On top of that, they got me the truck for less than I was quoted at another dealership, and while I was there, they gave me a great deal on a new Ford mustang Mach-E for my mom. I went to the service department to get an oil change the service was terrible he sound all happy on the phone when he’s asking you do you need extra Service you didn’t ask for so then when you denied the service. when it’s time to come pick up your car you definitely feel a different type of attitude they had me waiting around even though the person that I need to speak to was there and he was on a personal phone call with his wife The other sell associate should’ve checked me out or he could’ve been more professional with the phone call I waited a total of 20 minutes for his phone call to end when I asked the other associates Can they check me out they said no I definitely went out of my way to this dealership because of the high ratings and there was another Ford dealership across the street from me I will definitely not be doing that again highly disappointed also I was told I was getting a courtesy car wash and vacuum didn’t even receive the vacuum the floor was still dirty
These guys really are the best in the business when it comes to buying a car. Ive had a lot of experiencing purchasing vehicles (this was my 5th time) and these guys were AWESOME. The finance team is great and dont stop working until they get the numbers YOU want not the numbers the banks want. I dont think I will ever buy a car anywhere else again. Drove home in a new vehicle I thought Id never be able to buy thanks to these guys. So go on in, find the vehicle you love, and these guys will make sure that you drive home in it.

I asked Lisa my service advisor who btw is wasting her talents at FORD - I asked to speak with service manager 3 times over the course of the morning hours - was too busy for me / must be due to not buying a new car vs discuss my 2013 Ford Focus that has had transmission issues & problems since day one! The transmission has been nothing but bad and bad and today Ford wanted $2500 to fix the transmission which is giving me from time to time a “transmission over heating pull over when safe to do so” WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! Never again will I buy a FORD would not want one even for free!!!What’s worst than owning a Ford ?? Owning 2 Fords, my other vehicle is a Ford Edge also 2013 but not as problematic — as the Focus!!!

The best part of the experience was them paying off our prior crossover suv. I would encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle that the dealership currently has to pay them a visit. I had a great experience at this dealership. I recently purchased a Ford Transit from the Pines dealership. I went to pines initially, because it was closer and more convenient. The salesman, at the pines dealership was nice enough. My dissatisfaction came when I was experiencing some issues with my truck, I had taken it back to the pines dealership for service, and it took them 4 days just to have a look at my company vehicle causing a huge loss in revenue.I was recommended to take it to the Sawgrasss dealership, and Im glad I listened. Lisa helped me and was great, she helped me deal with all my concerns. She and her team got me back up and running over the weekend. I dropped the truck off on Friday and picked it up on Monday, they looked at it and fixed it. I know where Im going to purchase my next company trucks. I am going to stay away from the Pines Ford dealership and the sketchy serviceman I dealt with.
This is hands down the best Ford service center in South Florida. Rolando Garcia has made me a customer for life. I have taken my fleet vehicle to multiple dealers around South Florida and none of them come close to delivering the level of honesty, quality and respect Ive received from Rolando at Sawgrass Ford.
Sawgrass Service Department and Quick Lane is the best. I have went to a few other Ford Service Centers that are alot closer, and not that they are terrible, but they are not as good as the team at Sawgrass.
Meh, I have come to hate this place. They make a lot of money, but clearly have no appreciation for the customers who give them jobs. Ive had money (quarters), about $10 worth stolen out of my vehicle. Im sure it was by the valet people. I had a legit recall on a vehicle which I already paid to have repaired before the recall was ordered by the courts to be repaired. It was also noted I was entitled to be reimbursed for those expenses if I already had the repair done. I went in to make my claim and never received a check. I bet the service supervisor just threw my receipt in the trash, which is fine. I called Ford Motor Co and made a complaint which really hurts the dealership and they issued me a check. I live 5min from here and have no problem going to Plantation Ford for any repair or new vehicle purchases.
Terrible experience. Sawgrass informed Ford that I had picked up my truck from service when I hadnt even been told that it was ready. Lack of follow up from the service advisor led my truck to sit there for over a day after being ready with the doors and tailgate unlocked.
Easiest experience I’ve had buying a car to date. Drove over on a whim just to “start looking” and walked out a little while later with a new Explorer! I think it took longer to clean out my old car than to buy the new one 😂 ALBERTO SUAREZ, you rock. Thanks for sticking with me the whole time and going above and beyond. I won’t write a book but I do have a short story to tell. I am a disabled Vet/retired military. I am BIG on integrity, pride in jobs being done right and accountability which are unfortunately not easy to find in a auto dealership. I recently gave up on BMW locally because of their service department not equaling the product purchased e.g. they couldn’t care for what I bought. So, I special ordered a new 2021 F-150 Hybrid Limited from Sawgrass Ford which I HIGHLY recommend to everyone and ask for Tyler because he went well above and beyond any expectations. But this story is about their Service Department. Unfortunately, the F-150 arrived from the Detroit factory with a few repair requirements, one of which required a battle with Ford Headquarters. Ford Headquarters reminded me how really insignificant I am as a single buyer of one truck. Sawgrass Ford however, reminded me “I mattered to them” and stood by my side and fought a 2.5 month battle until Enrique (Service Supervisor) and Ashley (Warranty Lead) somehow achieved victory!?! You see for me, it’s not that they won, it’s that they were willing to try and then they refused to quit until no other options existed. WHO DOES THAT? Well, pretty much no one except for Sawgrass Ford. In my 59 years of living life I can easily say Sawgrass is the best overall dealership I’ve ever experienced and they have the service department to care for the product purchased. Enrique and Ashley naturally have integrity, pride in their work and embrace accountability which is a reflection of Sawgrass as a whole. A 5 star rating is unfair, they’re better than that. I live in Pembroke and have a Ford dealership very near but I did my research and it paid off. My sincerest thanks to the entire Sawgrass team and a special thanks to their service department who clearly is exceptionally led and technically capable of “getting it done right”!

I have been trying to get my 2019 Mustang GT window fixed with Sawgrass for over a year now. Each time I bring it in, (about 3x), Sawgrass keeps it, tells me its fixed and then it isnt. This happened again after the car was there for almost two weeks. All I get from the service people is, bring it in, I am sorry. What is my next step?Update 8/12/2021 - After receiving a response from the owner, the service manager contacted me and resolved the issue. Changed rating from 1 to 3.

Horrible truck was there for 2 months and still having problems with it. The communication with this Ford service center is the worse I have ever experienced and I have had Fords the last 15 years always using Ford service centers. I cant express enough to take your auto somewhere else.

Battery change..The one they put in died early. Josh helped me out and charged me for installation only 👍.Had to go back inside because they forgot to connect a sensor. All went well. Get there early because theyre busy.

Bought a 2017 Maserati Quattroporte from Gary Davidoff. He made the experience great! I was happy with my experience. Probably didn’t get the best deal but still a better deal than what I originally had from another dealer. Good selection of cars and parked in a fashion that made it easier to choose which color I wanted. Didn’t give me a hard time about test driving any car I wanted. I’m very very happy with my latest Mustang so I give Ford credit for improving between the 17 and 19 Mustangs besides the B&O sound system. The B&O is garbage compared to the sound Shaker provided. The only reason why I gave this dealer 4 stars is because the paint on the car was absolutely wrecked despite the car only having a few miles on it. like someone had taken a paper towel to the black paint. I bought it anyway because I knew I could fix it and it was the exact spec I wanted. All in all I’m okay with it. I’ll likely be buying my next Mustang here.

Out of all of the Ford dealers Ive visited in Florida, this has to be the nicest one by far. It is in a really beautiful location and the place is absolutely huge. They have a really great inventory on their lot. I saw tons of F-150s and F-250s there. All the people we spoke with there were very laid back and friendly to talk with. I didnt buy a truck here yet, but I plan on it very soon after I liquidate some other assets first. I just wanted to say thank you for showing me around your dealership. You guys were fantastic.

We were here during Memorial Day and bought a new Explorer. Our experience was very similar to the last guy on here. These people were absolutely outstanding. They didnt play any games and cut right to the bone when it came to price. Its like they automatically assume that youre going to go to another car dealer, so they give you the lowest price possible right out of the gate. I guess this is how they earned their title, The largest Ford dealer in South Florida. They certainly act like it. After buying the vehicle I double checked with a couple other dealers just to make sure we didnt get ripped off. Both of the other dealers said the price we paid was absolutely outstanding and they were at least honest enough to tell us that if we were to buy from them, we would have paid at least $600-1000 more for the same vehicle.
