Have to say if you need an honest place to go here it is!!! Went in thought I needed brake pads all the way around, but they called me and after the inspection said just the rear. Its nice to have a place like this where you feel like they are not ripping you off.

I ordered a new tire and had it delivered. I was replacing a tire that I was told could not be fixed at another place. When they saw the flat tire they took the metal piece out and they were able to fix it. I was so gracious for the time they took to look at the flat tire. They went out of their way to help me. I wanted to thank everyone that helped me including Michael.

My tire kept losing air and I was in a pinch to get it repaired. They are fairly new tires and I was afraid it would cost a lot of money to get them repaired or have to get them replaced. I made an appointment online, which was effortless. However, it didnt state how long the appointment would take so I gave them a quick call to see how long and they told me 30-45 minutes. It was only 20! When I got there for my appointment I went out with one of the tellers and he checked my tire and immediately knew what was wrong. They took the car back and got it fixed up very quickly. Their service was amazing, the staff is very friendly, and it is a great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

I went here a few days ago absolutely sure I needed a hole patched or a new tire. Raul helped me out front and the mechanic with the long beautiful flowing hair helped me with the car. Turns out they just needed air. Both were super friendly and didn’t try to get me to fix other problems. Raul was super friendly and welcoming. Their phone were not working so I watched him call back every person who called to ensure they got help.Friendly service and nice people. Will go back.

I always go to Tire Kingdom at Sawgrass for any tire needs or oil changes. This is the only place I can go to and not feel like I’m being ripped off because I am a woman. The service is always great, Raul the manager is super friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend this place!

This place is so friendly and fast. I went in for an oil change and was immediately greeted before the door was even closed. I believe the person at the front was name Carlos but not 100% sure.. either way he helped me right away. He was super friendly and when I didn’t know certain answer to the question he went to my car and showed how to look up the mileage and all. I felt stupid for not knowing but he assured me it’s fine and he was happy to help. I was there maybe the most for an hour. I was surprised how short of a wait it took and will definitely bring my car back!!

Walked in to be greeted by Carlos who did not hesitate to come outside and check out my tire. The tire pressure light was on and a nail had puncture my back tire. Carlos gave the best deal considering the mileage was over the warranty amount. I also got my oil changed done and I was in and out within a hour, remember I didnt have an appointment. I went to this tires kingdom two days ago and told them my car was making some kind of noise, my guess was a metal noise but I still wanted to make sure what it was, I told them to do a checkup and to give me a list what is wrong with the car and after they finish the employee told me the brakes was making the noise, so for the brakes I went to jiffy lube to fix two months ago, I went to the davie tires kingdom and I ask them to tell me what was making the noise, and they told me it was the wheel bearing making the noise, so I fix it and went back to the sawgrass tires kingdom ask them why they mislead me and telling me it was the brakes making the noise they literally wanted me to blame a different place for the noise the car was making. They gave me a refund for the checkup but still is unfair how they didn’t tell me the wheel bearing was bad and when I told them to do the checkup, they didn’t write anything about wheel bearing, this tires kingdom are selfish and don’t care to lie to their customers

Because of the pandemic I dont drive, really didnt drive much before. Well went to get oil change and the customer service rep said I didnt need it I had 2500 more miles to go. I went for an oil change and when the service was done, I left but the oil sign was blinking. I called and asked for a manager. The Manager said to stop driving, park the car because he was going to send a toll truck I have a failure engine. It was going to damage my car.Thank God i have a very good and honest mechanic, who said there was nothing wrong with my engine. They forgot to reset my oil pressure sensor.Mr. Manager where you came from I was there first but smarter than you. I will never come back to this store again, ever. Customer service here is the saving grace. Still cant get the internet working after a year. Big problem if you want to work online here while youre having your car worked on. Had alignment done and had to take it right back because steering wheel was not centered. They got it right back in and it was better, but still not where it needs to be. Unfortunate

They had a promotion oil change and tires rotation, they changed the oil but did not rotate the tires. I found out months later I did not come back because the store is too far from my house.

Worse customer service ever . I have a nissan and my receipt was saying jeep liberty. They are rude and dont even speak English or Spanish. Dont wast ur time and money and risk ur car by going to these place. Avoid at all cost for the love of ur car

I had a great experience at this location. All of the staff was very helpful and double checked all the repairs to my vehicle with me. I would like to thank Gloria especially because she was very helpful and made sure I was attended to. I was surprised by her great service considering how busy it was when I went. I should mention I went on Black Friday when it was packed with people. I would definitely come back for other services.

I came in to this location and wanted a standard oil change, tier rotation and balance... I have a 2004 VW and just wanted the basics, as the primary inspection progressed the team noticed that there is a bit more wrong and only the oil change was possible. Not only did they not charge anything that was not necessary but where professional, matriculate, and friendly about giving the best service possible. Raul and Edwin are definitely awesome at what they do.

He recommended other services that would help the performance on my car. The service was fantastic I was in and out. Very glad they could get me in to repair my flat tire. Did have to wait about an hour, but it was covered and I was on my way.

I went in to get a tire patched and all my tires balanced. Waited about an hour and a half and was on my way. Very quickly after leaving I noticed my steering wheel was shaking just like before the balancing. Figured it might be the alignment that was my issue so I took it to a different shop. My alignment was just fine. Took it back here to have them look at it because I still had the issue after the service. I purchased the one time tire balancing so when I went back in with the issue they mentioned that, but did they would take a look at it because I was in less than a month ago. Came back a few hours last to pick it up and there was no more shake. So not very happy I paid for a service I didnt receive but relieved it was taken care of by properly. I dont think I will be returning here for any future service.

Went to patch a tire it was 5:30 PM they were about to close and the guy tell me can not do it because tire is wear out and they are corporate to go to a mom and pap shop on 441 and I just got this tires new 4 months ago I went down a couple of blocks to tire plus and got the job done they just dont want to bother with a 30 dollar job horrible service! Do not recommend.

Paid top dollar ($25 a wheel!) to have their superstar Ace mount and balance my new rims and tires because he was the best on new aluminum rims. Well this tire genius did not transfer my tire pressure monitoring sensors from my old tires to my new so I have no TPMS. Luckily I kept my old tires and was told to make yet another trip and they would make good. After install went on a trip to NC and the car shook like crazy at 65-70mph. When I got to my destination in NC went to a shop to check it out and was told the tires werent balanced right and had to pay a second time! Im done with these chains and going to Mom and Pop for tire service!

Im so impressed with Tire Kingdom! Had to put in New battery as well as alternator. Found out late afternoon that the new alternator was defective and would not have my car to take my child to school tomorrow. They close shop at 7 pm and I just got a call (at 8:30 pm) from Raul, who went above and beyond to have my car ready! Now thats customer service! Raul thanks for caring! I appreciate everything you did today!

I stopped at this location yesterday after having car trouble; my wheel was making a terrible noise and causing my vehicle to vibrate under my feet. I asked one of the guys if they could check my car out and they said that they couldn’t get to it till the next day. I am on a road trip with my children and had nowhere to go. I asked if they would just check it out and make sure it was safe to drive and then I would bring it back the next day if it needed repairs. Another guy from the store said he would look at it to make sure it was drivable. He took a quick look at my driver tire, saw that my hubcap was loose and said that the hubcap was the problem. I told him that there was no way that the hubcap was making the grinding noise and shaking my suburban. He was so sure that this was the issue. I took the hubcap off to give him the benefit of the doubt and left. The noise got worse and I lost control of my steering and the wheel locked up. They either blew me off so that they would have to work late or to get out of servicing my vehicle. I had to have my vehicle towed to Pep Boys. It was the wheel bearing that went completely out and seized up. They could have taken the time to ensure that my vehicle truly was safe, but they didn’t. I am just grateful that nobody got hurt.

I walked in to be greeted by Raul G with a smile. He treated me like family and checked all my tires for free. My tire pressure light was on and he used soap water to check all my tires. To my luck I had no punctures and found out that had to replace a tire pressure sensor. Thank you again for the service you were all very professional. Raul even gave me donuts!!!! :)

Honestly, I went there the first time about a week ago and every thing went smoothly. Chris was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly as well as made sure more than once that I understood what needed to be done on the vehicle. Was taken care of quickly, and out of all the Tire Kingdoms Ive been going to for the last 9 years, Id have to say this location was the best. Each time I get an oil change, I ask to have my vehicle completely inspected for anything that needed repairs and I truly felt this location actually did exactly that. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a trusted place to have any work done on their car. And trust me when I say Im a big skeptic of any shop outside the dealership but this place is really good.

I had a pleasant experience this time around. My car was taken care off in an efficient manner and I was out of the store exactly an hour later. The last time I was there even after making an appointment I still had to wait 2 hours for my car to be ready. Also, I usually have to tell the associate to please rotate my tires. I forgot to mention it last time so my tires did not get rotated. This time I forgot to mention to put air in my tires but thankfully it was done without me having to say anything so thats a big plus! Mr. Silva was quite helpful as well in ensuring the smooth process and made sure I was updated with anything that my car needed. Ive been to the store a few times now for oil changes and I must say this was by far the best experience Ive had there.

On April 24, 2018, my wife took our 2008 minivan to tire world in Sawgrass Plaza. The van is older and burns oil while we drive it. When they went to change the oil there was no oil in the van, and they told my wife they would not take the liability of placing oil into a vehicle that had no oil. Because this was asinine and made no sense, I called to speak to the manager. What I got was a man named Julio who said that this was absolutely correct according to tire Kingdoms policy and procedure. They would not take any liability for putting oil into a van that had no existing oil into it. I then asked him how he could take the liability of my wife blowing a head gasket on the vehicle, and he said I dont know how many more ways to explain this to you, but we will not take any liability for touching your vehicle. I told Julio that I would be placing a negative post online, and he stated Im sorry you feel that way Sir.People reading this review, please do not go to this place if you are expecting any genuine care or help for your vehicle. They only care about making money on quick sales. I have left a message for their CEO Erik Olsen to discuss his employees lack of ability to help the general public. Julio, if you are reading this you might want to consider another line of work where you are not tasked with helping people. Just because you say please and thank you does not mean that the words that are coming your mouth are not insulting, and I dont mean its because its not what I want to hear. I think it is shameful that you turn a lady away that needed your help. You have no chivalry and no honor, and I have no use for people like you that lack character.

Over priced, under qualified. Oil change! They didnt checkup the fluids nor rotate the tires. After this experience I will never return to Tire Kingdom. Im from out of state, I asked them to take care of my vehicle. They give you a dance and a story about this and that and they dont do the job. Power steering fluid was not looked at, and the windshield fluids was not done, the filter was not done. Please dont use this company. You better of taken it to the dealer.

I simply cannot recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in for tire rotation and alignment due to abnormal road noise at speeds of 30mph. An associate asked if I was staying, and I instead walked over to mall to shop. When returning at closing time to pick up my car, it appeared that nothing was done to my tires, and I still noticed the road noise at the mentioned speed. I took my car back in another day where they then resolved the problem. I noticed the rear tires were now replaced with front tires. The manager wanted to check the sound I reported, so we went for a test drive. Gratefully I didnt hear the sound anymore. Just when I was ready to leave, I asked if the tires had been filled with air. He then replied No, but we can do them before you leave. Overall, just simply poor and deceptive service.

Took my Ford Escape in for an oil change and scrapping noise coming from the brakes.The Store Manager was very friendly and got me checked in and my car was being worked on in less than 10 minutes even though they were pretty busy. After they looked at my car Raul walked me to my car and pointed out a small rock stuck in my brake caliper. I thought I needed new brakes but he said the brakes were relatively new so it wasn’t worth changing the brakes if they were safe to drive. Glad I came to this location. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic. I’ll be bringing all my families vehicles here from now on.

Priced 4 tires ok till they charge you for a bunch of extras

I went in on a day that didn’t seem busy at all. Upon arrival young lady at the counter told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour to do an oil change that should usually take about 15 minutes. Since this is a place that I come to a lot because of the excellent customer service I figured why not wait. Julio young man came out and asked me if I would like some coffee or water offered me anything to make me feel comfortable. About 15 minutes later a gentleman who I noticed was sitting at the counter when I first walked in came in and told me my car was ready. Evidently he was on break and there was another car being serviced and only one other person. This gentleman clocked back in from his break and took the time to take care of my oil change personally. Great experience although when I first walked in and spoke to the young lady she seemed very stern and not as friendly as she could’ve been. But this place definitely gets Five stars for a while done experience

Wonderful staff. Took my car in without an appointment for Oil and tire rotation. They showed me Toyotas recommendations for my mileage so I had them do the work. Before I knew it, the work was finished. If this is how they normally are, they have a customer for life

Told me my tires were all worn out. I checked the tread after and they were all perfectly fine. I guess they think everyone that walks in is ignorant and dont know anything about cars.

Because I needed to drive my van hauling a large trailer quite a ways early the next morning and because the van was way over due for an oil change, I called tire Kingdom late on a Sunday afternoon to inquire as to whether or not they could do an oil change before closing. Closing at 4 on a Sunday, the Tire Kingdom I normally go to said no but this one at Sawgrass said yes so I took the van there.As is my normal practice over the last 25 years, just before getting to any place where Im going to have the oil changed, I stopped and pumped 2 quarts of diesel fuel into the engine via the oil fill nozzle. This is an old mechanics trick whereby doing so and running the engine for 5 minutes helps tremendously to dislodge any sludge that might not normally drain from the crankcase when they drain the oil had it not been done. Anyway, you dont want to do this if your more than a couple of miles from where youre going to change your engine oil or if its going to be more than 5 minutes that your engine is going to have to run before the oil is going to be drained.So I take the van in, explain to them what I did by adding diesel fuel to the oil and why and leave with my daughter who came to take me home. At 2:43 p.m. I get a call telling me theyre not going to be able to change my oil because the van is too heavy for them to lift. Being that I really shouldnt be driving it too far having added the diesel fuel to the oil, I make several suggestions as to how they might go ahead and accomplish the oil change without having to lift the entire van. No they tell me, we cant do it that way was there a reply to each suggestion I made. Holy moly, I used to change my own oil without lifting it at all in my driveway by simply sliding a pan underneath it to drain the oil, but no, they are incapable of doing that!So the end of the story goes that my daughter and I jump in her car real quick, drive the 12 minutes to Tire Kingdom where I grab my keys and then drive the van the 7.2 miles (which is about 7.1 miles farther than it should be driven with diesel fuel in the oil) over to Jiffy Lube where they changed my oil successfully and got me out of there at one minute before closing at 4 pm.Yay Jiffy Lube! Boo Tire Kingdom!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Very nice presentation, very clean, very nice staff, very clear and honest sales associates, and very fast. In particular, Julio and Winston were outstanding.

We took our car in today for an oil change, Sun 31st Dec 2017. We booked it in on line, fully recommend you do that too as the wait time can be long otherwise. The guy that served us was extremely polite and helpful, refreshing these days to be treated with politeness. One of the other guys actually made us both a coffee. Overall an excellent service done on time with us waiting in nice seats, TV and free WIFI.If you have to go through a service with your car then this is the place to go.

They are they biggest rip-off in town! My a/c was blowing hot. They want to charge me $183 for diagnostic check, plus $650 for a compressor, plus $300 for a condenser, plus labor! How insane is that!

Cheats! Upsellers and liars. Avoid at all cost. Tried to sell me a new set of tires; next place told me I only had a nail causing a slow leak. They fixed it and assured me my tires were safe and good for many more miles.

Brought 2 tires on a rims to be replaced they gave me a quote of 181. I made them aware I did not need balancing. So they removed the 30 dollar charge and raise the price on the tire install to bring it back to the same price. I guess they work on commission. Lady at the counter was rude.
