I love to buy my wigs from this location. Great styles to choose from. Prices for different textures range from high to low prices. Synthetic is not expensive but wont last more than a month or two. Most people prefer the more pricier textures because they last longer.

Always love this store. I live in NYC but in Florida I stop in here. Great variety and the owners in my opinion are really customer pleasing.

Save your money and go to Elegant Beauty... thank me later! They are overpriced for low quality hair. Taxes on your actual total is over 7 percent which means your paying more than full price on any “package bundle deal “ they offer. On a 3 bundle package deal they offer for $150 after takes its $190(over $30 in taxes which is a full another purchase. If you go to Elegant Beauty you will find better quality hair for longer lengths and at least $20-$30 dollars less than here. Elegant Beauty also Doesn’t try and ripped you off in taxes you can expect to pay less than $10 rather $30 plus in taxes !

Update: Visired today 10/31/2021 was in and out, no issues with the charge. But— associates were too busy gossiping about something that previously happened at the store, they couldn’t even say hello or thank you, nothing except my total.My card was authorized and charged for an amount other than what was on the registers receipt. I came back, the guy was immediately rude. Telling me he doesnt care about the alert my bank gave me, all he cares about is the amount from the receipt. He said he types in the card machine what the register totals, so its not his problem. I simply just showed him the alert and he was so nasty, even if it was my banks fault, I wont be back. I spent $100 and you catching an attitude with me. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I even asked him why is he so rude when Im just trying to see why I was charged more than what the receipt says. He replies, Im not rude, I dont care about that. Well alright, I just walked out and said have a blessed day. Will never give you the satisfaction of my character. Exactly why I dont shop in the neighborhood now and with certain folks👌🏽

I really like shopping here. Has a lot of beauty supplies especially for your skin. Very nice wigs, long and short nice quality and colors,To get the best deals shop when products are on sell. Otherwise prices can be quite expense. Watch for sale mailings.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!I went to the location at 6200 W. Oakland Park for shopping. There employer left the Sale price listed on the shelf. I advised the guy at the counter he had to honor price. HE FLAT OUT SAID HE WILL NOT HONOR!!! Buyer beware I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That mean’s just GREADY FOR MONEY!!! RUN FAST CAUSE OUR MONEY DOES COUNT!!

I always shop at this Beauty Exchange on Oakland Park in Lauderhill/Sunrise. The prices are just right. They have sales circulars with coupons on it that come in the mail. I visit for 1 item but leave the store with other things because they are cheap.I like that the store is clean and everything is fully stocked.The only reason I did not give this store a 5 star is because the girls that work there act like they would rather be somewhere else. If you need something behind the counter, you have search the store for assistance.This is my go to store for my beauty needs despite the lack of customer service.

This is the only hair store I shop price very reasonable and my favorite assistant is feddy he is the best good customer service skills.

I think they should focus more on treating people as customers rather than as potential shoplifting suspects. Some products that dont have a high turnover may have been in the store a long time so there is need to exercise care in that regard. Not all the staff know about the products. Like most BSS. Nothing special, just meh.

The staff is rude. I literally just grabbed what I had and checked out and didn’t bother looking around because of how rude they were. If I wasn’t tired I would have walked right out and went to another store the moment I stepped in. I said goodnight at the front door and the girl literally rolled her eyes at me. And then the guy at the register hissed his teeth when I walked up🤷🏽‍♀️. I mean customer service goes a long way y’all really need to do better. Will never return. It’s a pity I live 6 mins from the store. Sad.

The store is pretty congested. Not really enough space for two people to fit down an aisle. The prices didnt match the weekly ad and they seemed to be out of stock for a lot of items. If you live nearby and need something quick then its fine, but I didnt enjoy my typical browse and perusal of beauty projects.

I’ve been here a couple times before I was accompanying my friend to get some hair, she picked out some hair that was priced $6.99 but there were the same exact ones for $4.99 when we went up to cash out the manager wouldn’t honor the price and made a huge deal out of it. So my friend went back to pick out different hair and he (the manager) told my friends mom that he’ll still charge her extra no matter the price?! What kind of business does this company run, horrible experience. Telling everyone to avoid this place.

The girls there are so unprofessional and have too much attitude. Its like they hate that you come in the store to shop. They never smile and greet u to feel comfortable buying your products there. I dont really know the reason they are working there because they are not really helpful. My experience was bad here and it never change every time I walked into this store. There is too much attitude in this store and I dont like that. The employees are so ghetto.. This is the closest beauty supply store I go to and the girls that work in the wig section needs to learn proper manners. I ask her what was the price of several items because there were no price on them, she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips, like I was bothering her. I wont be coming here again, I have been a customer for 10 years nd most of the time I ignore the rudeness but this time it was too much. I hope the mangers fix this problem because pretty yall will lose a lot more other customers. Will be calling corporate, that wast the most embarrassing moment ever.
