Excellent food. Very clean, and a friendly vivacious, waitress. Although, the restaurant became busy, she never forgot to come at your table, and aske you, if there was anything you needed, or how is the food. My first time there, left very impressed, and happy. Its one restaurant not to miss going to. Their menu has foods that are very impressive, and delicious.

This Sephora and big and has had all of the items I needed in stock. I want to give a shout-out to Astrid who helped color match me with foundation without taking off my mask or putting it on my face. I explained what I was looking for and she showed me all the items I needed. She also gave me some tips on how to make sure it stays on my face. I really appreciate all her help and cannot be more impressed by her talent and knowledge !Thank you!!

Its a new store and it looks fantastic and you can tell theyre trying to exceed expectations as they are in a new location and trying to draw new customers to become regulars with such a heavy tourist in flux.

Went in today and Jesus (pronounced in Spanish) helped me. He was incredibly helpful and so sweet! I am clueless when it comes to highlighting & contouring and he answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations and tips that I’ll definitely be keeping in mind for future reference. He was the friendliest face there even with the masks! Promote him! There was also a young lady there (didn’t get her name) but her makeup was beautiful. She recommended I buy a certain eyeliner, tried it on and I absolutely loved it! I’ve been loyal to my Kat Von D eyeliner but this better than sex liquid liner takes the cake! Thank you all!

Associates are rude and seem like they hate their jobs. During my last visit the cashier lied to my face about not having any samples. Do they keep them for themselves if they aren’t given out? I don’t see why else this behavior would be tolerated. The point of samples is to drive business, expand the customer’s product range, and grow revenue. The audacity to lie straight to someone’s face when they literally see what they’re asking for is incomprehensible to me; especially when they’ve spent over $1K in the past 3 months.You’re better off shopping online and saving yourself the unpleasant experience this store has to offer.

Horrible customer service. I went to the store knowing what I wanted. I got the item I wanted and I was on my way to pay for it and the employee gave me attitude telling me that I cant open the product ( which I totally understand bc its their policy) but I was just opening it to make sure that the one that I was getting wasnt used or opened before by someone else. I was trying to explain to the employee that I was for sure going to but that lipstick, but she kept giving attitude and almost yelling at me. I understand their policies i have worked at retail for 5 years. The problem is that she could of have said the same thing in a different tone and she could of have approached to me before in a different manner, but she just went straight to yell at me.

Words cant explain the euphoria that this place entails.

Small location. This place have the smallest collections of mens colognes I have ever seen. I walked all the way to the store in hopes to smell some scents to decide on a new fragrance. I wanted to present a pic so I could save you the time of going there. If you dont see your scent they dont have it. What you see in the pic is the only mens selection.

Went in with my friend to help with skin care and Mike greeted us. He was amazing and looked the part too. Him and Christina helped us a lot and got us exactly what we were looking for.

Let me start by saying that this is is my local Sephora and I understand that PART of the experience Im about to post here is due to mandate from our local county in relation to COVID-19.I went to this store today first thing in the morning to avoid crowds.At the entrance, they instructed me to keep the required distance, gave me hand sanitizer and told me that testers could not be used. I am glad they’re doing this.The issue I have is that within a 5 minute span, I must have been approached 7 different times to ask me if I needed help. I usually have my headphones on (very visible) and I’m listening to music so I can have an uninterrupted shopping experience. That apparently didn’t matter.Then I wanted to see the color of a lipstick on display that was fully retracted so you couldn’t see the color at all. I grabbed the bullet just to expose the lipstick (after all, how do you decide to purchase a lipstick if you can’t see the color) and I immediately got scolded.1) I understand and agree with the policy but then prepare your store display so that no one has to touch anything. Expose the product so I can see it without having to open it. I don’t expect to have to call an attendant every time I want to see something that is not exposed.2) if you ask a guest if they need help and the answer is no, please stop asking unless the guest asks for help OR the guest does something that they’re not supposed to.Hope this helps.

Shopped here today. This was my first experience at this location as I normally shop at the Coconut Creek store.Lack of customer service at the cash register as the associate was on her head set the entire time.I also have never felt so watched while I was shopping before, between the security and the associates following me around.Although I work in the mall I will probably not be returning to this specific location.

I was about to leave this sephora location with a bitter sweet sensation.. until Korina asked me what do I need. She was the only expert concerned about customer service there. She took care of my 75 years old mom with knowledge and patience. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ only for her.

Terrible customer service... manager was standing and watching customers walk around and not helping them. She saw many customers needed help but employees were to busy trying to close at 8:30 pm. Focusing too much on closing the store for the night. I asked the manager if they had a specific perfume and she said “this store does not carry that perfume” and did not offer any help to order it for me or tell me what store does have it.

My experience at this location was absolutely amazing. Kiara was my designated beauty advisor and I was just so pleased with how well knowledgeable she was about the products and services offered there. This was my first time shopping in Sephora in years but after my experience yesterday, I’m sure I’ll be back sooner than later to reup on more products. She as well as the other employees were so approachable and eager to help. I checked out with Stephanie, and she also informed me on other perks and savings that I took advantage of. As a single mom, I struggle with trying to keep up and enhance my look, and it ain’t cheap either.....:), but the customer service, products and savings offered to me helped lift the burden of starting to do so again. Again, I must express how sweet and well knowledgeable Kiara was. There is a certain level of trust a person gives off when they know more than you think you know. She was just great. She helped me select everything I came there for. She gave me a beauty guide to follow and great samples of products that I look forward to purchasing in the future! 10 stars for her! She’s going places. Stay humble sweetheart!

Great clientele

They were following me and my friends all around the store thinking we were going to steal something because of our age. This is the second time this has happened. The police officer and staff where following us and watching us. When we told the manager about this, she was very rude. She was also being rude to my parent who also complained about this. Its vary hard to shop when you are constantly being followed and being watched. Never going there again. 3/28/19

Tons of inconceivably expensive cosmetics and rainbow clown makeup nobody wants. Zero in-store inventory for all the eye shadow people use.
