was looking for my favorite hair color brand. I called first before I traveled there. I spoke with the manager to find out if they had what I needed. The manager stated there was one box of the color in the shade I normally purchase. I asked him to please hold it for. He took my name and placed it on hold for me. I got there to the register and the sweet cashier went and got it for me!! I inquired when would they have more in stock. The cashier contacted the manager of the health and beauty department for me to find out about the product. She stated he was going to place more orders in for my color! I told the cashier I would be back to get more because its so difficult to find and the price is reasonable!! $12.99!!. I checked other places: and its $14.99 and up! I want to give a personal Thanks to Health and Beauty Manager Lorano(Hopefully I have his name spelled correctly 😊😊) and to the sweet cashier, Mayra for taking care of my request!! Thanks Bed, Bath, and Beyond for such wonderful employees!!

Today a simple purchase of coffee upset my stepdad . The cashier was rude and unprofessional to a senior citizen / he just needed a little help with the credit card machine ans the cashier didn’t help him . Instead upset him and was very rude . I would never shop there as this is not the first time . This same cashier is often rude and never likes to help. Management didn’t care either when he complained

Sawgrass Bed Bath and Beyond in the era of Covid-19. Masks or face coverings are mandatory. On a Tuesday afternoon it was empty. Other shoppers were there but in various departments. There was enough social distancing. The employees were friendly and helpful. I asked about the store being empty and the response from the cashier was during the week its empty but on the weekend its quite busy. Note posted on front door of building states only 250 customers allowed at one time. So govern your self accordingly.

WOULDNT RETURN MY ITEMS I NEVER OPENED. I PLACED ORDER TWO DAYS LATER STORE OPENED SO I WENT TO STORE TO LOOK AT WHAT I ORDERED. FIRST SHIPMENT I RECEIVED WAS A MATCHING BATHROOM SET. I DIDNT LIKE IT SO I BOUGHT A DIFFERENT SET OF THINGS SPENDING EVEN MORE. WHEN THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED I TOOK BACK AND REMEMBER I NEVER OPENED IT BECAUSE I SAW IT IN STORE AND DIDNT WANT IT. THE LADY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AND THE LADY WOULDNT TAKE ONE OF MY COUPONS THAT THE OTHER STORE SAID KEEP FOR NEXT TIME.I HAVE A SCREEN SHOT OF MY ORDER NUMBER TO MATCH THE PACKAGING SLIP SHE SAID IT MATCHES AND THAT WASNT MY ORDER. 1ST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY AN ASSOCIATE IN BED, BATH AND BEYOND.

This store is one of my favorites. Packed with quality stuff that you use every day. Wonderful. Parking can be very difficult so if youre on a time crunch you can expect to spend up to 15 minutes waiting for a spot.

It was pretty good. I purchased a phone bank. Then went down to another store and found one much cheaper. I returned it and the process was quite easy.

Sales staff were more then helpful. When they didnt have the product I was looking for. They attempted to search the others stores for me. Located a store convenient to my office. Then looked to see how many they had, too see if I needed to reserve it.
