I don’t think you could find a better shop in Broward that actually cares about you and your car and isn’t going to over charge. I’ve been using this shop for a few years and have never had less than professional kind outstanding service. I ask a ton of questions and have never had it be an issue or cost break downs not explained. I’ve had my oil changed, brakes and tires all done here and will not be going anywhere else. I’m so glad I found this place which is super close to work! The feeling was immediately good. I spoke to Venice on the phone and she was very friendly and knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything to me. I thought she was a mechanic too! Joe worked on my car and did an evac recharge and then replaced the evaporator. I only met him briefly but he was very nice. They were accommodating, friendly and never rushed me. Took time to explain everything in detail. I like that they text you with pricing and explanation so have everything there to read anytime. Happy with the service, highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this particular place. My SUV needed a lot of repair. Joe was able to pinpoint several issues with ease. They did a great job of making my SUV run like new! They explained thoroughly on what needed to be done. Customer service is top notch. Now, I know where to go when my car needs to be fixed. Joe and Venice are wonderful and honest in their business. Theyve taken my car a couple times and are straightforward with what I need or dont need, and timely about getting it done. And on top of that, theyre just kind people, which makes the business even better! 10/10 recommend.

I found them to be the friendliest auto place I have gone too. However, I have yet to find someone I trust. I was looking for a new auto shop since I moved away from my old one so I came here based on the outstanding Google reviews. Broward Auto Diagnostics took a look at my car and gave me a detailed quote of everything I needed to have done. I took my car back to my old auto shop to compare. Here are the results, of the seven things Broward Diagnostics said I needed to have done, only one of them were confirm to be true. The cost to have most of the services done were average with a couple being on the higher end.

I confirm the positive reviews and rating. Based on my first experience with them I would definitely recommend the place. Nice honest couple that does good work. As we all already know, its not easy to find those type of people in that line of work.

Oh boy Oh boy I think I found the Dimond in the rough. I have lived in the sunrise area for 35 years and though many different mechanics. some were good and turned bad and some were just bad from the beginning, Venice and Joe really helped me out in a crunch. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my 200,000 mile Honda Accord and got me a quick price and serviced what needed to be serviced.

I move around a lot because of the military. A good honest mechanic is hard to find these days. Joe has been the best mechanic I’ve ever had. Super honest doesn’t try to squeeze extra work or money out of you. Tells you exactly what is what, and all your options. He is a super smart mechanic that actually troubleshoots instead of just changing parts until he finds a problem. He remembers you, your name, and your cars. I’ve been going to him for the last 5 years with 4 different vehicles. Cars, trucks, diesels and he has never disappointed me. Unfortunately I’m moving away and hopefully I can find a mechanic half as good as Joe in my new area. Oh yeah he’s got a cool dog too.

It is rare to find a mechanic that is trustworthy, dependable and fairly priced. We hit the trifecta! We have used Broward Auto Repair for the last year with several of our cars for routine oil changes to major repair needs. We continue to be blown away by their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. They are thorough and take the time to explain what our options are to keep our vehicles safe while still maintaining our budget. I wish we had found them sooner!

I took my car here last week for a second opinion after a chain auto repair store gave me questionable information and pricing that sounded high. I was able to get a same day appointment for the second opinion and was given an honest opinion on what my car needs. I was even walked through the shop to see the vehicle what on the lift. Their pricing is fair, their staff is honest, and they are quick. I will be returning with both mine and my wifes vehicles for regular maintenance.

He went over options to help me stay within budget and was very honest about what I truly needed done. I did a search for the best Toyota Mechanics in broward and this shop was the first one listed. I read the reviews and decided to take my Camry le 2007 for a check on the breaks. Joe the owner did a test drive and placed the car on the lift for a complete check up. He showed me while the car was lifted, all that needed repair. He wrote a detailed estimate of everything needed. The car was repair to my satisfaction.I will be happy to continue bringing my two cars to this shop. I was very satisfied with the service and repair job. Exceptional Service!

Took my auto for a 2nd time to Broward Auto Repair and Diagnostics. Again, I was very happy with the service I received from the owner Joe. I thought I had a problem with my breaks but after Joe checked them out by taking the car for a drive there was nothing wrong with them. I know for a fact that if I would have gone to the dealer they would have told me that I needed new breaks. While I was there I decided to get an oil change that I really did not need just yet but got anyway. Last time I took my auto to the shop Joe installed a new battery, he informed me that the Battery was leaking or something like that, and that since I bought the battery at the shop he was going to replace it for a new one at no cost (WAO!!!!). To make a long story short I was ecstatic again with the service and the cost of the visit. I am so happy to have found this Auto Shop-If you need an honest and knowledgeable mechanic you need to bring your car to Broward Auto Repair and Diagnostics. Joe will not dissapoint!!!

The owner Joe (who also worked on my car), told me that the repair would be a simple fix. The quality of service and honestly I received at Broward Auto Repair & Diagnostics was far more superior to any large dealership.
